• Darie Daniel (8/5): Nu a fost rau dar ar trebui sa fie mai bine la banii platiti - Apartament curat cu bucataria utilata corespunzator, cafea pentru tot sejurul. Cred ca are boiler pentru ca dupa 2 dusuri mai lungi apa era rece. Un singur dulap de depozitare cu 6 sertare si alea cam defecte. Intrarea in cladire cu aspect de garaj si miros de gunoi.

• MEMA (8/5): Appartamento appena ristrutturato, accogliente, piacevole e in buone condizioni. - Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato con cura e attenzione, composto da ingresso, camera matrimoniale, cucina e living separato con un comodo divano letto. Dispone di due terrazze e si sviluppa su due livelli: al piano superiore si trovano un accogliente angolo lettura e una terrazza esterna attrezzata con barbecue. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi, ben distribuiti e molto luminosi. L’appartamento non è dotato di tende oscuranti, quindi al mattino la luce naturale entra liberamente dalle finestre. La posizione è comoda, fuori dal centro ma ben collegata: il tram n.46 dista circa 5 minuti a piedi e porta direttamente in centro, fino alla fermata Volkstheater, servita anche dalla metropolitana. Per il parcheggio, a circa 500 metri è disponibile un garage al costo di 6 € al giorno; in alternativa è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente in strada dalle 22:00 alle 9:00 nei giorni feriali e per tutta la durata del weekend. Comunicazione, disponibilità e assistenza da parte di Alex, il proprietario, davvero ottime! L’ingresso condominiale al piano terra che conduce all’ascensore è "terribile", sporco, trascurato e necessità di un intervento di sistemazione per essere all’altezza dell’appartamento, c'era un frigo abbandonato ed immondizia !!!
• Alexander (6/5): Nettes Apartement mit Luft nach oben. Wenn ihr mit dem Auto kommt, informiert euch im AMTSBLATT zur Parksituation, denn - Anbindung zu ÖPNV Ausstattung nicht durchdacht. Keine Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad, Eingang zur Dusche sehr unglücklich gelöst. Im Schlafzimmer kein Schrank, kein Nachttisch oder Licht am Bett. Man lebt aus dem Koffer, welcher auf dem Fußboden liegt. Dem Reinigungs- Dienstleister sollte man mal auf die Finger schauen.

• Kuwaity (10/5): ممتاز ونظيف - سكن ممتاز ونظيف جدا والخدمه رائعه ، طلبت تسجيل خروج متأخر وأعطوني ، كل الشكر لهم. انصح بالإقامه فيه. المبنى من الخارج حديث ونظيف لكن مدخل البنايه عير نظيف ويوجد أثاث متروك على الممر .

• Abdulwahed (9/5): Superb - Check-in was very easy, and the instructions were clear, making the arrival process smooth. The location is excellent, with multiple stores nearby, making it convenient for daily needs. The apartment was clean and had very good natural lighting, thanks to the large windows. Additionally, having access to two terraces was a great feature, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. There were a few small improvements that could enhance the experience. Adding a selection of coffee and tea, ensuring the soap dispenser is filled, and providing a small bathroom shelf would be helpful. The lighting could feel warmer with the addition of floor lamps, and curtains in the bedroom and kitchen would make the space feel cozier.

• Konstantins (10/5): Excellent - Excellent location, near public transport, 2 supermarkets downstairs, parking within 5 min walk. Webber electric grill on the terrace was a good addition (you can get marinated salmon in Spar downstairs and have a good dinner) If you arrive late in the evening, parking in nearby parking lot might be full so need to park on the street and repack in the morning. Also missing some sort of curtains on windows in the living room.
• Dmitrii (10/5): Nice stay in big bright cosy flat - The flat is brand new, big, bright and with good noise insulation. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven were a good support. Host arranged a present with Prosecco and candies upon the arrival. Capsule coffee machine was a great add-on. Grill is working good and can be used when the weather is good. Host is helpful, replying to all questions very fast, granted our late check-out. Many grocery shops around, no problem to buy food at all (except on Sunday). 15 min by feet a big street market. 25 min to centre of Vienna by public transport. Lack of wardrobe - no place to hang things, only a chest for clothes with small drawers. Cleaning was not perfect, but ok.
