- Amanda (3/5): - How close it was to venue Full of ants. Dirty all round
Messy yard complete eyesore of a yard cloths mess everywhere
Broken appliances
- Kristina (1/5): No zen about the place we was moved to another location and it was terrible - We didn’t get the property we booked as it had been sold It wasn’t the property we originally booked

- lindsay (1/5): Garbage - Left before sleeping - Never again - Nothing
arrived but didn't end up staying. arrived but didn't end up staying.
place was tatty cluttered and a dodgy renovation.
shower was all but on top of the toilet and hanging off the wall, no shower screen or shower between toilet and shower so would wet everything as soon as you run it.
not as shown in pictures, be careful with what you book the photos are of all the spaces, showed an outdoor terrace, but that was for a different room.
parking was onsite off street and included, but is cluttered. i drive a bigger car and when leaving had to do a 48 point turn to get out because the parking bay labeled site manager was full and all but parked me in.
signs up all over the space asking for more money, things along the line of (if you are staying multiple night dont use the toilet paper or soaps, provide your own).
agent sent me 823 emails constantly pesting me, only one was relevant.
Very expensive for what it was, would never stay or use this accommodation or provider again.
- Leia (1/5): Terrible - 2 words awful and disgusting. Do not stay there. Place was very dusty, pillows smelt, towels were very hard and smelt like they were just rolled up and not washed. One towel had blood streaks the other had a hole and large black mark and like green grass stains. The kettle was so disgusting unusable. We did not like anything at this place do not stay. Nothing Zen about this place.
- Juhasz (10/5): - Excellent homely style decoration well equipped
Easy in and out
- Chrysta (7/5): Perfect quiet getaway - Convenient location, close to shops.
easy check in, and the bed was comfortable. Also quiet There seemed to be an ant or small bug infestation in the bathroom and Dining area.

- Szel (5/5): -
- Nina (8/5): Would not take much to make it a lot nicer - The location Toilet in the shower your feet where wet every time you use the toilet. Single bed had winter sheet and summer sheet on it tea and coffee in one cupboard and you had to go and search to find the cutlery Bit mixed and match

- Matthew Tuxford (5/5): Nooky retreat...... - How comfortable it was...... The noise from the neighbours early in the morning and there was NO COURTESY MILK.....
- Cheryl (6/5): -
- Halie (10/5): - Located well, amazing room, odd parking but it worked
- Emily (8/5): -
- Taswild (8/5): Comfortable with convenience of shops close by. - Was ideal for a short stay. Off street parking was not available on the first night. Not a fan of powdered milk!

- Jessica (8/5): -
- Stacey (10/5): - Its location to Brisbane entertainment centre and local shops. Clean, tidy and well equipped for our purpose.
- Nateshbabu (7/5): -
- Jason (5/5): - Close to airport, comfortable bed No water in fridge. Quite dirty. Dust and dirt an inch thick under the bed. Cockroch big enough to put a saddle on in the bedroom.
Black mould in the bathroom window sill. Way overpriced. Half of what they charge would still be unacceptable.
- Nyssa (10/5): We went to Bne Entertainment Centre-only a 30 minute walk away, quicker than driving after the concert! - Had everything we needed-shower consumables, hand soap, dishwashing detergent and every kitchen item you needed if you wanted to cook. Iron and ironing board in there too. Close to shops, restaurants and takeout-perfect location for Entertainment centre or Chermside shopping.
- Philip (7/5): basic but clean and comfortable - although on a busy road no traffic noise was noticeable a toilet that was not behind the shower
- Danielle (10/5): -
- Chambers (9/5): -
- David (9/5): Cosy and comfortable loft. - Cosy, comfortable and close to a small shopping area. Nothing.
- Llara (6/5): Bizarre host - The king-size bed was comfortable. The host rudely woke us up on the first morning, accusing us of not having paid. Of course we had paid - how else could we have been sent the details to access the keys?! But she wouldn't leave until I showed her evidence. I have been very ill, and being dragged out of bed by this insane woman was very upsetting and shocking to me, but I was forced to find the bank statement and the email that showed that the payment had been made. She also accused us of making loud noise the night before. We hadn't made any noise... we heard the same loud noise which was presumably from the neighbours. This bizarre behaviour spoke of poor management, in my opinion, that the owner couldn't keep track of her finances (she has several properties). The facilities were scant, to say the least, and very cheaply appointed, although the toilet did have a bidet, which was a novelty 😏
- Theresa (9/5): Zen - Proximity to entertainment centre Awkward bathroom
- Ubhashan (10/5): Overall, my stay was comfortable and pleasant, with a few very very minor issues that didn’t take away from the overall - Even though the house was small, it felt very airy and spacious. It had a welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. The decor was light and easy on the eyes, and the place was clean throughout. The parking was a bit of a struggle because two other guests had parked in the space I was supposed to use. Also, the bedroom doors wouldn’t shut properly—it seemed like the doors were slightly too large for the frames, which made them difficult to close fully.
- Hughes (10/5): Exceptional - Close to shops and public transport. Really close to the entertainment centre
- Jacqui (7/5): Location to stadium - Location Tired
- Vanessa (1/5): Bad - The property was double booked. I can see that this has happened to other customers.
- Randolph (7/5): Good -
- Patrick (8/5): Very good -
- Judy (9/5): Overall our stay was awesome. Will definitely stay again - Clean, tidy. Close to shops and not in the city. Very homey and relaxing Nothing directly with property but was some demolition or something going on near by which was an alarm clock
- Michael (1/5): Bad - I liked the fact that there wasn't any refund available. I liked it even more when Tropical Cyclone Alfred sat offshore and Brisbane was in cyclone prep mode Thursday, Friday and my course was shortened from 3 days to 1 day. I liked being able to drive home without putting foot in my accommodation. I like being able to read that Air bnb encourage their landlords to be "fair" when natural disasters happen. (they encourage refunds/ partial refunds). I liked that Zen kept every cent, including the cleaning fee, "to safe guard my little business". I liked hearing by reply text that "The problem is not from my end". I also like being able to give very low scores on accommodation, location, friendliness, cleanliness, and any other metric when I haven't even set foot in the suburb let alone met the owner or experienced the beautiful ambience of a 1 bedroom flat in a "tiny home". I don't like being a sore loser, but I feel in this instance I lost. Not money so much, just faith in business transactions that 1 party has the upper hand and they don't budge, don't feel any empathy, just snatch the money and wait for the next trick. Enjoy the money Lisa, spend it wisely.
- Opal (1/5): Would never go back was not worth the moneywas way overpriced - The location we went and seen a concert at the entertainment centre and it was within walking distance 25 minute walk It was like a halfway house. A share house was very close with other houses. Could hear lots of noise dogs barking people yelling and screaming was a bit untidy. Air conditioning didn’t work in the main area. Bedding was mismatched. It was uncomfortable.
- Dan (9/5): Superb -
- Roxanne (9/5): Thank you for having my daughter and I so we could attend a concert nearby. - We were upgraded to another room, as it had been double booked? Had a little trouble with initial instructions to enter but once inside, it was lovely.
- Tracy (3/5): Poor -
- Mike (3/5): Not what was advertised in the pictures. The cobwebs in the bathroom aren’t good. The shower and the toilet are in toget - The location The lack of maintenance and general appearance
- Tracey (8/5): Very good -
- Abel (5/5): Last minute stay - Just right for a quick stay. Does not issue tax receipt although website say that the property should issue tax receipt.
- Olivia (4/5): Disappointing - She was nice and quickly organised another place to stay. Didn't tell me it was double booked till I arrived.
- Toni (5/5): Very below average - Easy to get to Brisbane entertainment centre No where to park, underneath someone’s house, no normal tea bags or coffee and only had powdered milk.
- Katrina (9/5): Superb - The room was cosy and perfect for what i needed. I felt secure and safe.
- Coral (3/5): A good location and fairly quiet - but glad it was just for a one night stop over. - The bed was very comfortable. The place was extremely dirty. The outdoor kitchen sink was full of dishes and thilthy. We booked and noted that we were travelling with pets, but then recieved an email that it would be extra for pets to stay and the dates of stay in the email were not what we booked.
- Teaeki (9/5): Superb -
- Alex (1/5): Bad -
- Pieter (9/5): Superb -
