• Anne (9/5): - De prachtige authentieke villa, de comfortabele bedden. De rustige buurt en de lichtinval in het huis. De trappenstraat om het huis te bereiken en bijkomend de 2 verdiepen om het appartement te bereiken. Geen lift. De 3 kamers zijn mooi maar de badkamers met toilet liggen wat ongelukkig: 1 badkamer met bad enkel te bereiken door de slaapkamer. Moet beter onderhouden worden en is zeer lastig om in te douchen. De andere is erg klein en ligt naast de living. Geen stabiele watertoevoer.
• Katrin (9/5): Superb - Beautiful, very spacious and in an elegant old villa. It was in a quiet suburb but with gorgeous views so the best of both worlds- there is a tram stop about 10 mins wak from the apartment straight to the city centre which made things really easy. We chose this apartment partly because it has an outside terrace. But this wasn't furnished so we couldn't make as much use of it as we would have liked to, eg eating outside, which was a shame.
• Karen (10/5): Great views in quiet location - Loved the quiet location and beautiful windows. Comfortable beds. Tables and chairs seemed ikea flimsy and didn't match the beauty of the apartment.
• Lola (2/5): UNSCRUPULOUS OWNERS - DON'T GO !! - I still can't believe the level of dishonesty.. I travelled with my family (including my 80 year old dad) ; when we arrived the apartment had no heating and no hot water. We informed them, and after a whole day they told us that it couldn't not be fixed until the day after our departure. We couldn't change accommodation at the last minute because we had plans for the day and no where else to go. We spent 3 days with NO HEATING IN NOVEMBER and FREEZING COLD WATER only. They didn't offer any compensation even though the apartment wasn't rentable, didn't care at all and when we insisted they said they could give us 10% off IN EXCHANGE FOR GOOD REVIEWS. I don't appreciate BLACKMAIL and I'm very surprised to see that Booking allows these pratices on their platform.
• David (10/5): Our family of six was very comfortable and charmed by this apartment. It was the cleanest of all the places we had staye - It was immaculately clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the views of the Duomo from the windows. It was a charming stay. WiFi was inconsistent.

• Oliver (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city centre, which was within walking distance. It is a lovely place to stay in.
• Geoff (9/5): Superb - Very spacious Tough to get taxi to show up as it’s in a more quiet area. There are 3 queens (as advertised in the booking) but only two were made up when we got there. They ask in advance what bed configuration you want and 3 queens wasn’t one of the options (not sure why) so I chose 2 queens as I had forgotten that the booking stated 3 queens when we booked it. I sent them a text when we got there asking where the sheets pillows were for the 3rd queen as my 2 kids each wanted their own bed. They said they would have to come the next day to provide bedding for the 3rd bed so I told them not to worry about it since we were only there for 2 nights. Long story short, they should just have all the beds made up when you get there since it advertises 3 queens when booking (not sure why they ask what bed configuration you want as that’s confusing, just have 3 queens ready as advertised).
