• Alexandra (7/5): - Apartman bol nadherny, cisty a priestranny, avsak chybal dostatocny ulozny priestor na veci. Fotografie zodpovedaju realite. V budove bol neznesitelny zapach kanalizacie. Nastastie nebola kanalizacia citit v byte. Co bolo najhorsie - kanalizacia vytekala priamo do garaze, kde sme parkovali.

• IOANNA RACHMANIDOU (10/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία.Η στάση του μετρό κοντά και δεν ταλαιπωρηθήκαμε καθόλου χωρίς αυτοκίνητο.Ο φούρνος ακριβώς κάτω από το σπίτι μας κάλυψε με τέλειο πρωινό ακόμα και την Κυριακή! Μικρές λεπτομέρειες στη καθαριότητα.Ενημέρωσα την κυρία που το περιποιείται,οπότε νομίζω θα το διορθώσει!

ΙΔΙΟΚΤΗΤΗΣ ΑΨΟΓΟΣ!ΤΑ ΕΧΕΙ ΟΛΑ! - Ίσως το πιο άρτια εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα που έχω μείνει, Για την οικοδέσποινα δεν έχω λόγια ,με αποζημίωσε πλήρως για μια ατυχία που είχα στο πάρκινγκ ,γιατί είχα μεγάλο αυτοκίνητο. Πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική με άμεση ανταπόκριση σε ότι χρειάστηκα. Στα έξτρα μπόνους το πανέμορφο μπαλκονάκι! Κεντρικά και πολύ ήσυχα! Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω σίγουρα. το παρκινγκ είναι για πολύ μικρά αυτοκίνητα και δύσκολη πρόσβαση

• Maria (10/5): - Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πόλης με μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα την θέση στάθμευσης. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα ιδανικό και για οικογένειες.

• Andrea (8/5): Apartment Athen - Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen sehr großzügig und komfortabel. Das Bad ist zwar eher klein, aber dafür toll ausgestattet. Das gilt auch für die Küchenausstattung. Es ist wirklich bis ans kleinste Utensil gedacht worden. Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr sauber :) Der eigenartige und sehr unangenehme Geruch aus dem Bad.... ....und abends im Eingangsbereich im EG hat es stark nach (Erd-) Öl gerochen. Absolut nicht gefallen hat mir, dass ich an unserem zweitletzten Tag auf meine schriftliche Nachfrage um einen Tipp zur Gepäckaufbewahrung in Athen an die Vermietern bzw. unsere Kontaktperson, nicht einmal mehr eine Antwort bekommen habe. Das finde ich tatsächlich sehr respektlos.

• patricia (7/5): Voel me misleid doordat het aangeboden wordt met parkeerplaats en die niet te gebruiken is. - Het was schoon! We hadden de accommodatie geboekt vanwege de parkeerplaats maar die was onmogelijk om te gebruiken. De garage is zo krap en de parkeerplaats zo klein dat we hem niet gebruikt hebben. Parkeren in de parkeergarage in dezelfde straat koste ons 30€ per dag extra. Als ik dit had geweten had ik het niet geboekt. De locatie was voor ons te ver lopen om naar het centrum te gaan. Het 2 persoons bed is ook vrij klein.

• Sabína (10/5): The host was always available and helpful. We appreciated that it was possible to store our luggage before check-in. Fas - Beautiful, modernly furnished apartment with everything you need for your stay. A big plus for us was the terrace for evening relaxation.

• Kerem (10/5): Lovely decorated and comfortable flat - Pinterest-like a decorated apartments with all the necessities included. Quite nice and clean. The subway station is not far away. The apartment is located in a lovely neighborhood where you always feel safe. The host is quite responsive and meticulous in providing all the information needed to make the most of your stay. All good, nothing comes to mind.

The apartment is newly renovated with modern furnishings, and the comfortable beds ensure a peaceful rest. The balcony is especially cozy, perfect for evening conversations or relaxation.

Highly recommended for couples up to a 4-member family. The pillows and the bed layer can be replaced with higher quality to add further value to the lodging.

• Joanne (10/5): Bright renovated apartment, easy living - Lovely renovated apartment. It is away from the main tourist area but a quick taxi ride €6 gets you to the centre. Fantastic bakery opposite, plus nearby small supermarket and bars across the road. Was concerned we wouldn’t be able to find it but we managed and owner sent photos which we followed. Had to remember to turn off the boiler before showering but maybe that is an Athens thing to do.

• Tomwaw (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in a very good location. Approximately 10 minutes' walk from the metro station. There are several grocery stores nearby, several pubs nearby, and a bakery nearby. A small elevator to the third floor, two comfortable rooms, a bedroom with access to a large balcony. There is a table and chairs on the balcony. There is a comfortable bed in the bedroom. Average quality kitchen, no dishwasher. The worst thing in the apartment is the bathroom, which is small and uncomfortable, the bathtub is 40 cm high. The entire bathroom looks old. But both the kitchen and bathroom passed the test. The apartment is fully equipped with cosmetics and detergents for both the bathroom and the kitchen. Due to my long stay, I asked for a second set of towels and I received them. Each set includes three towels. One very big one. They are of good quality. Two air conditioners, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. You can hear your neighbors sometimes, but it's not a problem. Location close to the center, you can walk or take the metro for 2-3 stops. The metro ride to the airport is approximately 37 minutes. Good contact with the owner. Several light bulbs didn't work - in the fridge and in the living room. Large TV with many programs. The size of the apartment is satisfactory. what is important is that it is bright because there are many windows. The bathroom also has a small window and can be ventilated which I liked a lot. To sum up, there are a lot of advantages here and the apartment can definitely be recommended for both a night and two weeks. I stayed for 7 nights and left satisfied. Especially considering the prices of decent hotels, this apartment is much cheaper.

Easy self check in and very effective communication with the host during all the stages of travel. Highly recommended for a convenient, quiet and private stay.
