Ik mocht wel mijn koffer eerder brengen maar check in tijd was pas om 17:30 De badkamer was vies en het putje liep niet snel genoeg door, zodat de douche elke keer bijna overstroomde als je hem niet even uitzet. De wc borstel was zelfs erg goor, durfde ik niet eens aan te raken. Er zat geen deurbeslag op de kasten en de lamp was kapot en in de kast gezet. Toen ik wilde zitten op het matras bleek deze ook kapot te zijn. Zo erg dat je eigenlijk maar aan 1 kant van het matras kon slapen. Mijn vriendin sliep op de slaapbank, die in het midden heel hard en aan de zijkanten zacht. De keuken zit buiten de kamer, de afwas zit volgens mij standaard op het afdruip rek en er hangt een beetje rare geur Er wordt veel gevraagd om 5 sterren te geven, terwijl de kamer nog geen 1 ster waard is. Hopelijk gaan ze een klein beetje werk verrichting en een keer goed schoonmaken want het kan echt een leuke kamer zijn

• Dotor Ruiz (1/5): Decepcionante - Lo único bueno es la situación. Es un dúplex y lo han dividido para poder alquilar las habitaciones de forma individual. De manera que la parte de abajo corresponde a esta habitación con baño pero la cocina queda fuera, es decir, no es privada. En la parte de arriba hay otras dos habitaciones que comparten un baño y una pequeña habitación con un microonda. Los inquilinos de arriba pueden entrar en la cocina de abajo y usarla. Resumiendo, falta de limpieza, el colchón de la cama doble estaba hundido y el sofá cama era como dormir en una tabla. Las almohadas olían mal y la ducha se inundaba. La cocina no dispone de utensilios para cocinar y tampoco hay mesa ni sillas para poder comer. El WiFi no funcionaba correctamente, se perdía la conexión a cada instante. La tele no dispone con canales solo puedes ver YouTube. En definitiva, nada que ver con las fotos que aparecen en la web.

• Lou-anne (6/5): The location was in a quiet, safe neighborhood - The location was in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The room was spacious and generally comfortable. That said, the experience didn’t match the listing. Thought the accommodation was a private place, but the kitchen is actually shared with several others, and there were people staying upstairs, which was unexpected. There were also some maintenance issues, like a very slow-draining shower and quite a few bugs in the kitchen area. Also we were told not to flush our toilet paper but had to put it into a bag and discard in the dustbin.

• Malika (5/5): It was ok probably wouldn’t book again - The location was nice It says that you get the whole apartment to yourself but that’s not fully true, yes you get a room that locks and bathroom to yourself but the kitchen is outside of that and then upstairs there are two other rooms with bathrooms and kitchens, my partner and I thought we were alone until we heard someone upstairs which is very easy access too. The bathroom was so tiny and the kitchen wasn’t very clean, the bedroom/ living room part was fine.

• Jennifer (10/5): A great find for work stays. - The host was fab. Easy to communicate with, made finding the property and getting in very easy. A very secure place to stay. The room is private, with a lovely view of the park. The bed is comfortable and lovely ironed bedding. It was so good to have a private kitchen, especially when travelling for work. It's a five minute walk to the high street to find supermarkets, shops and lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Nothing to say here!

• Contreras (2/5): Honestly I wouldn't book this accomodation. Booking.com should remove it from its site - I booked three nights. I picked up the room keys on the morning the first day because the owner asked me to. I went there, and the room was still to be cleaned from previous guests stay. I didn't have a problem with this. I returned in the evening to drop my luggage and went out straight away because I was meeting a friend and I was late. I saw that the owner left two bathroom towels on the bed. And everything in the room was tidy and clean. That was my first impression, and that's the only thing I liked about the stay. On the first night when I returned to the room, the first thing I noticed was that the room was cold, the heating wasn't on. I checked the radiator, and the tap showed it was on heat level 5, but no heat was coming out of it. I checked the thermostat in the hallway, and the thermostat was set to 30 degrees. I couldn't make it work. It was late so I didn't want to call the owner. I was tired and I hoped that the heating had a timer and it would work in the morning... I moved the towels from the bed and I discovered some marks, kind of footprints on the duvet (see photos), and a tear in the bedsheet... I went to sleep and I thought about reporting it to the owner in the morning. When I woke up in the morning, there was no heating... no signal of it at all... Then, I went to the kitchen, that was barely clean, with empty cabinets and minimun kitchen stuff (four pieces of cutlery, four plates and four mugs, that's it) When I booked the place I was planning to cook something to save some money, or at least do my breakfast, and have some porredge done in the microwave but the weren't any bowls or pots to cook in. I took some tea bags from home with me just in case there weren't available, and lucky me because that was my only breakfast: a cup of tea. There were no shampoo or shower gel either (I had some with me by chance...) There were no toilet lid and no mirror in the diminute bathroom. But the worst thing was the shower. The drain was kind of blocked or slow, and after a couple of minutes in the shower, the water in the tray got close to overflow to the bathroom. You can imagine, my feet were on that disgusting water which who knows what kind of bacteria were there floating. On that moment I decided I need to leave the place and not come back again. I wanted to complain, and I did it to Booking.com, but guess what, they told me they were going to contact the owner of the room to see if something could be done.

• Varghese (8/5): Very good - I liked the overall room experience and the host how he welcomed us. He told us exactly what and how to do and stuff.The room was large enough to accommodate 3 people with a balcony. The slightly off things could be the bathroom which was really small but was exceptionally clean maybe because it is new. Also for the heating we will have to call the host and he needs to switch it on and we can't control the heating. But the host does switch it on as soon as we tell him.

We had little babies under 4month old and no heating control in our hand. Host said that we can’t on heating whenever we need according to our child need.he said that he would not allow hearing during night amd can’t leave heating on whole night. So it was very bad specialy when you have little kids with you. At checkout time, host said that he would not be there to collect keys, so we should make video at our leaving time when we close all door and through keys inside the property from letter hole and need to send that video to host as a proof that what time we left the property and keys left inside the property.

• Vladislav (7/5): Good value for money place, on a comparabely nice location with some small disadvantages. - The host was very polite and accurate. Quickly responded for questions. Had even prepared change adapters for european phone chargers. The location of the place is great according to everybody in the family - literally 2 minutes from bus stop and around 10-15 minutes (depending on walking speed) to an underground station. The buses that were available were 3-5 stops from the main London center with a lot of the landmarks. Nearby park is 5 minutes away. The bulevard, which is 2 minutes from the place and where the buses pass through is full of many different places with food - pizza, english, indian, pakistanian food, etc. The building of the apartment and the area around it were looking nice and acceptable. The kitchen was not part of the room, but was like a separate room on the floor, although it was dedicated mainly for our room. It was not as clean as the room. The bathroom was very small with tiny sink. Shower cabin was a little dated and worn. Provision of a mop and a new shower cabin door handle will significantly improve the experience. I should admit that the host had done his best to clean the room, but some of the stuff inside were date and worn as well - like the wardrobe and the curtains. New handles for the wardrobe would as well improve the experience - as some were missing. The single bed in the room did the job, but is not very comfortable. I guess the stuff above explain why the price for the place was lower than many others. But if the described disadvantages are not that important for you - then probably the location and the price will compensate for that.

• Pv (10/5): Exceptional - My stay was very nice. The host was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the room and explaining everything about the space, including the kitchen. However, he did seem a bit upset because someone had previously broken his door, so he showed me how to properly lock the doors for security. One small suggestion for improvement would be to add a mat near the bathroom, as it would be helpful. Overall, it was a great stay, and I appreciated his attentiveness.

• Felix (10/5): Great and helpful host and nice small flat for a budget - Welcoming and friendly flat owner. The room is nice and we slept well in the bed. the area is fine, too. You can get anything in the shops nearby. and there's also a bus stop nearby within 5 min walking. Thanks a lot for being so adaptable with the checkout time!

We had everything we needed at home. We had a common room but it had basic things like dishes and cutlery. The only thing missing was a table in the room. Overall, for the price everything was fine, but the cleanliness left much to be desired.

• Kieran (10/5): Excellent host! made us feel welcomed, great view! - Host was absolutely amazing, book in was for 17:30 but he allowed us to come early as we arrived in London earlier. Came with the keys, showed us in and was very polite. We travelled up to play a gig so it was so convenient to get into the room before arriving to the venue. He also messaged us on WhatsApp day after booking to confirm what time we would be coming and even gave us directions to reach property. Balcony was amazing and kitchen really nice! Light in bathroom was very dim and beds could do with extra pillows. Apart from that it was amazing!

Very kind and went the extra mile to make himself easy to speak with. If I had to say anything, maybe the light in the bathroom was very dim, and somehow there was always water on the kitchen counter that I think it was leaking from the upper floor.

Very tiny bathroom. There were no soap in the bathroom. There were no iron in the accommodation. TV had no sound. Single bed was very uncomfortable and I could literally feel the rod of the bed on my back. Very disappointed. Waste of money.

• Taj (5/5): Overall it was as good stay, but could of been better. - The property was in a location that was situated near town centre where there is reasonable shops around where you can commute on walking. The property has a balcony where you can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air outside when its a sunny day.. The room is quite spacious for a family of 3. The property could have been more cleaned throughout, it was kind of dusty on the floorboards and surrounding area's.. The bathroom seals have mould going across the bottom of the wall.. Also, I didnt like too experienced creepy night bugs in the bathroom floor. Also i never knew it was a shared kitchen as it wasnt advertised as shared kitchen but stating 'entire apartment' The TV remote was sticky and needs too have a wipe through, also i didnt like how the host went all my guests change the batteries of the remote when its clearly the host responsibility too change battery if remote is dead.
