• Rozie Ismail (3/5): Disappointed - Apartment was pleasant. Aside from a few items needing repair etc, overall it was ok. Giving a low rating for this - Need to pay a deposit of RM200 via bank transfer. My family and I checked out on 22 June 2025, up to today (9 July 2025), I have not gotten back my deposit. It is stated that refunds will be made within 7 days upon check out. But it has been almost 3 weeks since I checked out. Been following up weekly but still no sight of my deposit. Was told on 8 July 2025 that they are retrieving the receipt from their accounts team and will provide it to me on 9 July 2025. When I sent a message in the afternoon and my message wasn't looked at. Responsive throughout but when it comes to deposit refund, I need to keep chasing for it?

• Norasidah (8/5): JB SEAVIEW WITH BALCONY COUNTRY GARDEN DANGA BAY - There is 24hrs makan place and family mart downstairs. Easy to call for grab. Walking distance to the beach. There are 3 bedroom and 3 toilets just nice for us 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Shampoo and body wash in big bottles for all toilets. Key collection for apartment is easy at the opposite family mart. Upon your arrival the apartment staff will whatsapp you the procedures and stuffs upon check in. Just make sure you read properly for easy check in. We didn't get to laze around in the pool as it closes every Tuesday for cleaning.
