• Petra (6/5): - The location is very good. The lady is very nice. We had a misunderstanding about early check-in but she responded quickly and we are grateful for that. The kitchen is very big and has a lot of appliances. The rooms are exatcly as on the picture. There were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 children) and the space was big enough for us. We were however dissapointed regarding cleanliness. Even after the cleaning service was there, we still had black curly hair under our bed covers on one of the sheets. The floor was not entirely swept because there were chunks of food (or whatever that was) still under the chair in the bedroom. They might want to check up after the cleaning service finishes cleaning. I would also reccomend new pots and pans, because all of them were so bad and greasy we could not wash them enough to use them.

Petivaatteet näytti olevan muuten puhtaat mutta oli karvoja jonkin verran lakanoissa että tyynyssä. Alue ei ole siistimmästä päästä mutta ei se meitä niin hirveästi haitannut

La cuina està ben equipada (tot i que les paelles estan per netejar a fons), hi ha prous tovalloles, està net i la temperatura del ac ed adequat. La ubicació tot i ser en una zona tranquil·la i ben comunicada, està prou allunyat del centre pel nostre parè. La wifi no funcionaba del tot be.

Modern, clean, and comfortable facilities. Close to supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants. Host responded to queries instantly. Definitely recommended this place. Nothing. A small suggestion following previous reviews is to repurpose the dining/ living room with only a dining table and chairs that can comfortably seat 5-6 people.

• Lan (8/5): Easy quiet accommodation. - It's clean. Good location. Quiet. Great for family. There's a smoke smell in the apartment. I guess it was from the sofa in the lounge room. We couldn't stay in that room at all because of the smell. We had to eat in the kitchen. And we had to open all the windows to let the smell out. I would suggest the owner can replace a leather sofa with it. Anything else were pretty good. Nothing to complain.

• Silven (9/5): Superb - The appartment is very proper, good kitchen and the bedrooms are comfortable. Situated in the centre of Ilford and it is very easy to catch the train to the centre of London. Easy access to the appartment and good communication with the lessor.
