• Cristian (1/5): - Posto centrale Non ho trovato riscontro nel grosso problema che ho avuto...non ho trovato acqua calda per 5 giorni e nessuno ha voluto aiutarmi,in più la scaldabagno perdeva acqua e ogni mezz'ora dovevo svuotare il piatto se no rischiavo l'allagamento.Evitate di prenotare qui... cercherò di farmi fare un rimborso completo.
• Marco (6/5): Good stay but it could have been better - Excellent location in a neighborhood with plenty of nightlife. The room was clean, though a bit small for four people. The boiler didn't work, so the water was cold from the day of arrival and for the entire four days of our stay. The owner apologized, saying a replacement wasn't available, but perhaps this situation could have been handled better. The boiler, however, ran noisily at night.
• Katarzyna (7/5): Pobyt super lokalizacja TOP - Lokalizacja TOP !!! Najbardziej przeszkadzała mi bardzo mała umywalka, ciężko zęby było umyć. Pokój wymaga napraw odświeżenia.
• Emilie (4/5): Très bien situé, mais logement vieillissant, mal entretenu et insuffisamment équipé - Uniquement l’emplacement La vétusté de l’appartement est très marquée. La propreté laisse clairement à désirer, et la cuisine est quasiment dépourvue d’équipements : une seule poêle en très mauvais état, aucune casserole… difficile de cuisiner dans ces conditions. La chaudière est extrêmement bruyante et fonctionne en continu, ce qui devient rapidement dérangeant. Le mobilier est également usé : certaines chaises sont abîmées, le canapé présente des taches visibles. En revanche, l’emplacement est vraiment exceptionnel… c’est sans doute le seul véritable point positif. Le prix est raisonnable au vu de la localisation, mais cela ne justifie ni le manque de propreté ni l’absence d’équipements. Je recommande donc uniquement si vous privilégiez avant tout l’emplacement, que la propreté n’est pas un critère essentiel pour vous et que vous n’avez pas l’intention d’utiliser la cuisine.
• Alicia (9/5): Opción muy buena para alojarte en el centro de Londres - La ubicación es impresionante, literal a 4 minutos de Picadilly y en general el apartamento no estaba mal!! Camas cómodas y en general bien. Hacía frío y la calefacción no iba muy bien.

• Amanda (3/5): - Only good thing about this place was the location Exposed wires, bed and couch dirty, didn't look like it had been cleaned from last guests. Water lying inside washing machine which kept making a noise during the night, by filling more water into the machine. Cooker didn't work. Feces on the curtains, lights in the room didn't work. Shower drain clogged, food troden into carpet. Dinning room chairs terrible state.
• adam (7/5): - It was nice and central for all the theatres. Easy to find and close to the tube station. So easy to get to. The flat itself was comfortable and had a nice big walk in shower. Also the double glazing completely shut out the hustle and bustle of a busy street. The key box was a bit fiddly. Took a few minutes to open. Also we stayed in flat 3 and there was no kettle. So I ended up going to McDonald's at 6.30 in the morning for coffee. Other than that it was fine.
• Tomasz (2/5): - Dear Sir or Madam, I hereby submit a formal complaint regarding our stay at your apartment on 02 February 2026, booked under the name Buczek, reservation number 5938889343. We arrived at the property at approximately 3:15 p.m. after a long journey. Among the guests there was a disabled person unable to live independently, as well as a person with a sprained ankle. This made the situation particularly difficult. Upon arrival, the apartment was in a condition that was entirely unacceptable and clearly unfit for guests. The room was dirty, the rubbish bin was full, dirty dishes were left in the sink, and there were visible hairs and remnants from previous guests in the bed. The bathroom was also dirty, the bin had not been emptied, and personal belongings of previous guests were left behind. An unpleasant odour was present throughout the apartment. Photographic evidence taken between 3:19 p.m. and 3:21 p.m. is attached. This condition demonstrates a complete failure to provide accommodation in accordance with the standards advertised and in breach of the basic hygiene and service obligations. As a result, the comfort and dignity of our stay were seriously compromised. Contact with the owners was extremely difficult. Only after numerous calls and messages were we instructed to leave the apartment. I note that the booking was valid from 3:00 p.m., and we had previously been refused early check-in. Therefore, we were entitled to expect the apartment to be fully prepared and available from the official check-in time. After leaving the apartment, we were informed that we would receive confirmation once it had been cleaned and was ready for reoccupation. No such confirmation was sent. After waiting approximately two hours, we returned to the apartment. Although it had been cleaned, basic hygiene items were missing, in particular toilet paper. Despite repeated calls and messages requesting immediate assistance, we received no response.
• VASILIKI (9/5): Confortable appartement at the heart of Soho - The a appartement was very confortable for three people and the location was wonderful at the very center of the city . Everything was in 5 minutes by feet and the staff was very helpfull and ready to respond in everything question we had! Outside the window you could see the theaters of Soho and it was situated at the center of London's nightlife !! I will return there for sure! I would like to have the cleaning service every two or three days for change of towels and toilet paper
• Sébastien (8/5): Superbe localisation pour une première visite de Londres. - emplacement idéal pour une visite de Londres. A 2 pas de Piccadilly, au pied de Soho et de Chinatown. Accueil avec produits d'hygiène Mobilier un peu dégradé (matelas ancien et chaises très abimées). Manque de vaisselle (fourchettes et casserole) et de chaises.

• Ariadna (9/5): - Un apartamento de diez, para pasar un par de días es perfecto, pequeño pero acogedor, súper céntrico y bien situado si tienes poco tiempo para ver la ciudad y a buen precio. La única pega que le pondría al apartamento es que el aseo es un poco pequeño pero nada importante y luego si es verdad que se escucha el agua caer en la caldera todo el día y si es verdad que por la noche puede llegar a ser un poco molesto si te cuesta conciliar el sueño.
• Agnieszka (8/5): Jesteśmy zadowoleni z naszego pobytu i skorzystalibyśmy z tego zakwaterowania ponownie. - Lokalizacja najlepsza z możliwych! Wygodne łóżko, wyposażenie kuchenne umożliwiające przygotowanie śniadania i kolacji (korzystaliśmy z czajnika, zastawy stołowej i mikrofalówki, kuchenki nie używaliśmy, bo nie gotowaliśmy obiadów, tylko jedliśmy "na mieście"). Właściciel codziennie pisał i pytał czy wszystko jest w porządku. Trochę nieprzyjemny zapach z umywalki w łazience. Ponadto, w pokoju w szafie jest boiler, czy jakieś inne urządzenie, które dość głośno szumi nocą. To zależy od upodobań, mnie osobiście ten dźwięk utrudniał spanie, a córce partnera wręcz przeciwnie - dzięki niemu łatwiej zasypiała :)

Había un termo con un ruido todo el rato que no dejaba dormir, les dije que si había manera de pararlo o cambiar de habitación pero no contestaron, el horno no funciona, la cama no es muy cómoda…

• Tamara (2/5): MÄUSE !!!! Im Apartment - keine Einsicht des Vermieters - Die Lage ist wirklich ein super. Da die Lage wirklich ein Traum ist, kann msn sicherlich über einige Sachen hinwegsehen (z.B. Schlafsofa wirklich sehr unbequem, Küche kaum ausgestattet, Toilettenspülung funktioniert nur so semi gut, kaputte Möbel). Was aber gar nicht geht: es gibt MÄUSE in der Wohnung. Und obwohl wir das direkt gemeldet haben und mit Fotos und Videos belegen konnten, wurden uns lediglich 30 Pfund Erstattung des Preises angeboten. Die Mäuse kommen durch die Küche und gehen ein und aus. Selbst Licht und sprechende Menschen halten sie nicht davon ab, durch die Wohnung zu flitzen…

Lo staff è stato veramente tanto gentile, ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli al nostro arrivo, ed ha tempestivamente risolto per la mancanza di alcuni asciugamani. Un pochino piccola per 4 persone, ma considerando che ci abbiamo solo dormito, non è stato un problema. Letti e cuscini non erano comodissimi. Le sedie erano solamente 2 e noi in 4, ma ci siamo arrangiati.

• Michaela (4/5): - Ubytování bylo na pěkném místě, blízko metra Piccadilly Circus a blízko bylo i Tesco Expres. Tím bohužel asi pozitivní hodnocení končí. Ubytování nebylo čisté. Nefungovala trouba, plíseň v mikrovlnce, nebylo prkýnko na WC, všechno ušmudlané, špinavé nádobí ve skříni. Nepohodlná postel, chyběl ovladač k TV, smrděly odpady a nebyly na nich záklopky. Ráno to nad umyvadlem páchlo, jako když si čistíte zuby nad kanálem. Obrovský hluk z ostatních bytů, hluk z bojleru, který je umístěný ve skříni v místnosti, kde se spí. Když se někdo sprchoval v jiném bytě byl tam hluk jako kdyby se sprchoval přímo vedle vaší hlavy. Dveře nedoléhaly a nad dveřmi svítil celou noc únikový východ jako kdyby byla rozsvícená lampička. Chodili jsme se sem jen vyspat, ale za takové peníze bych určitě čekala daleko větší kvalitu.

• Dhobale (1/5): Stressful stay - Location Property was not cleaned when we arrived...cleaner came little later but we were in hurry...so we got ready and left with key...then again they asked to come back to lock the door from middle of the city as we took the key as cleaner was already there...it was not at all convenient for us...so the door was unlocked for around 3 hours till we head back with cancelling our plans..

Location top 10, but the noise outside will continue till dawn. Again, the toilet flush at room no 3 is not working. Please fix it to get 10 marks. The noises from night until morning.. Not sure for orher peoole but for me I can tolerate it.

• Kabi (4/5): Perfect location. Toilet didn’t work - Location was perfect. Didn’t need to take transport because everything was within walking distance. Toilet flush didn’t work at all. Had to go outside to other places if we needed it.

• Karen (1/5): Worst experience ever on booking . com and I have used you for a lot of travel in the past. - Great location right in the heart of the theatre district. There was a rat or mouse in the unit that ate into our food packages. I asked that a mousetrap be set up and the mess the rat/mouse made cleaned up. Nothing was ever done. The TV did not work. There were no pans to cook with despite the room having a kitchen. We left a day early due to the rat situation. I expect a full refund to be made of my stay and at the very least a refund made for the one night when we vacated early. The communication was terrible, I think it was AI responding to my messages. Nothing was ever done to fix the various issues. They are no longer responding to any of my messages now that I have left.
