Our host Bill was very helpful, available to answer any questions, and quick to respond when we needed anything additional. Apartment was clean and as described. Location was perfect, easily walkable to great food and bars, and close to major sights and attractions. Would have loved a full length mirror somewhere in the unit

The apartment was smaller than it appeared in the photos. Even though the apartment is clean and nicely furnished, the general building upkeep is poor. We were also woken up by someone singing loudly at 4am.

The location is amazing very close to the syntagma metro station and walking distance to Monastraki square and other touristy places. We could store our bags at home after check out time. 4 people could easily fit in home. 2 bathrooms/toilets are very convenient. I didn't travel by car, so I don't have any idea about parking but there is a general issue with parking in Athens. There are A/C's at home and in a working condition. For hot Athens days are ideal. There are not any things I did not like. There is not a proper sofa to sit down in the entry way/living room area. Maybe I can indicate that but we did not mind at all.

Comfortable, clean, spacious enough even families with small kitchen, TVs in each 3 rooms + 2 bathrooms, renovated & modern. To wait for an hour downstairs outside in the street tired with a suitcase after my flight to get the key from person who didn't respond when i message earlier neither always answer my call unless left a request on the mobile mailbox Could save me the trouble just easier left in the small safe box outside

• Than (6/5): Pleasant - Location is excellent !!! The master room air cond was not working on the very 1st day we stayed. We stayed there for 4 nights without A/C. We did complained but was not resolve on the day we check out. The heat at the moment was unbearable , and we have to re-book a hotel to continue our stay. Hope the owner make a good refund to compensate our Hotel stays

• Jagdeep (9/5): Great location for everything you want to see and basic needs are met, but not much to view - The location was superb. All the main places to visit were within 15 minute walk (max). A very clean and comfortable apartment which met our needs for a place to rest during the day (because of the heat) and spacious in the evening for kids to have their own space. 2 bedrooms, each with their own smart tv (a third in the main room) which kept the kids entertained. A small fridge with some crockery and cutlery make for a great option to have your own food if you choose. A fresh set of towels were provided when requested We couldn't find a broom to keep things tidy (on a day to day basis) and there isn't a washing machine in the apartment, so a quick load of dirty towels or clothes couldn't be done. The view from the rooms wasn't great, and the main apartment living space didn't have any windows so natural light was always restricted.

• Stephanie (9/5): Perfect location. - The location is fantastic - everything within in a 10-15 minute walk. Air conditioning in both bedrooms, but not in the living room. TV in both bedrooms and the living room. Two bathrooms, each with shower. Two couples could very comfortably stay here. There is a bakery just around the corner, several grocery stores (organic and regular) very nearby. Two doors down (5 meters) is a little place that can store your luggage for a small fee. The host greeted us on arrival. It was easy to take the metro from the airport to Syntagma Square, and then walk a few short blocks to the apartment. Comfy beds, softer than what seems to be the traditional Greek style. The kitchen is rather small - not meant for major cooking, just reheating. I did not see a microwave or toaster or a drying rack for dishes (no dishwasher). That being said, if you're mostly eating out, it doesn't matter. It could use more shelves in the bedrooms, but there was a closet and space to keep your suitcase as a shelf.
