Guest Reviews
- Ailén (1/5): HORRIBLE - Worst stay ever - The property is near Wynwood. The host was terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE! I repeat, DO NOT STAY HERE.
I paid $40 to do an early check in and when I arrived, they informed me I couldn't enter the property until 3pm (AND NEVER RETURNED THE MONEY!). When I called the host, HE BLOCKED ME.
Also, my Amazon packages were stolen from the property.
And also, the code wasn't working so I was temporarily lock out of my apartment and had to wait for an hour under the rain (unable to call the host because he had blocked me).
Also, the place is really sketchy and not clean at all.
- Anthony (1/5): Bad -
- Jorge (3/5): You can find a more comfortable mattress on the street. Very dirty. And expensive for what they offer. Would avoid! - It has plenty of space. The kitchen and bathroom were fine. It was dirty. The floor hadn’t been cleaned. The couch was disgusting it had stains everywhere and it just looked dirty and nasty. The bed was the worst part you can literally feel the metal springs. That mattress needs to be replaced immediately.
- Kristy (5/5): i liked the location and was grateful to have a bed, ac, towels, a bathroom and kitchen; but for how expensive the stay - its walkable midtown and wynwood, close to intercoastal, digital locks, ac, kitchen, seemingly clean sheets, provided towels, provided dish soap there was a peeling water stain on the ceiling, scuffs and unfinished outlet holes in the wall, i did see a roach, the bed wasnt that comfortable, there weren’t any light bulbs in the nightstand lamps, the hair dryer didnt work, there wasnt hand soap, there wasnt a bath rug, it smelled and felt damp, all in all i think i paid too much
- Annashae (1/5): Horrible disgusting I’m being honest - I didn’t like nun ❌❗️❗️ Horrible experience from the smell to the hole in the wall the whole apartment is in the back like u are in a shed .!!! It’s very creepy ewww and the cover had sex stains on it white I told them they never came dont book
- Mark (1/5): One room shack. - Wynwood. The place is falling apart. I booked for 3 adults and 1 child, and received one towel, one set of linens, there were no plates, and the two televisions had to share a remote. It says it has a sofa bed, but it's an extremely uncomfortable futon. The bathroom window had no curtains. Overall, this place is a disaster, and I was very disappointed.
- Keandrea (1/5): Bad - Nothing Cleaner. Offer soap. Clean blankets
- Emmanuel (2/5): Very poor -
- Jack (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matthew_lee (1/5): Bad -
- Azhar (7/5): Good - Well situated. Didn’t realize would be on first floor with no elevator. Not a lot of shops and public transport nearby.
- Kasia (6/5): Pleasant - Everything else was good. The localization is not bad, had dishes, towels and so on The apartment smelled of chemicals, lots of ants, there was no hot water towards the end and we had to wash in cold water as no one ever answered or came. The sofa in the kitchen is very uncomfortable.
- Michael (1/5): Don’t book this or any accommodation from Abati - Be cautious renting any rooms offered by Abati Apartment was booked via booking.com for 4 persons but there was only beds for 3 people (one queen size bed and one very uncomfortable tiny sofa bed with no bedding).
Upon request we received an air mattress for the fourth person like in old camping times. We had to ask once again for bedding and towels for the 4th person.
Parking situation ist really bad. 3$\h on the street, between 7 am and 2am. The lot nearby costs 8$\h, don’t believe the landlord, if he tells otherwise.
Equipment in the apartment is not existent (e.g. only 1 fork, 2 spoons, no pots, coffee machine works only with special coffee capsules which were of course not provided). What is the point of having a kitchen if there are no pots to cook and no cutlery to eat?
There was partly no glas in the window but only plastic film, so it was like sleeping outside.
Walls are paper thin, house is located directly under the route for starting airplanes and near to a big street and a gas station. Noise died after 1 or 2 am, starts again at 6 am, so be prepared for very short nights! And not to mention the ants everywhere in the room, yes, also inside the bed!
I could go on for a long time. In short: Choose another location and don’t get angry with this one as we did. Our time in Miami was a horror stay, we haven’t experienced anything like this in 10 years travelling with booking com.
Please note that this apartment offered from Abati gets its name changed regularly (perhaps to get rid of bad ratings).
- Harry (7/5): Good -
- Larry (8/5): Very good -
- Peggy (9/5): Peaceful hideaway - Beautiful set up. Peace and privacy in the middle of bust miami. Great location and host. There wasn't enough linen. No biggie but that was the only concern and very minimal even. We didn't request more and just made it work with what was available in the unit.
- Kirk (10/5): a very small and cozy place right near Wynwood :) - close to the venue of the concert we went to! n/a
- Daniele (1/5): Worst accomodation ever - Close to a nice bakery and bus stop Usually we put good reviews, however, this was the filthiest place we have ever been. We found dirty socks and underwear on the floor as soon as we checked in!. The place seemed that hadn't been cleaned for months. The door from the bedroom to access the balcony couldn't lock hence we felt unsafe. We stayed 6 nights and noone came to clean or change towels. Worthwhile to mention that they have provide us with only one towel!! per person!!! The mattress was so bad that had a bump in the middle. For all the above we have photos.
- Marieke (7/5): It was a very nice stay! -
- Jean (9/5): Perfect location and wonderful hosts DAVID, Veronica and Jose - I loved the apartment well equipped and the garden beautifully arranged
- Sharetha (10/5): I give it a 10/10 to relax and enjoy. - OMG this was a great last minute getaway with my kids while my husband went on a separate trip. I traveled with the ages 2,5,10,12 and 14. ALL of us enjoyed the outdoor setups and that is were we spent most of our time. The sleeping arrangements were outstanding also from the bed to the couch bed and blow up bed. We had more then enough room for all of us to have a great nights sleep. So much to do within walking distance. I will be back with just my husband and will be posting a review athttps://www.instagram.com/rosesfromconcretepr/. It was a little ant problem but that is something hard to control, mosquitoes were a little bad even in the day but again they can't control mother nature.
