Guest Reviews
- Richard (8/5): Very cozy, useful place near the banks of the Thames! - Very clean, nicely decorated. Plenty of space for luggage. Patio was lovely and so was the water jug (it was super hot that week) Lack of fans in the apartment (it was super hot). Recommend a bath mat for the main bathroom
- Cynthia (10/5): This is a great central location from which to experience all of London. - Great location, lots of space and loved having two bathrooms.
- Debbie (10/5): - Very central to amenities and restaurants. Clean apartment. Communication was very good for access. Recommended. All good

- Domante (1/5): Not worth the money - Extremely rude staff Checking out one hour later they trying to fine me £200
Also does not look like in the pictures definitely wasn’t worth 400 a night
Extremely rude staff and super unprofessional
- Aline (8/5): - Nous n'avons pas eu le double des clés comme prévu. Nous sommes donc rentrés nous coucher tous en même temps.

- Farida (10/5): Excellent - Location, interior None
- rick (9/5): Perfect location, and the support with whatts app and communication was great - Quiet and clean Nothing
- Sarah (9/5): Great location and super comfy - Great location comfy and clean would definitely use again

- Zbojová (8/5): Good stay, perfect location - The location of the property is amazing. There are multiple grocery stores in the neighborhood, multiple Underground stations and it is in a walking distance from Millennium Bridge and St. Paul’s Cathedral. The apartment was quite spacious and easy to find and get in. The kitchen had all we needed - kettle, Nespresso machine, oven, washing machine, freezer and fridge and even a pop-up toaster. There were 2 bedrooms - one with its own bathroom and one regular one and the last “bed” was on a sofa in the living room. We received plenty of information from the property before and during our stay, even with detailed PDF guest book and short videos with manuals. You need to collect the keys from a nearby shop located maybe 5-7 minutes from the apartment and on the last day, you also have to return it there. In the booking it said the checkout time was at 11am but later, on the day we arrived we received the guest book, and it said the checkout time was at 10am, so we had to re-plan our last day as we wanted to leave the luggage in the apartment till 11am till we come back from the city to checkout. The bed in the master room is very small for 2 people to comfortably sleep in and there is only one blanket for 2 people, which is not that wide and also only one mattress which was very bouncy so we did not get that good of a sleep. Also there was supposed to be another pair of keys but it was only the key to the apartment but without the keycard needed to get into the building.

- Elaine (10/5): Calm oasis in the city centre - Spacious, modern and tastefully decorated. Absolutely stunning atrium area to look out on. Very close to the Thames walkway - the building looks directly at the Globe theatre and Tate Modern, and directly behind it is St. Paul's.
Comfy beds and plenty of towels. You have to collect the key from a location about 5 minutes walk away so be prepared if bringing lots of luggage and taking a taxi.
- Sara Rogolino (10/5): Un soggiorno meraviglioso - Struttura accogliente e ben equipaggiata.
Letti comodi, cucina funzionale e bagni dotati di acqua calda.
Il cortile interno è molto carino. L'unica cosa che sarebbe necessaria è una maggiore manutenzione degli infissi.
- Rachel (10/5): Great little find - Apartment had everything you needed. Very comfortable. Nicely decorated and very clean. Great communication from hosts. Area near ST Pauls was amenable to walking every where. Not a reflection on apartment as london is noisy.slept with bed room window open and traffic noise was loud till about 2am

- Nicolette (10/5): We had as fabulous time! - Location is absolutely great!!!
- Mark (7/5): Beautiful spacious flat in a great location, but could do with some touch ups! - The property is beautiful and spacious, in a great location that feels safe and we had a very comfortable nights sleep. The host is very responsive and works hard to address any issues you may have in a timely manner. There are a few areas of brown limescale in the bathroom where a deeper clean would be beneficial as they make the bathrooms seem unclean. There were no bin bags available so we took all of our rubbish out in our own bag to put in a public bin. The flat can get very warm because the balcony opens up to the inner courtyard but fans were supplied which was really appreciated. The blinds were also poor quality and broken so we were woken up very early by the sunlight.
- Andrew (9/5): Superb - The apartment was exactly as described- well furnished in a tranquil block. We could walk to many nearby tourist sites.
- Dorin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ruth (9/5): Superb -
- Donna (9/5): Excellant stay will book again. - Great location, a very short walk to St Pauls walk right along the river Thames. There are 4 tube stations all within 5-10 mins walk. The apartment is well kitted out, absolutely everything you could need in terms of equipment, Wifi is excellent and it's warm and cosy. Outlook is lovely onto the internal courtyard which is planted with tropical plants and pools. Host is great, clear communication and easy key pickup/drop off. No negatives
- Life (8/5): I love it was very safe just not enough hot water - Location and style The hot water was not enough for 4 people
- Trisna (7/5): Good -
- Coombs (8/5): Very good -
- Nicholas (9/5): All in all was a great stay, despite a few inconveniences, and we would definitely stay again. - The apartment is located in a great location with a short walk to several tube stations, restaurants, pubs, Thames River walk etc. The space is very cozy and well decorated. The building is very secure, and in a safe location. This was a great place to stay for our family of three with our teenage daughter, allowing her to have her own space. We enjoyed the cozy couch and large TV for the small amount of downtime we had. The kitchen is stocked with some basic essentials, if you decide you want to prepare your own meals. Having a washer/dryer was very handy and allowed us to pack a little bit lighter. The communication with Jenna and Ying was very helpful and they were very responsive. The size of some of the amenities(beds, shower, kitchen) could be alarming for non European tourists but worked for us as we knew what to expect. The pictures make the space seem much larger than it is. The main suite could definitely use a new mattress as it’s very springy. A queen size foam mattress would be a very welcome upgrade. The window shades should be replaced, as they are difficult to operate despite the video guide provided by the host, since they are missing the rods used to open and close them. Proper maintenance of the Nespresso machine should be a part of the regular cleaning, as we had to run a descaling cycle in order for it to function properly. A hard copy of the welcome guide should be left in the apartment, so that guests can easily find information about the apartment(water heater instructions, rubbish disposal, exit instructions etc.). Due to the electronic card access needed to enter the building, you have to obtain your apartment key and card from a local 24 hour convenience store a short walk away. This is a minor inconvenience, but it would be a great improvement if the apartment was upgraded with a digital keypad entry to the unit so that the keys/card could be left inside the apartment upon departure and collected by the cleaner.
- Rashmi (9/5): Superb -
- Ruben (8/5): Very good -
- Nisha (8/5): Rough start but the owner was responsive and made things better - Owner was responsive to all of the issues we initially had and even bought fans for the unit to help make us more comfortable We had to push a button on the heater for hot water 20 minutes before taking showers - if we forgot, cold shower. Also the third “bed” is not a sofa bed. It’s just a sofa.
- Pia (9/5): Superb - The location is ideal to explore the city (most underground lines are within walking distance).
The apartment is extremely large for London standards and was equipped with everything we needed. Loved the little details like the fresh flowers. :-) I‘m a little sensitive to smells and had to remove all the fragrance sticks throughout the flat.
But other than that, no complaints!
- Rebecca (9/5): Superb -
- Noelle (6/5): Excellent location but noisy surroundings with bad water heater - Location was excellent! 5-10min walk from 4 tube stations and also many bus stops around. 15-20min away from most attractions and sights. Apartment was sufficiently stocked with kitchen equipment, washer/dryer was also available. 2 showers and 2 bedrooms as per description, decent stay for 4 pax if priority is convenience of location and you can live with cold showers. The surroundings could be noisy at night since we left windows open for ventilation. We we warned not to approach the concierge and for good reason - terribly unfriendly folk that couldn't even spare a smile. Linen/sheets had a musty smell, water heater (even with the 1H boost) was insufficient for 4 pax to shower comfortably, only 2 pax would get hot water each evening, if we're lucky the 3rd would get half a decent shower. Note that key collection/drop off is a 7min walk from the place.
- Borg (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (7/5): Good - This property is in a great location in the St. Paul's area, next to the Thames near Millennium Bridge, 5 minute walk to the nearest tube station. Before travelling we received a very detailed information document detailing how to collect the keys, access the property, heating, facilities etc which all seemed very positive. About 3-4 days before we were due to travel, I tried contacting the host to confirm that the 'sofa bed' described in the property details would be made up in readiness for our arrival as there would be 3 adults staying this bed would likely be needed. I attempted contact through booking.com and also the email provided by the host in the welcome details. I had no response.
On arriving, the key collection didn't go as smoothly as hoped due to the app 'key nest' which the host uses to share the key with the store owner being down. Once this had been rectified and we got to the property we were pleased on entering the building and property, everywhere seemed and smelt very clean. The 'sofa bed' is in fact exactly as pictured, a large IKEA style corner sofa. We tried contacting the owner using the numbers provided, the first did not even ring and instead an automated message saying 'this person was not accepting calls at this time', the 2nd number rang but unanswered so I left a voicemail. Trying to make the best out of a bad situation we started searching for bed linen to put on the sofa which we eventually found, some however did not appear to be clean and in one bedroom there was damp bedding hanging up in one of the wardrobes! Overall we did enjoy our stay but due to the lack of communication from the host we would not stay here again. We tried contacting them several times over the course of the weekend and have still not had any response to my email.
If knowing you will be able to be in contact with the host is important to you when looking for a property to book then avoid this one at all costs!
- Elizabeth (10/5): Lovely apartment. Beautiful surroundings. Very clean. Great communications. Highly recommend - Great location. Lovely apartment. Very quiet. Perfect Nothing
- Kesiree (9/5): Comfortable stay for family of friends - Good access comfortable and convenient. Good access to nearby tube stations!
Good communication with host. Instructions very clear. Very clean and well kept
Quiet in spite of being in city
Spacious
2 bathrooms
Laundry facilities We stayed after Christmas and the restaurants and pubs outside were closed
So just keep it in mind depending on what you’re going for
- Soraya (5/5): Passable - Second day we didn't have water
- Laura (9/5): Lovely stay - Spacious apartment, well equipped & great central location - Spacious apartment, well equipped & great central location
- Daniel (10/5): A fantastic, comfortable and quiet place to stay right in the City - The apartment surpassed expectations. The courtyard space when you first walk into the complex is fantastic with lovely water features, plants and enormous palm trees - these are great to look out over from the apartment balcony. The apartment itself was spotless, extremely comfortable, relaxing and quiet (probably the quietest place I have ever stayed in London!). It's a less than a minute to the river and you can head along the Thames Walk in either direction towards Southwark Bridge or the Millennium Bridge which makes it easy to access the Southbank and Borough Market.
The key pick-up was from a 24 hour convenience store just over 5 mins walk away, but this wasn't a problem and we were sent clear instructions in advance. The communication from Ying and Crohan was excellent overall and they answered any questions promptly during our stay.
I'd throughly recommend the apartment for a relaxing stay right in the City. There really wasn't anything of any note that we could find fault with. The only really minor thing we could think of that would have been slightly easier would be if the key could be left at the apartment complex at the end of the stay rather than having to take it back to the convenience store where it's picked up from (but it really wasn't a problem).
