• Guest (7/5): Decent stay - clean, quiet and spacious. - Good location and access into London. Good space for 4 people. Comfy beds. Safe area. Host was on hand if we needed anything. No problems with free parking which was ideal! Nice and quiet area/building. The place was nice but it was a little worn (plaster/paint coming off in the bedroom, bathroom grouting and taps) however it was clean and didn't really impact with the use of the property. Difficult lock on bathroom.

• Wendy (9/5): Heel propere flat - Het was een heel propere flat. Alles was aanwezig voor een leuk verblijf in Londen. Mooi interieur. De eigenaar is begaan met de huurder, en heel vriendelijk. Je hebt een locker waar je je sleutel kan vinden bij aankomst. Wasmachine aanwezig. Thee, koffie aanwezig. Rustige buurt. Het is redelijk ver buiten centrum Londen gelegen, maar met de bus of Uber kom je er wel. 30-40 minuten gemiddeld per rit. Boodschappen doen op voorhand is aan te raden. De buitenkant ziet er onverzorgd uit, maar de flat zelf is heel proper.
• Harrison (9/5): Great Value! - The location was perfect for events at Brockwell Park, an easy 10/15 min walk with access to nearby stations and bus as well. Check in was easy and we were able to check in early, the host was very responsive and gave us the option to drop our bags off so we could head straight out! The rooms were clean and had everything you needed for the weekend, including clean linen, iron, and well stocked kitchen. Whole process was very easy, parking on street available but can be busy, great value for money. Would stay again! The whole stay was excellent, the only thing we would suggest is that the iron needs a clean and the grouting in bathroom is due for a change. These are both minor things, the property is as described and the pictures are accurate.

• Joanna (6/5): Not what we expected - The location was excellent and parking was a bonus I can’t believe that they can charge this fee for such a scruffy unloved apartment. It’s obviously just a Money earner as no repairs have obviously been done and big damp patches. I think the location for what we needed was fantastic but the hassle to leave quickly when it was before the very early checkout time was unacceptable. Earliest anywhere else is 11 checkout. It’s a great location if you want something very basic. I wouldn’t stay here longer than 2 nights. Just fixing the bathroom door and lock would be helpful and inexpensive. A few little tweaks would make it habitable. I definitely wouldn’t class this air bnb standard or recommend to friends.

• Charlotte (6/5): Pleasant - Comfy beds, spacious. Check out states between 10am and 10.30am. Disturbed by the owner buzzing our intercom at 9:55am telling us we needed to be out. Upon telling him that it states 10.30am on the confirmation, he rudly told us we had 15 minutes to get out.

For the space, amenities, comfort and cleanliness the property offers; it is exceptional value for money Nothing!
• Olha (10/5): Exceptional - Very good apartments, good location, quiet and easy to get to the center. All facilities there. We were there in a family of 4 people. Be ready two bedrooms had two double beds and two duvets. If the children were of different sexes, then one slept in the living room on a small sofa without a duvet, that was uncomfortable.
• Tracey (8/5): Warm for winter- needs some care to make simple improvements - A spacious apartment and well heated for winter. A good kitchen This property needs a spring clean and simple repairs made. It’s a shame to see previous feedback not addressed- eg the toilet is still broken!
• Elodie (7/5): Comfy flat - The flat was very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. Very conveniently located close to all amenities in West Dulwich, West Norwood and Herne Hill with buses and train stations, all connecting to central London. Super easy check-in and check-out via a key box. Without double-glazed windows, you can hear too well the constant traffic from the main street where the living room and one of the bedroom windows are. The bathroom was spotless but a bit outdated.
• Toria (9/5): Would stay here again! - Nice location! Easy access into the property and it had everything we needed. Really lovely little apartment! The bed in particular was so comfortable. I could see this being a really good option if you needed to stay in London for a long term stay. A couple of things need updating, the window latch in one of the bedrooms was broken so there was a draft and the push button on the toilet was broke, but didn’t take away from a really pleasant stay.

Nice big rooms! 3 flights of narrowish stairs was hard getting all our gear up to the room. Didnt bother us too much after that! A welcome file with info of buses and what's available in the area would be super helpful!

• Riina (9/5): Superb - If you're seeking a private room with ample space, this is the ideal spot for your stay in London, especially considering that accommodations in London are typically quite compact. We were pleased with our experience; the beds were comfortable, and all essential amenities were provided. The location is excellent, offering easy access to Brixton underground station via bus route 3, facilitating convenient travel to any desired destination using public transportation. I am likely to revisit this accommodation in the future whenever it's available. Perhaps the bathroom facilities could use some renovation. The window handles gave way, causing them to slide open, although it's possible that I simply didn't know how to use them properly. However, the advantage was that this allowed excellent ventilation in all rooms, and we thoroughly enjoyed the freshness of spring :)
