Manigbas (10/5): Comfortable Stay at the heart of CBD! SUPER GOOD! - I like everything about this apartment, the location is superb!very near the trams and just beside QV mall. The host provided all the stuff we needed to be comfortable. The place itself is family friendly, in fact my son really loves the place as he can eat by himself coz the table and the chair is right for him, the carpeted flooring is child friendly and makes the place cozy. The basic needs that we need was provided by the host from the dishwashing soap, laundry soap, the plates, glasses and even the cleaning stuffs like vacuum was there. The rokmz were big enough for us. Nothing really significant, but would live if they will retrofit the comfort room.

Geoff (9/5): A very comfortable apartment for a city stay. - The location was excellent, being upstairs from a busy and bustling area with dozens of eating options and a large supermarket. If you are into Asian food in particular, its all here. And it was close to so many transport options; trams down Swanston St, Melbourne Central Station and State Library Station are all within 300 metres. The apartment really had everything you could possibly need, with a good sized living area and a kitchen with all the appliances, plates etc that we needed. Communication with the hosts was very good. We had a two bedroom apartment for just one couple. The bathroom/toilet is an ensuite for one bedroom (with a sliding door) and has a separate entrance for the occupants of the other bedroom. Could be a bit awkward in the night where two couples are sharing this bathroom ... well it would be for me.

67cd08b609e17278d5644644bde04894 (8/5): Would definitely stay again, as the location could not have been better. - The location of the apartment was amazing and central to all the main shopping centres - Central Melbourne, Emporium and Bourke St Mall, as well as heaps of shops within the QV complex. Host was also great with lots of communications prior to arrival and just prior to leaving. Apartment was looking a bit tired in some places, could do with a freshen-up for the carpets and paint.
Elliot (8/5): Ideal location in a functional apartment, let down by attention to detail. - Great location, spacious and functional apartment. The high floor provides nice city views. The QV building is the ideal location from which to explore the city. Good communication from the hosts with clear instructions on access. The apartment was superficially clean and tidy and a good base for a couple with two young teen kids. The apartment provides all the function and utility you need, but beyond that, they have raided IKEA at the entry-level for everything! The unit really does require an overhaul to update it; a lick of paint and clean those carpets! Others have mentioned the difficulty closing the faulty window and the broken blind in the master bedroom is an annoyance. Give your apartment some TLC to get to a 10!

Bronwyn (9/5): Amazingly central apartment in the heart of Melbourne. - The location was fantastic, so central to CBD. It is part of a complex with tonnes of food options, supermarket and lots of retail. You could pop out and have a ton of options for places to eat, literally round the corner. It is in the free tram zone so if you’re spending time in the CBD you can jump in and off trams for free. There were amazing views and despite being in the CBD it was quiet. It felt like a safe area and the young adults with us to able to explore, eat, go out for drink on their own. It was also great to be able to cook a meal and feel at home when you’re staying for a bit longer. It was great to have Netflix and other channels when we were hanging out. Nothing we didn’t like :)

Jenni (10/5): Bright, clean and so central plus great value. - Firstly the communication is great! The location perfect, and the apartment (we had 2214) was really spacious and well appointed. The 2nd bedroom doesn't have a window but that doesn't matter at all. The beds and linen are so nice. The bathroom is almost like an ensuite for the main bedroom, a sliding door separates it from the bedroom, and a door shuts it off from the lounge. My sister and I had no problems with that arrangement but it's worth noting! Honestly I think its such great value for money! Thanks Peter. All great.

Roy (8/5): Not enough linen provided and requests not responded too - Location location location If you want inner city, close enough to walk to shops, beaches, theatres and sports events , the situation is unbeatable. We were on the 29 th floor so did not feel hemmed in by high rises. We were 4 people in a 2 bedroom apartment. Not couples and we’re unaware that only two double beds were provided. There was an inflatable bed but no linen for it. We requested linen but got no reply. We had to go out and buy sheets as we stayed 9 nights

The location was absolutely perfect for our family, with lots of great cafes and restaurants very close by. A grocery store just down stairs made life very easy as well. The apartment had the most amazing views of the city and was really well stocked with everything we needed for a week long stay. The beds were also super comfortable which is always a bonus. There was nothing to dislike about this apartment.

Minh (9/5): Perfect experience in the Heart of Melbourne - The host was super helpful and thoughtful! The instructions were clear and easy to follow, so check-in was quick and smooth. I arrived earlier than the usual time, but the host was really accommodating and arranged everything right away. The apartment itself was well-equipped, with a beautiful view and an unbeatable location — right in the heart of Melbourne. It’s surrounded by shopping spots like QV, Myer, David Jones, Melbourne Central, and Chinatown. There are countless great restaurants nearby, plenty of Chemist Warehouse stores, and lots of convenience shops like Woolworths, Big W, and Daiso. There’s even a big food court just about 100 meters away — super handy! It’s also really easy to grab an Uber, taxi, or hop on public transport. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I’d definitely love to come back next time I’m in Melbourne! 🌆 The only small downsides were that the shower is a fixed type, not handheld, which makes rinsing a bit inconvenient — and the window was a bit hard to close when fully opened, though the host had already informed me about it in advance and explained how to fix it.

When you complain no air condition/heater in the bed room, they ask you to use fans.... how to use fans when I feel cold? The windows is not well seal when you close it, so you always heard the high frequency voice of the wind.... especially in high floor in Melbourne that make you difficult to sleep.... The carpet is wear out and the kitchen ware is not clean....

Daphne (9/5): Great location, great hosts. Perfect for a family with small children. - The location was very convenient and easy for city adventures. The hosts very were friendly and helpful. The size of the apartment was perfect for our family of 4, with plenty of room. When we were there, there were some issues with the hot water running out intermittently between 7-8pm. This is more of a building issue and not something the hosts can control. We suspect it was peak shower time for the residents of the building. We have no such issues when we took later showers.

Karin (8/5): Nice Comfortable apartment with Great city views in middle of Melbourne CBD - Hosts communication was exceptional sending required information, also links to videos to give visually clear instructions, nice touch and much appreciated. Key location and handover with a lock box an easy transaction. Answered my questions in good timely manner. Only thing I would suggest is to have the videos with speech format for blind or visually impaired people too. Saturday early morning - standing on the balcony, Highlight was seeing the Hot Air Balloons coming into the city for landing into the designated parkland. Lane access to Secure building, Nice & comfortable apartment with outdoor balcony. The indoor lap pool on 45th floor was a good bonus to use. Easy walking distance to Excellent selection of restaurants, Cafes, take-away stalls, Coffee nooks for all budgets and such a bonus Woolworths, BWS and Big W all on the same level UC section was so convenient too. Plenty of coat hangers supplied in both bedroom wardrobes, also an umbrella to use too - Nice touch. The main featured bedroom with the magnificent views, the Master bedroom a good size space too. YES The BEDS are SO COMFORTABLE :) Location is Great in the middle of CBD of Melbourne. YES we would recommend this apartment and would come and stay again :) We give this apartment stay a 4.5 Stars. Kitchen chairs are cold, could do with some tied on cushions for extra comfort. Pillows, may we suggest having some memory foam pillows for side sleepers and better support.
Loi (10/5): To sum up I enjoyed my stay because of location and comfortable lounge. - The lounge is spacious with city view and close to everything. It is very convenient. The toilet seats are a bit old, carpet has got stains on it and wall needs to be repainted and no microwave in the property.

Sumarsono (8/5): Great location and 2BR spacious apartment - The location. It is right in the heart of Melbourne CBD and exactly above the QVB. The apartment is spacious for 2BR with a great view of Melbourne. The parking. We found it so difficult to follow and find the parking spot since its not in order. The fob to access the gate is not conveniently working. Lucky some other tenants helped us to enter the gate. The hosts were not easy to get in touch with and took us a long time to resolve it. We tried the chat room and email just to get to the respond. The parking is not free. We pay $15/day (although its cheaper than the public parking lot). We didn't mind paying if there were no hassles to get in/out.

Shelley (8/5): Great location and decent over all, would possibly stay again depending on price. - Amazing location right in the CBD. Was a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a great view. Very easy to get transport and above a supermarket. Good communication from the owners. Not all the photos are of the actual place. The bathrooms are tired. The interior could really do with a paint and freshen up. Shower threatened to overflow the lip due to an unusual design. One day (not the owners fault) there was a jackhammer and construction being done in the building and we had to leave due to the noise. Kitchen is well stocked to cook, but nothing to clean up with, I got some cloths from the supermarket to make sure I could leave it tidy. I think the owners have taken on that feedback for the next group.

Melissa (10/5): Beautiful view, convenient central location and amazing hosts. - The property was very close to everything. Woolworths (grocery shopping) was within the same complex, and there were lots of eateries within a short walking distance. The same applied for shopping, musical theatres, cinemas, entertainment, china town, public library, town hall, cathedrals and public transport. The accommodation was comfortable and the owners were excellent communicators and very knowledgeable of the area. They helped us out when we contacted them and were very responsive. The view from the room at night is exceptional.

We loved being right in the heart of the city, and so close to trams and trains. The apartment was spotless, light, spacious and our host kindly ensured we had a travel cot and highchair for our baby. Peter (our host) was so kind and responsive to messages and questions. :) Honestly couldn’t recommend this property more!
Sherrie (9/5): Fantastic location and communication was excellent. - Decent hairdryer! Washing machine and dryer with fast cycles. Location is great, only a short walk to Melbourne Central and Theatres on Exhibition St. Host was very communicative. While the apartment was very clean and tidy, the carpet in the building's corridors was a bit gross.

Cleary (10/5): A fabulous apartment for a few days or an extended stay. - Location was central to Melbourne CBD and an easy walk to restaurants and shops, with a great view of the skyline. The kitchen was well-stocked with all appliances and utensils; there was everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. The apartment was clean and beds were very comfortable. Highly recommended!
Mireia (9/5): It's worth to stay there for a visit in Melbourne. Super well equipped and located :) very nice Host - Very well located. Very easy to find, well explained. All what you need is in the appartment, well equipped kitchen. There is a swimming pool in top which is very nice. Downstairs suwprmarkt and many places to eat and drink coffee. You can also use their parking space if needed, very convinient. Toilet and kitchen were very clean. Nice views over the city. There was sometimes windy and noisy at night mainly in the room next to the front big windows.
