Guest Reviews
- Hope (8/5): Was a wonderful location and apartment - Loved the location, loved the unit 66, loved the view. Parking was an issue for us, if you have a vehicle over 1.9m you will not fit your car under!
- Anna (6/5): We won't stay again as it isn't quite big enough for a family of 5. - The location was good. The pool area was excellent and the gym was well equipped. The units have ice for sale at reception which is excellent and the management kindly left heaps of dishwasher tablets and washing powder for our use. There were not enough glasses and cups for the appartment. The fridge was a small for the size of the appartment and the balconies and rooftop needs more furniture. It would have been nice to have a table and chairs on the rooftop.
- Brea (1/5): Terrible, can’t recommend - Location It was overpriced, the aircon wasn’t able to cool down the apartment. Our kids were unable to sleep due to the heat and were sweating all night. The light from outside the apartment foyer were so bright in the front bedroom making it impossible to sleep. Shelves inside the kitchen were broken and they fell out with appliances on top. The apartment had no body wash or hand soap provided

- Te Kiri Ahi (10/5): Great place, close to waterfront and shops, easy access to apartment and parking. - Picking up keys turned out well but Partially my unpreparedness … once i knew - very easy. The reception of Mooloolaba Resort was very helpful and directed me to keys and agent.
the apartment was lovely and compact … views perfect with small outside area to sit then also a private rooftop with chairs and a wider view. enjoyed the morning chat with the birds too. Great recommendation. Sharing the toilet lol … but we managed. Teenagers not use to no locks on amenities however they survived.
- Jill (4/5): - The pool area was great. The kitchen needs a good clean. The pots and pans were filthy. All the dishes were wet. There was bugs in draws.
- Kassandra (5/5): Great location and accommodation but slow to release deposit. - Close to beach. Close to services. Well furnished and equipped. Quick to hold $300 for a damage deposit but not quick to release it or disclose when they would release it.
- Nichole (6/5): Pleasant -
- Prem (9/5): I really enjoyed the place as it got roof top facilities like bbq and children’s corner to play - N/A N/A
- Brad (9/5): Superb -
- Kate (3/5): Very disappointing. Prime location. Understood it’s an older building but it can still be clean, especially given the fe - Fantastic location. Close to beach and cafes. Coles 300m down the road. Our apartment was filthy. Mould behind bedroom door and all over roof in shower. Cupboards broken. 2 bowls for a 5 person apartment. Dishes were filthy. 2 fry pans, one unwashed and the other full of rust. Oven not clean. It may not be the management fault but it remains their responsibility to ensure the apartment is clean for the next guest.
- Matthew (7/5): Good -
- Brett (5/5): Passable - Location Decor of apartment was old . Toilet seat very old and walls need to be repaired. Clothes left in wardrobes. No safety rail on top of stairs leaving a gap between the top of stairs and wall for a small child could fit through.
- Mfinck (8/5): Very good - Great location. Easy to find and check in. Front bedroom was extremely hot in apartment.
- Mark (2/5): Over priced dirty place - The location and complex was good . The apartment was a joke. Not clean. Old furniture. The bed was well no comment. One of the shelves came loose and 4 glasses fell caught two - two broke and glass everywhere. One toilet roll for two people. Tv didn’t work. 2 vacuums cleaners in the bedroom one in the wall. Damaged so called leather couch. Old didn’t want to sit in it . Dirty dusty curtains. Upstairs balcony was disgusting we didn’t sit there. Done a lot of travelling and stayed in the Sunshine Coast a a lot this was the worst place by far. 4 star. This was like a motel 3 max not an apartment except for the size. Payed to much by 400 easy why was there some one else’s belongings there in the bedroom Read above
- Marnie (2/5): Very poor - The best part of this property was its location to the beach and the main part of Mooloolaba It was old and not well kept. The furniture on the balcony is severely rusted and dangerous when having young children in the facility. It also was not cleaned to my liking we found a dead cockroach under the bed and it was extremely dusty. The complex advertises a heated pool which was not warm at all.
- Steffanie (9/5): Superb -
- Ashley (9/5): Perfect - Location, rock pool everything
- Crystal (10/5): Would definitely book here again- close to cafes and restaurants with beautiful rooftop views - Beautiful apartment with easy access to cafes and restaurants around. Some stains on the spa bath and the bathrooms weren’t too modern but overall their function was fine so didn’t matter too much.
- Colleen (7/5): Great location and price how ever to many fingers in the management pie. - Loved the location and plenty of living space Tags on key did not relate to the apartment Which caused some confusion . Suggest that the tag states the room number.
- Brenda (2/5): For $400 a night, we had a $75 experience. - The location was very good. It was shabby. The smell, like old, stale laundry was overwhelming. Everything is outdated. Repairs have been shoddily done. It looks like it was furnished from a second-hand store. Kitchen and Bathroom need to be updated. Laminate on kitchen counter was repaired with a staple gun. Ceiling damage has just been painted over. It was expensive, and marketed as luxury resort accommodation. So very disappointing for the outlay of cash for two nights.
- Wendy (4/5): disappointed - close proximity to everything definitely for dry weather only
few maintenance issues not previously addressed and not pre warned about some aspects - ie black plastic bag covering an external wall
