• YUYA (8/5): ベトナムの文化に触れるという観点では立地もよく、ホテルのスタッフも親切に対応してくれたので良かったと思います。 - 5人で宿泊に行きました。部屋は一階のロビーの奥にある部屋で、値段を考えるとそれなりに清潔でホテルとしての最低限の機能は備わっていたと思います。 トイレ、シャワー、洗面台が一つの空間にあってそれぞれを仕切るカーテンもなかったのでシャワーを浴びる際に他の人がトイレをすることができないという不便さはありました。 ベトナム人の習性かもしれませんがサービス提供が遅いので、シャトルバスなどの予約は時間に余裕を持って早めに予約する方が良いと思います。

• Anurag (1/5): Worst hotel of Vietnam (Eco Nest Hotel Đình Ngang) - Nothing. Extremely Poor Service – Do Not Pay at Check-In I strongly advise future guests not to pay the full amount at the time of check-in. There is a reason they insist on advance payment — you will understand once you experience the stay. No Water at Night: There was no water supply during both nights of our two-day stay. There was also no staff available at night to assist. I was stuck inside the washroom for nearly two hours on the first night. On the second night, I had to come out of the washroom and wait until morning due to lack of water. Even after raising the issue around 12:30 PM, it was never properly resolved. we waited till 3 pm. No Drinking Water Provided: After arriving tired from 20 hrs travel, we were not provided with drinking water. We had to step out and purchase it ourselves. Poor Room Condition: No curtains in the room, broken door knob, and a broken washroom window. Electrical Issues: All lights were connected to a single switch, some lights were not working, and there was no light near the mirror. TV Not Working: The TV did not work, and the staff openly admitted that none of the TVs in the hotel were functional — and seemed unconcerned about it. Shower Not Working: The main shower was non-functional. water dripping from all sides instead of shower mouth. Only the tap and hand shower worked. AC Not Working: The air conditioner was not working. Excessive Noise at Night: The hotel was very noisy, making it difficult to rest. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The most frustrating issue was the complete lack of water during both nights. The insistence on full payment at check-in suggests that this may be a recurring problem, and guests may have left mid-stay in the past. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also if you have already booked, do not pay at time of checkin. you will automatically be forced to seitch hotel at night. The booking.

Pokój który mi danonbyl obskurny ściany były brudne a w łazience śmierdziało . Poszedłem do recepcji gdzie powiedziałem że stan pokoju nie jest zgodny z zdjęciami na bookingunjakie widziałem o że chce albo pokój w taki standardzie jaki widziałem albo zwrot pieniędzy . Niestety nie dostałem innego pokoju a zwrócono mi tylko połowę pieniędzy które zapłaciłem wmawiając mi że to przez to że już jesem zamedowany . W pokoju ponadto były drugie drzwi zamknięte na klucz nie wiadomo dokąd prowadzily . nie polecam Nic tam mi się podobało . • johanna (2/5): Inte värt pengarna - Det var nära train street. När till mycket. Det var smutsig, små kryp på rummet. Oftast obemannad reception och ingen som jobbade där talade engelska. Vi köpte till att få ha kvar ett rum över dagen då vi skulle lämna staden på kvällen. Denna information kom inte fram till stödet så möt vi var ute på stan packade de ihop våra grejer och slängde ut dom i korridoren.

Lhali ohledne pokoje, ktery nabizeli. Vybrali jsme si pokoj s balkonem, ale misto toho jsme dostali pokoj bez oken a s velmi spatnoz hygienou v koupelne. Potom, co jsme upozornili na to, ze jsme neobdrzeli, co jsme si objenadali, nam slecna na recepci tvrdila, ze pro nas dany pokoj nemaji. Zrusili jsme proto rezervaci, ale ubytovani nam odmitali vratit penize nazpet.

Es de esas personas que deberían multiplicarse y estar en todas las empresas. Fue muy amable para recibirme y me llevó en su moto a comprar. Está algo viejo.

• Naveen (5/5): Well... ! - Well.... as soon as I got there the room had an issue as so they asked me to cancel and book another hotel. I kind of complained so the put me with al my bags on the back of a scooter and took me to an apartment... building work all night .... I didn't sleep a wink!.... the next day even when they said they would collect me to bring me back to the hotel.... they didn't and I had to find my own way back.... If you don't mind the odd Cockroach or a room without a view it's ok Please note the photographs are very deceiving...

I booked this hotel one month before arroval and we were messaging the hotel updating about our arrival time but while I was in the plane they just informed me that they are fully booked an cancelled my reservation. They couldn't even helped me to find another hotel or make a reservation for us somewhere nearby.

• Dayana Huala Saavedra (4/5): Mal cuidado y con humedad - Lo único bueno de este lugar es lo céntrico, está todo muy cerca, por lo que puedes llegar caminando a todos lados, lo que es favorable, porque la congestión vehicular es masiva, rutas de 20 minutos en taxi pueden volverse en 50 minutos a 2 hora Las fotos en Booking, eran más bellas de lo que el lugar es realmente, está mal cuidado, el piso se sale, hay mucha humedad en las paredes, cobran 3% más al usar tarjeta de crédito. Por lo que si llegas a ir tarde ten presente ello, lleva efectivo. El ruido efectivamente es muy fuerte, porque pasa el tren cada una hora por detrás en lo que es el mercado del tren. (Nosotros leímos ese comentario y lo pasamos por alto, porque dormimos igual con bulla. Pero, en realidad es muy fuerte). Así que si lo que te importa es solo que sea céntrico está bien. Pero todo lo demás, no es cómodo.

Se ve un poquito más limpio en las fotos pero en general estaba bien. La cama cómoda y las sábanas limpias. Las ventanas son antiguas y no están aisladas al ruido, calle ruidosa abajo mucho tráfico todo el día y noche, también pasa el tren y se escuchan las campanas de madrugada. Si tienes sueño ligero mal.

Quelle honte ! C'est un pur scandale ! Le service est épouvantable. Ils chargent le laundry 40,000 le kilo, mais avec un minimum facturé de 3 kilo soit 120,000, encore une aberration ! Je suis écoeuré de mon séjour dans cet hôtel sordide.

• Marie (4/5): Décevant. - Les photos ne sont pas conformes du tout, après avoir eu une clef ou quelqu’un était déjà dedans, il a viré l’autre personne pour refaire la chambre, nous avons réserver une chambre avec balcon c’était juste 4 murs et un lit sans fenêtre, après avoir battailer nous avons une une autre chambre beaucoup mieux, mais tout cela a durer plus d’une heure….

• Thảo Nguyên (2/5): Khách sạn này rất tệ - Vị trí tương đối dễ tiếp cận với sinh hoạt cộng đồng. Chính sách của ks này rất tệ. Khi đoàn mình đến là 12g trưa, do chưa có phòng nên đoàn mình gởi hành lý đi ăn trưa, đến 13g 30 đoàn mình trở về thì đã có phòng rồi nhưng tiếp tân yêu cầu thanh toán 80k/ phòng nếu muốn nhận phòng trước 30 phút, đoàn mình không chấp nhận và chờ thêm 30 phút nữa để nhận phòng đúng giờ (14g), nhưng tới 14g thì tiếp tân chỉ giao 5 phòng, còn 3 phòng nữa chưa giao được vì chờ dọn phòng, và 3 phòng đó được giao trễ 90 phút, làm cho kế hoạch hoạt động buổi chiều của đoàn mình bị lỡ. Được biết các phòng đã được khách trước trả từ sáng nhưng họ không dọn. Cách ứng xử của họ là tận thu hết sức có thể mà không quan tâm quyền lợi của khách.

• Emmanuelle (1/5): - Rien Mauvaise expérience, on ne s'est pas du tout senti les bienvenus du début à la fin, même pas bonjour au-revoir, le personnel n'a jamais répondu à nos demandes par message en amont, ils n'ont pas voulu nous renseigner ou nous aider sur quoi que ce soit, les photos des chambres sont retouchées, vous arrivez dans des chambres sales et murs moisis et troués. Extrêmement bruyant jour comme nuit, a se demander si ce n'était pas fait exprès a taper sur les murs à 4 heures du matin. C'est le seul avis négatif que j'écris depuis 15 jours au Vietnam je préfère habituellement laisser passer mais pas cette fois. Vraiment cher pour ce que c'est A FUIR
• Thảo Nguyên (2/5): Khách sạn không quan tâm quyền lợi của khách - Tôi đã đặt 8 phòng cho 16 người, chúng tôi đến KS lú 12g, chưa đến giờ nhận phòng nên chúng tôi gởi hành lý và đi ăn trưa, 13.30 chúng tôi trở lại thì tiếp tân báo có thể giao 2 phòng nhưng yêu cầu phải thanh toán thêm 160k phí nhận phòng trước. Chúng tôi không đồng ý và chờ tới 14 giờ để nhận phòng cùng lúc, nhưng tới 14g tiếp tân chỉ giao được 6 phòng, còn 2 phòng khác phải chờ tới 15g20, gây cản trở cho 4 người, kéo theo cả nhóm bị lỡ kế hoạch sinh hoạt buổi chiều, cách xử lý của KS không phù hợp.

Còn mấy bạn nữ kĩ tính thì không - Vị trí trung tâm, gần nhiều quán ăn, cafe, view đẹp nếu ở phòng có ban công. Phòng khá rộng. Giá bình dân Vấn đề lớn nhất là vệ sinh không sạch từ toilet, phòng tắm, sàn nhà, ghế ngồi. Không có sẵn nước suối như các khách sạn khác
