- Laurence (8/5): - Very spacious apartment, loads of room. Very well equipped, and was nice to see some basics provided (oil, salt, pepper). The kitchen was a little dirty, lots of crumbs by the toaster. I felt if this wasn't clean, what else might have been missed?

Abzüge für Zugang über Treppe und - Einfacher Aufbau, wenig Schnickschnack, gute Kuechenausstattung für die Groesse Pfeffermühle defekt, Matratzen zu weich, viel Staub unter Bett und Sofa, Zugang nur über sehr steile Treppe- ungeeignet für Familien mit Kinderwagen
- Thomas (9/5): gerne wieder - Die Lage im Zentrum von Halle war sehr gut, alles zur Versorgung vor Ort, also Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Imbiss etc. waren in der Nähe. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung hat mir auch gut gefallen, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Hier gab es z.B. auch scharfe Messer (sonst selten) und als nette Kindheitserinnerung einen Wasserkessel für den Herd statt einem Wasserkocher. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Das Appartement ist gut und sinnvoll ausgestattet und sauber. Wir kommen wieder. 😊👍🏻 Der Zeitpunkt für das Einchecken ist mit 16:30 Uhr nicht gastfreundlich. Die Beleuchtung im Treppenhaus war defekt. Die Spinnweben außen vor den Fenstern haben uns nicht gefallen

- Ute (10/5): Tolle Wohnung - Ein ganz tolles Apartment. Wir waren in erster Etage. Treppe etwas steil. Aber das macht der Wohnung keinen Abstrich. Super Wohnung. Extrem sauber. Denke sie ist erst gerade renoviert. Es fehlt an nichts dort. Sogar Ohropax finden sie dort. Benötigen sie aber nicht, da die Wohnung sehr schalldicht ist. Ganz bestimmt gerne wieder... 👍👍 Parkhaus um die Ecke... Um die andere Ecke ist die Einkaufsstraße... Fällt mir eigentlich nix ein. Vielleicht noch ein paar Kleiderbügel mehr.
- Ulrike (6/5): Gute Lage, aber überbewertet - Lage Einchecken Heizung schwer zu regulieren (zu warm). Das Apartment war im 3. Stock und der Bewegungsmelder des Treppenhauses für die Beleuchtung in der ersten Etage war defekt. Das war abends problematisch. Putz Utensilien auf jeder Etage in der Nähe der Wohnungstür. Sehr ungemütlich. Wir mussten auch immer am Staubsauger vorbei. Nur, wenn man die App benutzte, wurde angeboten statt um 16 Uhr, um 15 Uhr in die Wohnung. Dasselbe beim Auschecken ( 11 statt 10 Uhr) Fenster ließen sich nicht komplett schließen. Schall aus Innenhof deutlich hörbar.

- Sandra (8/5): Zentrumsnahe, sehr gut ausgestattete, moderne Fewo - Gute Lage, perfekt ausgestattete Küche, sehr sauber, Ausblick leider in den Hinterhof 3. OG (war vorher nicht bekannt) bin beim Gehen eingeschränkt und wir hatten Räder mit, die wir mit in die Fewo nehmen wollten. Kein Parkplatz - auch nicht zum Ein- und Ausladen - an der Ferienwohnung. Bitte für künftige Gäste Parkhausempfehlung am Händel Karree angeben, dann ist der Weg kurz. Bitte Haustür so beschriften, dass ersichtlich wird, dass hier die Fewos sind. Wenn man das Video nicht angeschaut hat, ist es schwer zu finden.

- Lena Marie (4/5): Viel zu teuer für die Leistung, die man erhält. WG Charme - Tolle Lage, direkt im Geschehen. Sauberkeit war gut. Apartment war kaum auffindbar, da am Klingelschild nur eine winzige Aufschrift ist. Hier besteht dringend Verbesserungsbedarf. Wir suchten eine halbe Stunde lang herum, auch bei der Hotline konnte man uns nicht sofort helfen. Mit einem Kleinkind und bei strömendem Regen war das super ärgerlich. Das Bett war mit 1.60m nicht nur viel zu klein, sondern auch unfassbar unbequem. Die Matratzen waren so weich, dass man nach außen wegrutschte und sich in der Mitte ein riesiger Spalt bildete. Was aber absolut nicht ging war das Zustellbett für unser Kind, mit dem wir sogar einmal zusammenbrachen und das bei jeder einzelnen Bewegung so laut knarrte, dass vermutlich das ganze Haus wach wurde... Auch das Internet funktionierte nur zeitweise, abends gar nicht mehr. Der Kleiderschrank hat keinerlei Einlegeböden, lediglich 5 Bügel, und ist somit kaum nutzbar. Unsere Dusche war defekt, hier erhielten wir jedoch vorab einen netten Anruf, um uns darauf vorzubereiten. Nachts war es im Innenhof relativ laut, sodass man nur selten durchschlafen konnte. Alles in allem fanden wir das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen und werden darum nicht wiederkommen.
- Jan (6/5): - Die Lage ist klasse, dicht zur Altstadt, Supermarkt und Parkhaus gleich um die Ecke und auch die Möglichkeit essen zu gehen oder abends in eine Bar ist alles gleich um die Ecke. Risse in den Wänden sind nicht schön. Das Bett ist schon sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Warum ein Doppelbett 2 Matratzen hat und diese dann auch noch keine Antirutschmatte haben ist mir ein Rätsel. So entsteht bei der kleinsten Bewegung ein Spalt in der Mitte.

- Marni (8/5): - Es war alles vorhanden, man musste nichts nachkaufen. Auch die Kommunikation war problemlos. Die Lage ist natürlich fantastisch. Es gab regelrechte "Wollmäuse" unter dem Sofa und der Zylinder des Schlosses an der Wohnungstür war falsch eingebaut, so dass man die Tür nur zuziehen, nicht aber abschließen konnte. Wäre ich zum 1. Mal hier gewesen, hätte ich den Eingang nicht sofort gefunden.

- John (10/5): Clean, affordable and comfortable studio apartment in the middle of Halle! - Since there is a fully functional kitchen you can make and eat most simple breakfasts and make your own tea which I really enjoyed. The location is fairly central, just 10 mins to the main station and bang in the middle of the main city. There are a lot of bars, restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Maybe the ambience/decoration could be a bit cozier/warmer? Otherwise it was a very comfortable experience.

Full kitchen including utensils and bowls and plates. So a total of 3 rooms: bedroom, bathroom, living room/dining table/kitchen. Be aware that there is no elevator, so one has to walk up stairs with baggage from floor 0 to floor 1, 2, etc.

- Grzegorz (10/5): Exceptional - If you are looking for a quiet harbor to rest after a day’s work, then this is definitely not the place to be. Centrally located, spotlessly clean, well equipped and furnished apartment located in the side street above the kitchen of the Arabic restaurant. Therefore, you will hear conversations of smoking cooks, delivery vans, crowd and parties until 3:30 am and morning trams and cleaning the streets washer. Nevertheless, I recommend it because of the comfort and facilities.
