• Michael (7/5): Grds. eine schöne und passende Lokation mit bemühtem Personal… - Super Lage, sehr ruhig, dennoch supernah zu wichtigen Lokationen/Bars/Restaurants/Massage Salons. Hotel sehr sauber. Während des Aufenthaltes beschloss die Unterkunft die Räume zu checken und u.a. Schönheitsfehler/Stossflecken an den Wänden zu überstreichen. Trotz des Hinweis, wann wir nicht tagsüber auf dem Zimmer sein werden (ca. 5 Std.), kamen die Maler erst nach unserer Rückkehr und haben dann ca. 1 1/2 Std. gestrichen. Einen Tag später haben wir auf ein kleines Wasserleck in der Decke des Badetimmers hingewiesen, was nach kurzem Check, dann erst 1 1/2 Tage später repariert werden sollte. Ein später angefragter Late Check-Out wurde dann ohne Entgegenkommen berechnet und auf Nachfrage, ob wegen der o.g. Unannehmlichkeiten nicht vielleicht kostenloser Late Check-out eine Option wäre, wurde dies höflich verneint und angeboten, bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt entgegenkommend zu sein…

• jan (8/5): great place for a longer stay in Ho chi minh - the gym is great the roof top pool is big enough for laps the location is great the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware there are no bathing towels at the pool there is no breakfast available

Les différentes personnes de l'accueil ou du bar restaurant sont à vos soins et d'une grande gentillesse et très prévenants. Je recommande sans hésitation cet hôtel. • Kean Beng (10/5): lived up to our expectations! - we had a group of 20 over the New year period and i can safely say all the positive reviews i read about this hotel is well justified. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, they should be commended. A superb experience for everyone in our troupe. We'll be back for sure.

• Wong (9/5): Great stay, perfectly located and really good value for money! - Great location! Room size was generous and the apartment was great - kitchen was clean, functional, big fridge. Bathrooms were also a really good size, especially if you have to share with a big group! It could be a little cleaner and better maintained - for example, the shower rubber is missing so some water would splash out.

We felt appreciated and wished we could have stayed longer. The area is handy to all we needed in District 2 and provided an exceptional environment for our stay. The staff here are what made the visit special: truly so accommodating and friendly, even helping me with the very annoying task of scanning my full passport when I urgently needed it for document submission – above and beyond! Hotel itself was cute, clean, comfortable and as expected for the price point, and I loved having a balcony. Would 100% stay here again. Bathrooms are very basic, but standard for Vietnam/this type of hotel.
