Bart (6/5): Comfortable house, but with it's downsides - General lay out of the house. New and open, well equiped kitchen. Silent neighborhood. Green, non maintained, smelly swimming pool with a dead rat in it (shocking). House was not very clean and had a bad moist smell. Plastic floor tiles were coming up. Electrocution hazard in shower down staires (taped electric box in shower cabin). You need a 4x4 for entering the street, big and deep putholes (scratched base of car every time). Limited water supply - it will stop running after x liter? (Hard to keep an eye on when you can not stop toilet from flushing) Poor vilage with nothing to see or do. 40 min drive to Prague. Advert pictures with big filter, house does not feel fresh. They will ask you a €400 deposite. Poor value for money.
