• Danielle (8/5): - The place was very comfortable and had enough bedrooms for our family to stay. We were here because I had sold my house and closed quickly so needed a place to transition to new home. This place was perfect for that. The staff was very responsive and addressed our questions right away during our 2 week stay regardless what time it was. There was nothing much really to dislike. Some things got left behind by previous occupants but it didn't impact our stay it was easy to get passed it and didn't interfere.

• sultan (1/5): Not pleasant - No, breakfast, this property is also for Airbnb rental, no breakfast was included in the deal. Bed sheets were solied, looked like they were not replaced from previous users, wahsroom towel were very old and not properly clean. Upstair bed had no head board only chairs (2), basement bed felt like sleeping on a couch and dirty bessheets. All pillow and pillow covers smelled, we had to put our own towels. Towels provided looked liked they were years old, provided only shampoo not quailifed for uses in a country like Canada. Doormat never cleaned or vacuum, high chairs (2) were cople of decades old, stairs need cleaning or replace tiles. Both front and backyards lanws were not taken care for the whole summer. Cable TV never worked. Ultimately, this townhome should not be rented out by Booking.com We use your site for hotel, this is the first time we rented townhomes, unfortunately, we made a mistake.

• Tina (5/5): The home was lovely but the maintenance and cleanliness needs to improve. - Location was good close to a lot of amenities Overall nice home. It was not cleaned to standards. Garbage was left full in bins. A dog poop bag was left hanging outside patio. Stains on walls in basement and on sheets

• Dale (6/5): Great place if it were clean and not stinky and damp in basement. - The house was large enough and enough bathrooms. Location was great for amenities as everything a short drive. Nice walking trails close. The house was generally dirty. All the baseboards had a lot of dirt and dust buildup on them. The interior needs a good painting many deep gouges and walls were dirty. Exhaust fans dirty. Those two things alone tell alot about the general condition of the care put into cleanliness. The basement bedroom had a funk to it and was damp all the time. Shower in basement doesn't drain and risks overflowing. Central Vacuum plug in basement was missing a flapper door so odors from leftover garbage from previous guests in garage was getting sucked in. Had to plug with a sock to keep smell out. I don't think the garbage had been taken out for a long time as everything was overflowing when we arrived. Bed mattress in basement was directly on the floor and always felt damp. A bed frame and dehumidifier would help. All the dishes in cupboards were wet? We had to rewash everything before use.

• Karthick (10/5): Perfect stay for families - It was a perfect stay with full unit given to us. Rooms were large, cozy and with comfy beds. The house and facilities provided were as advertised and it had even more. TV sets in all rooms kept children entertained. Special thanks to hosts for clear instructions, quick responses and kind words. Would recommend to everyone.

• Eileen (8/5): Attended a family wedding. First time to Ottawa. Took in some sites. Absolutely awesome few days - Great location. Very clean. Quiet. Would recommend having more bath towels. Also one of the chairs to big table was broken. Prob good idea to replace. Could leave few garbage bags. Other than those small things, the property was wonderful and would definitely recommend.
