• Julie (9/5): Great stay. Communication with agency was excellent and dealt with promptly. Recommend this accommodation and would use - Good location with tube and buses very close. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Quiet location. We are a family of 3 and this accommodation offered enough space for us. The outdoor area good too. The shower over the bath awkward, would be better if there was a holder for the shower head and a shower curtain. Would have also been useful to have tea/coffee provided for a drink on arrival.

• Ray (9/5): Perfect for our stay in London and will book again. - Location, dexor, back yard space, facilities , comfort , stulish, access, communication, could have easily stayed longer here ! The handheld shower was efficient and easy to use but a small shower attachment to the wall would have been covenient. Not a dislike, more of a design suggestion
• Natalie (9/5): Great place to stay. Good location - The stay started with a greeting from Mo who was friendly and accomodating The court yard was great The flat was styled nicely The dining table was a bit small. But we had outside when it was fine.
• Nico (2/5): Mouldy awful place - The place exists and is in a good location The place is waterlogged and covered in mould and mildew. The paint is peeling from the walls, the bathtub is covered in rotting wood, there are black patches of mould all around the sink. It's gross and unsafe. I had a serious allergic reaction from the stay. Also the host was multiple hours late to the property.

• Leavamp (6/5): Pleasant - small cosy apartment the sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on! we spent 8 nights in this apartment, every evening when entertaining in the apartment it was warm..but then immediately the temperature shut down in the apartment and all night we were freezing...I think that there is a hidden timer or something...as the temperature monitor it was there for nothing

• Margaret (3/5): This place could have been a lovely retreat in London, instead it was stressful dealing with property staff to take acti - Loved the outdoor dining table and courtyard on two levels. The shower facilities, we’re so old fashioned. It was impossible to have a normal shower. The shower was a hand held device, that you flick between bath tap and shower faucet. There wasn’t enough pressure and you couldn’t mix the water to the right temperature. The problem became progressively worse. I reported it, but resolution came too late, on our last night, and even then it was barely satisfactory. It actually spoilt our time in London, never feeling refreshed. In future, I will look very carefully at the property photos to see what type of shower facilities are provided. As well when we checked in there was lots of garbage in front of the bedroom window, presumably left by previous guests. Again action over this matter wasn’t prompt.

• Stephenie (10/5): Great place - Near station, grocery stores, restaurants. The location is great. Just the right size for a solo traveler or couple. Shopping center is near. Was very clean and tidy. Plenty of dishes and towels. I was going to extend my stay for another night. Altido was going to charge me an additional 232 GBP which is more per night than I had paid for the previous nights.
• Nuno (5/5): Acceptable - Location Lack of maintenance, privacy and climatization. There is a hidden device that drops dow the temperature to 14°c at night on the living room and even less on the bedroom which is freezing cold. The proprietary took the oven away during our stay. Entered the house many times without previous notice invading our privacy. No microwave. We presented a claim and a 20% refund was done.
• Stephenie (6/5): It's okay for a few day stay. - It was located next to shepherds bush underground. The bedroom was magnificent. The bed comfy with plenty of space. There were enough pots, pans, utensils, dinner wear. Cute place. The washer leaked. The internet was in and out. There were no glasses to drink out of .. only tea cups.There was no lock box to put the key in. I felt like I was fighting to keep it warm in the house. I would turn it up to get warm but for some reason the thermostat would turn itself back down to 15c. That is to cold for my liking. There was a rip on the sofa arm. ( which honestly isn't a big deal).
• Miguel (9/5): Great location & Cosy stay - The property is in a great location close to Westfield shopping center and to Shepherds Bush Station. It has a lovely outdoor area and the inside is very nicely decorated The property didnt have any basic supplies like coffee or tea which i find that most places tend to include in your stay. The bath was not fit for me to use as i have knee problems so i cant bend down and im tall so my head was hitting the sealing. The bath dosnt have a shower curtain so most of the water was splashing outside
