A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

If arriving after hours, or nominating someone else to collect keys on your behalf, you will be required to complete a Guest Agreement form.
If the completed Guest Agreement form passes our validity requirements, we will send you instructions to Lock Box, located at 9 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise.
If your completed Guest Agreement form does not pass our Validation requirements, or is not submitted by office close time, the reservation will be marked as a no-show and no refunds will be given.
