Sari (9/5): Superb - Really clean, tidy and very spacious upstairs apartment, renovated and furnished with cool style and nice colours, and equipped with all you need for easy and comfortable stay (except for decent kitchen knife maybe?). Great beds, blankets and pillows, tidy bathroom, good indoor air which I always appreciate! Little balcony with a streetview, you can get a sip of sun there in the afternoon. Friendly neighbours and peaceful building. Owner Lorenzo is a nice and friendly guy and easy and quick to communicate with Garbatella is a beautiful, green neighbourhood with absolutely gorgeous architecture. Be sure you don't miss the old part! It was easy to feel ourselves more like residents than tourists there. Short walk to metro, grocery store around the corner, nice pastisserie, bar and tabaccheria on the same street. Beautiful Basilika San Paolo Fuori le Mura is definitely worth visiting, and there's also a great big park Parco della Caffarella close by, if you wanna take a break from citylife. Not a minus for owners, but worth knowing: you can hear pretty much everything from the upstairs neighbour. Noices come through clearly especially in the master bedroom. So take good earplugs with you if you like to sleep 😊 Mosaic bathroom is very smelly (sewer?), so we only used the other one by bedroom. Hopefully that's only a temporary problem.

Laura (10/5): I highly recommend this apartment. - Spacious, comfortable, well equipped and very clean apartment, located in a quiet area, not far away from the center, accessible by bus (a bus station was at 20 m from location on the same street and other bus options at most 400 m from the location). The host was very kind and the communication was very good. I highly recommend this location and we will definitely come back. -

Justina (10/5): Cosy spacious modern place - Owner was supportive and gave clear instructions in advance. It was clean, tidy and spacious apartment. Kitchen was well equipped (except kettle). There is even a robo-cleaner. Nice modern place. There is need of a bit walk till the closest metro or bus to the city center. Definitely reccomend it for a short or longer stay. Everything was great, just hanging clothes in the cupboards is either impossibly high or too short width. It would have been great to have water kettle (for tea).
