• Guest (10/5): 绝佳的地理位置 干净整洁的空间 - 地理位置超级棒，旁边3分钟路程就是富都新线、都营大江户线，而且出门就是升降电梯，携带行李出行无障碍！提前在Booking上预订了这家民宿，客服有问必答，到达之后入住操作简便，房间干净整洁，外面阳台还可以晾衣服，厨房也很干净，可以自己煮东西。阳台和厨房是加分项！卫生间虽小但在日本属于正常，我和老公个子都不高能接受。总之这次入住很满意，以后有需要会再次预订！ 感觉房间墙壁可以使用亮色调，这样光线更好，现在感觉较暗有点点压抑。

• Cecilia (7/5): Good Location - The location is good because just next to Higashi Shinjuku Station and a lot of shops nearby. It is quite convenient. The room are not spacious. You will hear the ambulance siren every night.

• Linda (8/5): Very good - I liked that its the top floor, the view is amazing. Everything is working as it should, has a bathtub and you can cook as well. The location is great, my favourite part of Tokyo. It's quite smaller than it looks in the photos, but there is a chair that can turn into a bed so three people can stay here.

• Kristian (2/5): Never again. - Extremely tiny for four people. Extremely moist and mouldy in both the bedroom and the shower. Really worn down in general. Good location though.
• Vi (9/5): Apart from the limited space and tight bathroom, everything else is good. - The location is great, facilities are good but it’s very small for 4 people. 2 adults would be comfortable, 3 adults are manageable but 4 are very tight. We managed to just fitted 2 carry on and 2 medium suitcases.

Small bathroom, especially for 4 people sharing, also when one person is tall. Also sofa bed hard mattress, hard to sleep on. Room could do with a lamp in the room, as only light is bright ceiling lighting
• Tanon (8/5): Except for the smelly towels, I was satisfied with this stay. - Best location we can find at this price range. Reliable air condition and shower room water pressure. Adequately provided room amenities as stated on the intro page. Towels provided seem to have been in use for a long time with a little smell embedded in the fabric. The intro page of this residence shows pictures of different room types which guests cannot clearly identify which room is which. That left me a little confused when I trying to book a room, where they only provided emojis of different bed sizes and sofas for each room type and not the very picture of each room. Resulting in not getting the room I was expecting for.

Recommend this place. Not suitable for traveller with many and big luggage. Need to walk to nearby coin laundry shop. If you needed.

Room was just about good for the price. Bathroom is too small, hardly any space. Television does not have any international options. Balcony view is equal to non.
• Tom (9/5): This place Is perfect if you’re looking for a bigger space and convenience. - The building of the property is just 3meters away from the metro station. There are multiple convenience stores and a grocery named Maruetsu nearby. The water in the shower and the heater worked well for our stay, and they even have a blow dryer and clothes steamer. The fan of the AC unit was a bit dusty. We cleaned it, but other than that, everything else was perfect!

• Katarzyna (8/5): Very good - The room was quite small but neat and clean. The localisation is great too- right to the metro line, convinience store and two restaurants. It sometimes got chilly at night but the air conditioner/heater worked just fine so it wasn't a big of an issue. For people who wish to cook for themselves during the stay- this place has a working fridge, microwave and a cooker. The cooker however has only one burner so it takes time to cook anything bigger. There was no knife.

• Daniele (5/5): Ok. Wouldn't return. - Good location. Tiny size. Loud ambulances all day and night long. Walls are paper thin. Can hear everything from other units around you. One of the lights had a weird motion sensor we couldn't turn off. We were exhausted after our flight and wanted to just dump our luggage and get something to eat, but the keys were not in lock box as they were supposed to be when we arrived. Granted it only took the owner like 10 min to arrive after we contacted him to come help but still.
• Giovanni (10/5): Tokyo Forever - Well-located property practically right above the subway and a 5-minute walk from Shinjuku, with rooms larger than typical ones in Tokyo—super clean and very comfortable. The host was incredibly efficient. We arrived close to 2 a.m. due to a delayed flight, and the self check-in photos had been deleted. I messaged him on WhatsApp (using the number from Booking), thinking it would be difficult to reach him at that hour, but he replied within minutes and sent the keybox codes. Thank you for everything!
• Shin (4/5): Disappointing - The key box is poor, which number lock is not easy to open, perhaps the numbers rotors are slacked, needs a replacement. the environment is noisy especially in the midnight, a lost of ambulances running around.

• Likasx (10/5): Exceptional - Very convenient location just by the metro station, a couple of convenience shops nextdoor, very nice host who let us check out a little bit later. It might feel a bit small but it's just the right size for a short stay.

• Heidee (8/5): Comfy abode while.staying in the city - Located right next to the train station and only 8 mins walk to Godzilla. Beds were comfy and toilet was a bit small but clean. We did light cooking on the tiny kitchen. No rice cooker. They provide a small pot (18cm) and a pan (24cm). Comfy for 3 adults. Room has AC, fridge, iron, kettle and hair dryer. Wish they would provide change of towels since we stayed for 6 nights. Highliy recommended if you want to stay near the city. Place is safe. The sound of ambulance and police sirens at night but it was something you get use to.

• Crucifer (9/5): The perfect little apartment in the Shinjuku area. - A nice apartment in the Higashi-Shinjuku area close to the metro. Easy to find and many things around the area that made life easy, from McDonalds to Tullys Coffee shop. Overall it was what I expected. Nothing more is needed to make this place better for what it is.

• Maria (8/5): Very good - We liked its location a lot. Many food options are within walking distance, including a 7-11. It's a few steps from the Higashi-Shinjuku A2 exit which offers an elevator and stairs options. This is very convenient when you arrive as you don't have to carry your luggage up the stairs. You can just use the elevator. We were given clear instructions with photos on how to access the unit. There's also an elevator going up to the units/rooms. The room/unit itself provided some amenities like house slippers, cleaning materials, a hair dryer, basic toiletries, a water heater, high-speed wifi, a TV, and AC, and an extra bed. The room size was big enough for us three and there was enough space under the bed where we could place our luggage so they were of out the way and wouldn't take up more space The room might not be big enough for taller occupants if there are more than 2, especially in the bathroom. So XL might not be an accurate description and can be misleading but I think it's bigger than most rooms/units available in that area. There was a clothes iron but we didn't see any ironing board. I think you have to request it in advance if you need it but I think that's a little inconvenient as those 2 should be available together. You can hear sirens very often. They didn't bother us much but the stay would've been more pleasant if there were less noise from those sirens. If you're a light sleeper with no earplugs, this might be a problem Surprisingly, there was no bidet in the toilet! You can get creative and resourceful by using the removable showerhead but it's not that convenient.

• Jessica (8/5): I'm grateful to find this property for my visit to Tokyo. - The location is superb, within 1min from Higashi Shinjuku Station exit. Surrounding area also got restaurant, konbini, and shops. The bathroom looks kinda old bit it's ok. No washing machine but got laundromat near the property.

• Angela (7/5): Good value for money but wished we had paid a bit more for a quieter stay. - Great location. All you need for single person or couple. Not really suited for three adults. Almost constant siren noise at night made sleep tricky at times. Must be an ambulance base nearby.

• Mei (3/5): Only good for overnight and check out early person. - The bed is big and comfy. The 30 second walk to subway. The construction of new building beside start knocking every 8am, it is super super LOUD. If u are overnight and leave the place early it is ok. I stay for 5 nights and it is hell for me every morning. The floor are sticky and there left over used tisu on the table and left over food in the fridge from previous tanent. The owner are not honest for not letting us know about the construction.
