• Thomas (7/5): I like the location and the apartment. The owner or manager is cheap and not thoughtful. - It’s centrally located and close to food and shopping It’s not as clean and no amenities provided. The owner or manager was not as thoughful as others similar unit

They cancelled last minutes and let us stay in the middle of city where all family members were shocked.

• Giau (5/5): I would never come back these apartments - Not at all, Bed room Pillows are so bad, Kitchen has two stoves, ONLY ONE works Cutteries are very poor, Spoons and forks are poor old and unclean. Not enough glasses, I have to buy more to put in Sofa is not clean. Kitchen has a lot of ants Dining table is small just ok but the chairs are very bad, small, they are for kid not for adults. Floor is not flat.
• Linda (3/5): I booked a one bedroom apartment and was given a two bedroom, so very spacious. The apartment was tired and did not refl - The apartment was spacious with lots of storage. The shower cubicle had some black mould as did the hand basin. The kitchen had very limited utensils.
• Thang Do (3/5): Don't go there! - The location is Ok. The furniture was so bad. The owner either doesn’t care or is very stingy in making the apartment more hospitable. The poor quality and discomfort of the furniture created an unwelcoming environment, resulting in an unpleasant stay.

• Guest (5/5): Atrocious! - Just the location. Tv had no connection, meaning no YouTube no Netflix. The kitchen was poorly stocked, utensils missing, appliances awkwardly set up, problem reaching the power outlet. Many spaces in the kitchen and in the rooms were like a storage space, rather than a useful areas. The whole place looked like some sort of a damp.

• Ka (9/5): Helpful staff, big apartment, fairly clean - My booking at another place was cancelled unexpectedly and I booked this place in the afternoon, and they were very quick and handled my check-in at the same night after I arrived. The staff were very helpful. The apartment was big and fairly clean. I also liked the balcony and the washing machine. There were occasional construction noises. Don't put sweets uncovered in the cabinet - there were ants (if you don't do that they won't appear, so it's fine). There was no suitable desk for working: tables either too short or too tall (I managed to made one higher, it was okay for me). They actually have different apartments so it depends. The first day I arrived they put me in an Apt that has a nice dinning table I could use to work, but they moved me to another one the second day. The second one was actually cleaner so the moving was fine for me. One last thing: there was no space in the building to keep the luggage (since it's not a hotel). They were so nice to offer their office as storing space, but that's in another district. So, plan ahead such that you don't need to store luggage.

The pool, that is quite priminent on booking.com was not available for guests. The hosts offered a pool in another buidling, but did not actively provide any information on details. Also, the kitchn is poorly equipped and quite old, also not very clean. The mattress was very, very hard, so I slept on the sofa, which was ok (although not how it is supposed to work). Paying with credit card comes with 3% plus (often the case in Vietnam, just good the know). Centre is about 20 min to walk.

• Terence (1/5): Probably the worst apartment I ever stayed in. - The only good things are the Internet connection and a HDMI cable for the TV. This is a scam, the reviews are probably faked. There is no pool or a gym, the pictures are a lie, they say if you want to use the pool they need to register you 4 days before arrival (they didn‘t tell me that beforehand) and it costs money. So you only get a way to overpriced dirty apartment. Stay far away from SOJO apartments, personal is unprofessional and are probably all below 20 years of age, they don‘t speak english and rely on google translate for communication. You pay on site and even after enquiring you don’t get a invoice.

We were told the booked room had no electricity and that the substitute room was gonna take two hours to prepare, without reason given. We asked for two towels for a booking with two people, got one, asked for more, got no more. Even after told we would get one more. Insulting. No toilet paper. 😐 Also, the apartment was a bit dirty (seems two hours wasn't enough), with occasional bugs.

We did not sleep well, the bed was very hard. We had a flight in the evening and they did not have any place to store our luggage in the meantime. The only solution given was 1 extra hour in the flat, which did not help when you have to leave at 1pm and your flight is at 7pm.

Place is dirty and not nice, far far from the classy exteriors. Only good thing was the prime location. Absolutely don’t book this place. Ridiculous, dirty and dangerous. The pool isn’t accessible, when obviously it’s 35 degrees and I chose this place for the pool !! even if you’re willing to pay a fee for it. It took us 2 hours to get in to the apartment because no one felt responsible. Unfortunately we were not allowed to use the pool & gym in the millenium facility.
