Tivemos um contratempo com o ralo do chuveiro que foi prontamente resolvido pelo zelador. A localização é um diferencial, perto de tudo, não precisa tirar o carro da garagem e ficamuito perto da praia. A comunicação com a proprietária é rápida. Excelente.
