Zu den Gastgebern: Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern über booking.com verlief unkompliziert. Christian und Susanne haben uns persönlich empfangen und herzlich begrüßt. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit sehr willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt! Als wir das Angebot, uns jeder Zeit melden zu können, annehmen wollten, um um ein paar mehr Gebrauchsutensilien wie Spülmaschinentabs zu bitten, hatte Susanne uns schon angeschrieben und nachgefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen würden. Als wir wieder zurück zur Unterkunft kamen, waren nicht nur die angefragten Sachen aufgefüllt worden, sondern wir hatten sogar neue Handtücher erhalten (absolut nicht selbstverständlich für uns bei einem kurzen Aufenthalt in einer Ferienwohnung). Zur Ausstattung: Das Studio bietet alles was man braucht und das als moderne Ausstattung in sehr guter Qualität: überraschend große Arbeitsplatte in der Küche, Herd, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Essbereich mit Sicht auf die Berge durch das kleine Fenster, sehr groß und komfortables Bett, einen sehr guten Wasserdruck besonders in der geräumigen Dusche, die separat zum Bad ist. Trotz der kleinen Fenster konnte man überraschend gut lüften und hatte recht viel Tageslicht (wir hatten sehr gutes Wetter). Die Heizung heizte das Studio auch sehr schnell auf. Wir würden sehr gerne in der Zukunft wiederkommen!

• Michael (9/5): Ruheoase trifft absolut zu - und trotzdem überaus nahe der Innenstadt. - Hochwertig eingerichtet, super sauber, ein wirklich schöner Platz - auch zum Erholen - und dennoch nur ein paar Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Nette, hilfreiche Vermieter, die - was ihr Recht ist - ziemlich auf die angegebenen Zeiten achten für An- und Abreise. Parkplatz kann dazu genommen werden auf dem Grundstück, was sehr sicher ist, allerdings hat das seinen Preis. Alles in Allem sehr angenehm und empfehlenswert. Die Kosten für die Nutzung der Waschmaschine ... das sollte bei dem Preis wirklich inbegriffen sein.

It was such a pleasure to enjoy breakfast in the garden with a stunning view of the mountains. Our hosts, Susanne and Christian, were incredibly kind and always available if we needed anything. The villa is in a perfect location—just a 10-minute walk to the center of town. Highly recommended!

• François (9/5): Very clean and quiet - Very quiet room (and villa), in a quiet location. The premices were very clean. Very reasonable walking distance from downtown. The bed mattress was firm and very comfortable and the shower worked perfectly. Everything on site was fully functional. The small fridge is very convenient to keep food cool, but a small microwave to later heat that food for consumption might be a nice addition. As another suggestion, a small iron and ironing board might be appreciated by travelers. Finally, for two guests, only one large towel (plus a smaller one) is on the short side and forced us to share it.

• Neha (7/5): Spacious but far - Lovely room with a garden and all the amenities. Spacious rooms for Europe. The property is fair bit of uphill distance from town center and public transport in innsbruck is expensive. The parking fee is high for the location.

We liked being away from the crowds It’s a walk up a hill to a residential area, no problem for us, but people should be aware of this. We had trouble figuring out why some electrical outlets worked and others didn’t, so an explanation on arrival would be good.

• Petrie (9/5): Comfortable quiet stay within walking distance of the city centre. - The apartment is the ground floor of a large house, with a very nice, big, garden. It is about 1.5km from the old city on foot (across the river), but it is a bit of a climb. One can get into the forest within 1km (uphill). The area is peaceful and quiet, unlike the city centre, while still close to it. The owner was very friendly, and we had no trouble in getting the keys etc. The apartment is slightly tricky to find, but the owner sent a Whatsapp with detailed instructions beforehand. The room is large and comfortable, and looks into the garden. Coffee machine in the room. A nice bakery is about 10 min away. The fridge did not really work - it made substantial noise, but nothing got colder. The inside 'dining area' is not so comfortable, and consists of a small couch and armchair next to a table. The outdoor eating table was nice.
