• Malgorzata (8/5): Dobry pobyt. Świetna lokalizacja. Polecam mimo drobnych niedogodności - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Dookoła sklepy, kawiarnie restauracje. 10 min od Koloseum. 20 minut wyłoni prostej z Roma Termini. Tego szukałam W mieszkaniu czysto, schludnie. Wszystko tak jak na zdjęciach. Kawa, kafetiera, herbata były. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia do podgrzewania szybkich posiłków. Dla mnie bardzo ok. Polecam Nie da się wejść do budynku z poziomu aplikacji. Za każdym razem był problem z wejściem trzeba było długo przetrzymywać przycisk domofonu a później jeszcze kilka razy klikać w zasadzie tą informację otrzymałam od innych lokatorów ponieważ właściciel , mimo próśb o kontakt, nie skontaktował się przez cały pobyt. Istniała obawa że nie dostaną się do budynku. Za każdym razem wejście do budynku generowało u mnie duży stres. Brak zestawu kosmetyków - byłam na miejscu pozostałość po poprzednich lokatorach. Wykorzystany częściowo zestaw. Trochę nie fajnie. Brak ciepłej wody. Tylko letnia. Brak klimatyzacji. Na miejscu hucząca szafa z nawiewem. Nie używałam, ponieważ nie dało by się spać. Brak WiFi / nie działało / wciąż się rozłączało Słabo oznaczona nieruchomość. Brak oznaczeń na domofonie, a nie jest to jedyny wynajmujący w budynku. Na szczęście te niedogodności udało się rozwiązać i nie przyćmiły przyjemności z pobytu :)
• Gesi (10/5): Super location super hosting team - The location of the apartment is the perfect, just 5 min walk from all the city best spots. If you need any help, just ask the host team since they were super helpful and supportive. Would return again.
• Stuart (8/5): The apartments are located very close to the archeological centre of Rome making access and the vide really good and eas - Great location. Checking in was digital and went quite well. Interactions with the ‘manager’ was good. Responsive to a hot water system concern that was rectified. Secure entry and exit. Couch completely works out and unusable as a comfortable seat. Shower door missing. Shower head broken requiring us to use zip ties to make it functional. Clothes dryer would be a good addition. No tea towels for drying dishes. No clarity wrt rubbish removal. To where? In our experience, rubbish removal isn’t the responsibility of the client.

• David (10/5): A walk to Colosseo - Very good location, perfect for casual strolling through the roman area of the city. The rooms were very comfortable, and with closed windows there is very good isolation from the street below. It is not the flat itself, but the elevator was too complicated to use, never got it to work. But then again I am not the smartest person.

• Amelie (8/5): Super - La localisation du logement est idéale, tout est faisable à pied. La propreté du logement, ainsi que le confort du lit. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte qui a été très arrangeant pour déposer les bagages avant l'heure prévue. Le logement se trouve sur une rue avec beaucoup de restaurants, donc un peu de bruit le soir et le matin surtout avec le ramassage des ordures.

Egalement la disponibilité et la réactivité de l'hôte Certains éléments de l'appartement vétustes (canapé, cuisine, salle de bain, climatisations dans les chambres), et des échantillons de gel douche/shampoing qui ne permettent pas de tenir 4 jours à 4, il vaut mieux prévoir à ce niveau là. Egalement le réseau (4G/5G) ne passe pas très bien et le WIFI proposé n'est pas très stable. Mais tout ça n'a pas gâché le séjour pour autant
• Sophia (1/5): - Location is great! The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable, and there was absolutely no soundproofing. You could hear everyone on the street and all of the cars all through the night. We could not rest here, and ended up booking a hotel and not finishing our stay. We communicated over 2 different platforms with the host and never got a reply. Very unfortunate that they couldn't respond. Don't usually have bad experiences, so I was very disappointed.

• Maaike (9/5): Perfecte uitvalsbasis om Rome te verkennen - Echt een toplocatie in het centrum van Rome en de perfecte uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen. Comfortabele bedden en complete keuken, waar we iedere ochtend lekker ontbijt konden maken. Er is ook genoeg keukengerei aanwezig om je eigen avondeten klaar te maken overigens, maar wij gaven de voorkeur uit een van de vele restaurantjes in de buurt. We waren met drie personen en het appartement is hier zeker ruim genoeg voor (ook gemakkelijk voor 4 personen trouwens). De slaapkamers vond ik ook echt groot. Al met al hebben wij echt een heerlijk verblijf gehad en ik kan het aan iedereen aanraden! Ik had al in eerdere reviews gelezen dat de bank doorgezakt was, maar ondanks dat viel het me alsnog tegen. Eigenlijk kun je hier gewoon niet meer op zitten. Deze bank moet echt vervangen worden, dan had ik de score voor comfort ook uitstekend gevonden. Na een hele dag door de stad heen sjouwen is het namelijk best lekker om even op de bank te kunnen ploffen.

• M.E. (5/5): Rome is fantastisch maar badkamer (en WiFi) waren verschrikkelijk. - De locatie, midden in het centrum. Pand op zichzelf is prachtig. Hele slechte WiFi, geen douchewand dus de douche stond helemaal blank als er iemand aan het douchen was. Koud water in het begin omdat we niet op de hoogte waren van een switch om de ketel aan te zetten (na melding werd ons dit verteld), veel schimmel en zwarte man in de douche. Ook kon de douchekop niet omhoog omdat de knop waar je deze mee moest vastzetten stuk. Dus moesten alle 4 bukkend onze haren wassen. De bank was helemaal doorgezakt.

• Karmen (6/5): Sve u svemu - stanje sigurno nije kao na slikama, oskudno opremljeno za 4 nocenja, namjestaj dotrajao i neudoban. Lokaci - Lokacija fantasticna, sve na pjesackoj udaljenosti. Upute za ulazak u objekt su bile dobre i jasne. Internet je takoder dobro funkcionirao. Dotrajali namjestaj koji na slikama izgleda puno bolje, uzivo je u dosta losem stanju i neudobno (kauc, stolice i kreveti). Od opremljenosti imate samo mali sampon i gel za tusiranje, sto je premalo za 3 osobe i 4 noci. Premalo wc papira, i po 3 rucnika (veliki, srednji i mali) po osobi za 4 noci. Apartman ima peglu za robu koja je napola spaljena.

The appartement is in general badly maintained, not like in the picture. There are dirt on walls everywhere... Shower has no door, the shower head is broken, and shower itself is badly maintained. Sofa is broken, also really dirty. Wifi signal was so weak and it is useless. Could not be used for anything. Bedroom has odeur from street restaurant, not plaisant. The extra sheet has ex-client smell, my mom couldn't fell asleep... I don't know since when did the host renew the lining... Will definitely not coming back unfortunately

• Claudia (1/5): Bad and terrible customer service. - If I could rate this property 0 stars I would. The aircon didn’t work, nor the WiFi, nor the fan. When contacting the host they didn’t provide any working solution. On top of this the photos in the advertisement are clearly old as the place is unclean- with stains on the walls, towels and holes in sheets. There is no shower screen and water floods out to the bathroom floor. Stains on the couch. I’ve never had a more uncomfortable stay, more so one that I’ve had to leave after staying 1 night (when having booked 3 nights).. This host has ignored all emails/ messages and phone calls and will not respond. So in summary if you’re considering booking this place as it looks cheap and clean- take this as your sign to pay the extra somewhere else and DO NOT book this place.

• Faruk (8/5): - The location is perfect. Within walking distance to many major attractions. There are also plenty of good restaturants nearby. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The apartment was well cleaned when we checked in. The couch in the living room needs to be replaced, as the upholstery is extremely worn and the springs are damaged. The A/C in the master bedroom is not functioning properly, blowing only warm air. The bathroom requires refurbishment especially the shower area. Although there is a wireless connection, good reception is available only near the front door and is nearly nonexistent in other parts of the apartment.

We didn’t get an explanation on how many times to turn the key for the apartment door and so we stood there trying to figure it out for 10 minutes in stress. Also, the app didn’t work to allow us through the front door.

• Becci (8/5): Brilliant location, great communication - Absolutely fabulous location, less than a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum and plenty of restaurants about (highly recommend Massenzio down the street). The apartment is basic, but served our purposes perfectly and the host was wonderfully responsive - including arranging transfers from the airport for us at a competitive price. The WiFi wasn’t working very well, so we couldn’t use the streaming services at all - I’m confident that the host would have sorted it out for us, but it wasn’t something we really needed, so didn’t ask.

• Alexandra (7/5): A great adventure in Rome, a fantastic stay in a central location - Only a 3 minute walk to the colosseum and the forum. Lots of amenities right on the doorstep including a mini market, restaurants and a great gelatoria. The apartment is very clean and modern with very comfortable beds. I’d recommend adding cushions to the sofa though as it is very thin. It was frustrating having to lock and unlock the front door via an App - on occasion I had limited WiFi or my phone battery was dying so this felt like an overly engineered solution when I had a set of keys. I couldn’t connect to the WiFi during our stay, despite trying across four different devices. The QR code didn’t work and that did dampen the mood given we needed to try and plan our days before we left and found that difficult.

We had an incredible holiday in Rome, made better by super comfortable accomodation! - We loved having the opportunity to be able to cater for ouselves if we wanted to, we did a lot of very early mornings so the fact we could make breakfast before leaving was brilliant. It also gave us the opportunity to return and relax if the sun became a bit too much. The apartment was well set up and gave us lots of room. The location was great just a short walk to the colosseum with good transport links. The apartment was quiet clean and comfortable. It had air con if we needed it, and the view looking out onto the hustle and bustle of an italian street was lovely and surprisingly quiet when indoors. The only minor issue was the drains smell from the bathroom but after travelling a fair bit this is not an uncommon occurance in europe or beyond! It was also easily solved by closing the bathroom door, but maybe a bottle of bleach for guests to use would also be a good touch!
• Adam (8/5): The location is amazing. The colosseum is a 5 minute walk. The property is clean and spacious. - The only issue we had in this property was the toilet not flushing when we first arrived. This was sorted out relatively quickly.

• Alex (7/5): Good - +is located near Forum, very easy to descover the city +it was ready right in the morning when we arrived, before normal hour for check in, lucky us 😀 -the 1st acces in the building is doing via internet and in Italy the internet connection is very bad 🥲, after that when you get the normal key is still a big problem with that yale door. -the apartment need a major rehabilitation(at least for out standard and espectation recordings the booking grade. -the door from bathroom is inflated and is very hard to close is without pussing and make a lot of noise. -the shower pear don t stay on his holder, the water pressure vey slow, and is very hard to close, the walls dirty(damaged) and many others things that we didn’t liked it, especially for the price that we paid, for 3 nights 650 euro +taxes. -a small caps coffee espressor will be very helpful, not that one that we found it.

• Angeles (8/5): Very good - the area is so beautiful and close to everything points the bathroom needs maintenance
• Eli (7/5): good location - location clean lift facilities be aware not to light to many facilities at once the ligth goes off the shower head was aoufull a microwave could help
• Hargeet (9/5): A modern apartment in the central just few minutes away from the Coliseum and many restaurants and grocery shops nearby - The property location is very centrally located. Clean n has a lift. The owner is also very responsive and allowed us to put our luggage in early and leave the luggage after check out time. Overall very satisfied The sofa was very uncomfortable. Although supposed to check in at 4 pm , the apartment was only ready at 5 pm
• Leonora (6/5): Decent apartment - Good location No air conditioning in the room. They have a portable AC that DOES NOT WORK. Apartment didn’t quite look like the pictures

• Светлана (9/5): Superb - The atmosphere was great, the location too. We had a little problem with the air conditioning but the stuff resolved it very quickly.
• Matthew (6/5): You are paying for a nice little apartment with a great location with broken AC. - The location is perfect - can't get much closer to the forum and the colosseum. Easy in and out off the street. The AC unit in 1 of the 2 bedrooms simply doesn't work. At all. Actually blows slightly warm air. 2nd bedroom AC worked on and off. I tried raising this over chat several times and got nowhere. Actually got "No one else has said this before so you must be wrong." No response when requesting maintenance to come look at it.
• Zsaklin (8/5): My staying was absolutely memorable by the welcoming and always ready for a great solution attitude! - The location and the cosy light and modern interior Well maybe I’m used to bigger spaces… it was just the right but not too spacious accommodation for 3 persons
• Amy (9/5): Superb - Would highly recommend this stay - Super convenient location - it was 10 mins walk from Colloseo station and Colloseum/ Roman Forum area and 10 min metro ride from Roma Termini station There were lifts to bring luggage up and down, not only stairs! Room was super spacious, clean and comfortable - had a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen + washing machine It was an easy check-in without a reception, clear instructions - just make sure to inform hosts of check-in time This only happened once and it wasnt a major issue for us. The host has already stated this prior, but it is to be mindful that the electricity does get short-circuited if you are using multiple electrical items at once (washing machine & aircon seems to be fine). However, if it does occur, you can turn this back on outside the room in the main box.
