- Kristina (10/5): - The hosts were wonderful – kind, friendly, and very welcoming. Breakfast was generous and served on a sunny terrace with a beautiful view. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, and the beds were very cozy. A big plus is the proximity to the Nine Elms underground station, which is excellent – especially after a full day of walking, it takes only about 20 minutes to get from the city back to bed. The street is quiet and peaceful, with lovely little floral spots in front of the houses. The accommodation is a perfect choice. Thank you, Georgiana and Robin!
- Christian (9/5): Sehr ruhig und doch in London - Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch in London. Sehr nette Eigentümerin und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend. Kann passieren das man dort auf der Terrasse sitzt ( sicherheitshalber mal die Jacke mitnehmen). Das Zimmer und Badezimmer sind i.O.. Zum Bus 3 min und zur U- Bahn 10 min. Preis Leistung super. Gerne wieder. Sind ja eigentlich nur zum Schlafen dort gewesen. Uns hat nicht gefallen das die Zeit zu schnell vorbei ging.

- gill (10/5): Cosy en suite room near 9 elms tube station. Lovely host outdoor terrance for breakfast. - Great host very friendly and accommodating. Arrival instructions explained clearly no issues with checking in at all. Good location close to Nine Elms tube and walkable distance to Battersea power station. Host offered a lovely breakfast on a very pleasant outdoor terrace and was really great regarding gluten free and oat milk requirements. Lovely trip all round with no complaints. Very cosy en suite room with extremely comfortable bed. Excellent Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Karen (10/5): FABULOUS TIME - So comfortable, great location near the Nine Elms Tube Station.Georgiana was a great host. Lovely to have breakfast out on the roof terrace. Service was fab. The bed was super comfy. We had a great time and would certainly be comibg back and would recommend this guest house. Very quiet Not having a slip mat in the bath. i felt ok, but my partner felt it a bit slippy. I told Georgians and she nodded and accepted our minor little flaw.

Great if you want to feel like you are staying in someone's home. Not quite what was advertised. The property was a little further away from where we needed to be. My fault for not checking. Although didn't expect it to be down a street of very unkempt terraced houses. No view from bedroom. Only view was from terrace at breakfast. View is of Lambeth.
