• Владимира (7/5): Great hosts! Comfy beds! Good location! - The beds were very comfy. The hosts were kind and there was free parking available off-site to which the host instructed us with clarity, quickness and respect. Everything in terms of communication was great! The apartment has a good location and it was easy for us to move around Sofia's centre. The apartment was furnished with taste and it had a balcony! I feel like I'm being mean but I hope the hosts take that constructively. There were no oven mits in the kitchen which made it hard to cook in the oven. There was a small issue with the toilet where the flush button was stuck, which I fixed by moving the lid. I think maybe the previous guests left it like that which would cost the hosts money and waste water, which is the only reason I mention it. The fridge was stacked with things that you have to pay for if you'd like to have some. That's totally okay if there wasn't a note on the fridge that implied those were complimentary refreshments. That was a bit confusing but we still had a lovely stay!

• Victor Achim Vladau (10/5): Nice location. - Location and facilities. It was at walking distance from the city center and it had all needed facilities. THE PARKING! It was very far from the acomodation. 10 minutes walking with your suitcases and bags... And the parking guy was very rude...

• Ali (7/5): Godt men det bliver bedre hvis man gør noget ved sengen. - Beliggenhed var den bedste Sengen i soveværelset er i stykker og afløbet i badeværelset er meget længe at trække vandet, og gøre det heller ikke noget hvis der er et par flere håndklæder.

• Magdalena (4/5): Локация - Единствено локацията е добра. Никъде не пишеше, че е точно до релси, но шумът от трамвая изобщо не беше приятен! Очаквахме да бъде заредено с измивни средства и да има телевизори в двете спални. В банята има много неприятен мухъл и тавана е пред разпад.

Mysle ze cena (prawie 700zł za dwie noce) za jakość zwyklego mieszkania w starej kamienicy, jest zupelnie nieadekwatna. Prysznic lejacy sie na cala lazienke, toelete, zalewajacy wszystko, gdyz nie ma oddzielnego miejsca jest zawsze kiepskim rozwiazaniem. Rozumiem ze technicznie nie bylo innj mozliwosci, ale to w zwyklych hostelach jest lepiej rozwiazane. Powycierana kanapa, przybrudzone sciany kompletnie nie powinny miec miejsca przy cej cenie, gdyz za jeden wynajem mozna kupic nawet nową.

• Dimitar (10/5): A MAZING. Super professional and a lot of small details to make you feel at home! - Literally everything. This is a professionaly set up airbnb and you can see it in the details. Everything is impeccable, little gestures to make you feel at home. The nicest host ever. This is just really professional work. My hat is down to these guys! Bravo! Nothing. Everything was perfect. Absolutely no issues, no problems, nothing. Just an example of how airbnb should work. Booking is asking me for more sentences but there is nothing more to say this is an absolutely perfect place.

• Lorraine (8/5): Central, Cosy Apartment with a Helpful Host – With a Few Points to Improve - We really enjoyed our stay at this central, cosy apartment in Sofia. It was ideal for two couples, with a back balcony for smoking. The host was very helpful and came immediately when needed. A little love and care would take this apartment to a higher level. What we did not like The building entrance is a bit rough, and the lift is old and has an unpleasant smell. Each time a tram passed by, the noise was quite noticeable even with the windows closed. That said, these are things the host cannot really control. As a suggestion, the bathroom and its door could use some maintenance. The shower does not have a separator, so every time someone showers the whole bathroom needs to be cleaned. We also found snacks left behind by previous guests in the living room, which gave us the impression that the cleaning could be improved.

• Sivan (5/5): סביר - המיקום היה יחסית קרוב למרכז. דירה מרווחת, היו משחקי קופסא לילדים והמארח היה זמין למענה לשאלות. המיקום טוב אבל הרחוב הוא צדדי, נראה מפחיד עם מלא גרפיטי על הקירות, מעלית ישנה מאוד שצריך לסגור עם שער. הדירה ממוקמת מעל רכבת תחתית אז כל הזמן היה רעש של הרכבת ורעידות של הדירה. המקלחת ממוקמת בתוך השירותים כך שבזמן המקלחת כל השירותים נרטבים. אין מקום לשים דברי רחצה. צפוף ולא נעים. החניה שבהסדר עם הדירה מרוחקת מהדירה ולא נוח להסתובב עם המזוודות ממקום החניה ועד לדירה. במיוחד לא בשעות הלילה.

La cama supletoria para la 5° persona es como mucho para un niño, incómoda estrecha y a ras de suelo..y pegando a la cama doble..y además en el comedor..No hay plato de ducha así que se moja todo y con 5 personas esto se complica..la escalera y el ascensor huelen fatal a humedad..

The location is unbeatable, right in the center of Sofia, yet peaceful and cozy. Everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully prepared. The owners have obviously tried to provide their guests with everything necessary, which is pretty hard at the very heart of the city, especially in terms of parking, which they have arranged for as well. The property is cosy and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Nothing to dislike there.
• Andreya (7/5): - Локацията на апартамента е отлична, стаите са чисти и поддържани. Има много уютна малка тераса с масичка и два стола. В кухнята има всичко необходимо от към оборудване. Хладилникът имаше мини бар с напитки и меню с цени за тях. Вечерта имаше много силен шум от трамвая все едно се тресе сградата. Общите части на блока са малко стари и леко страшни (асансьора), но за сметка на това апартаментът вътре изглежда супер :)

Location was great, quite close to restaurants and main points of interest The parking spot was a bit far from the place and there was no possibility for short term parking outside the apartment to unload luggage. So if you have lots of bags it might get a bit complicated.

• Juan Marcos (8/5): Apartamento bonito en el centro. - Muy buena ubicación. Personal atento y amable. El apartamento está en buenas condiciones. El desagüe de la ducha va muy mal. Si tienes problemas con ruidos para dormir el tranvía pasa debajo de la ventana literalmente.

It’s fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, close to everything yet quiet at night. • Olga (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment has an excellent location – right in the city center. All the main attractions are within walking distance. It matches the photos provided on the Booking.com website. Well-equipped and comfortable. Communication with the host was outstanding – always responsive and eager to help. We were very satisfied with our stay. There is a minor issue with the shower drain – the water does go down, but it takes a long time. Also, since the building itself is quite old, there is an unpleasant smell at the entrance. However, this does not affect the smell inside the apartment.
• Meram (9/5): Perfect location, perfect host - The location was perfect. You can walk to all main attractions and have a stroll to have a bite or coffee whenever you want. A small market open24/7 was a few steps away. Lots of nice cafes in walking distance. Todor was a great host, very helpful with everything. House was comfy with great internet. AC in the living rooms and the bedroom worked very well, which made life better in summer heat. Parking is a struggle in Sofia so to have parking sorted is a bonus but be aware it's nearly a 10 minute walk from the house and the people don't speak English. Dropping your luggage at home before going there is a better choice. The house was was very sufficient for our family of 4 with a preteen and a teenager. Lots of room for everyone to get a rest after a day of travelling around. We'd stay here again if we go to Sofia. The only struggle was the shower. I have stayed in places with a shower like this one-no shower tank just a shower on the wall. Not very uncommon in some cities and I don't mind. But the problem was the water didn't drain very well and took very long to drain, or we had to put in a lot of effort with the sponged mop to make the bathroom accessible again. But i'd stay in this house again, knowing this. So it's not a deal breaker for me but something to be aware of when booking.

• Maria (9/5): Great location and accommodations. - The staff provided relevant and clear instructions. The place is well located, with metro, bus, and tram all within a block. They provided some goodies to enjoy during our stay. They were very responsive to questions. The shower setup took some time getting used to. The shower is open style with no doors and is in the area of the toilet and sink. It requires using a tool they have to wipe down the floor. Recommend using shower sandals while bathing. The bathroom had a bad smell when we came in but after showering and using the air vent, it went away.

For sleepers with light sleep there could be a bit of a problem because of tram going right by the apartment building. The tram is not operating all night, so not that bad.

Kitchen has everything you need, kids (3 and 5) really loved to eat on the balcony 😋 Beds were very neatly made which i love ❤️ when renting a place for a short stay. I am picky so it might be just me, the bathroom doesn't compliment the apartment. And the parking requires a 10min walk but for us in the end was fine since due to flight's delay, we could park for free for the night 🙂

• Anatoli (9/5): Superb - The location could not be better- very close proximity to everything in the city centre. We had everything we needed in the apartment. Even some complimentary drinks in the fridge, which was a pleasant surprise after a long day travelling. Communication with the host was excellent. The parking was about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. That should be made clearer by the host when advertising the apartment. It was not a massive inconvenience for us, but it can be for others. There is an air conditioner in the living room, but not in the other rooms, and it can be quite warm, so air conditioning throughout might be a better option. There was some considerable noise from the tram that runs close to the building. Not a massive issue for us.
• Petar (5/5): Passable - It's in the center of Sofia, most locations within walking distance. The parking is not at the apartment (which they do not tell you, you only find that out one day before arrival) you have to walk 15 min from the parking to the apartment, parking is crammed full of cars and you might have to leave your car keys there so they can rearrange the cars. The bathroom is the worst, the whole bathroom is also the shower, you do not have shower separetly, so the whole bathroom will be wet and slipery after one shower. The whole apartment is only on 3 fuses with a lot extension cords, fire and electrical hazard is high, dont use all the appliances at the same time.
• Jane (10/5): Perfect short stay in Sofia - The apartment was lovely and clean, spacious and with everything you needed. The balcony was super cute and perfect to drink a morning coffee. The parking was 10 mins walk from the property but a lovely walk past the water fountains to get there. The host was very communicative and I felt well looked after. There is nothing I can complain about.

The parking was a 15-minute walk from the apartment, so loading and unloading the car with luggage was a bit challenging. There was AC only in one of the two bedrooms.

• Mirceast (9/5): Very good apartment for visiting Sofia - Very nice apartment, clean and spacious in the center area of the city. Bathroom a bit small, with shared space for shower and bathroom sink, so you leave floor wet. A bit noisy from passing trams, but overall, good value for the money.

• Svetla (7/5): A pleasant stay in the heart of Sofia - The property is in the heart of Sofia and within easy access of shops, culture and restaurants. The hosts were very kind and available at all times to answer any queries. The free parking is a bonus as it is a very complicated affair to park in Sofia even if you don't mind paying. The hosts had made an effort to make it nice and homely e.g. small touches like lights on the balcony. There is a loud traffic noise from the trams passing just below on the street. It stops late at night and begins early in the morning. The bathroom is small and although there is a shower, there is no cabin as there is no space.
