• Biljana (3/5): - Viel Platz für die Familie. Die Fenster waren offen, obwohl es draußen kalt war. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte in keinem der Zimmer. Wir schliefen in Socken und Pullovern. Es war zu kalt.

• Raffaella (8/5): Attenzione a come si parcheggia! - L'appartamento è in ottime condizioni e dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Pulito e luminoso. Gradita l'acqua in frigorifero e la disponibilità di farsi il caffè. Nei paraggi c'è un gallo che inizia a cantare alle 5 del mattino, quindi la sveglia è stata anticipata abbondantemente. Inoltre nella via vicino agli alloggi c'è un posto che affitta posti auto e se si parcheggia anche di un solo centimetro vicino al loro cancello questi sgonfiano tutte le gomme dell'auto parcheggiata, rubano i tappini delle gomme e alzano i tergicristalli. Purtroppo è capitato a me e il giorno dopo ad un'altra auto.

Seinad on kõik mustad ja plekke täis, kaardinatel olid plekkid, nõud olid pesemata, vannitoa klaasid puhastamata, õhksoojuspumbal olid kollased triibud (isegi ei tea mis see olla võiks) jne. Voodipesu oli must. Samuti puudus korteris nagid, puhtad käterätikud, kätepesuseep, nõudepesuvahend, laualapid, pesu pesemis vahend ja palju muud. Interneti ühendus oli kohutav. Ei soovita, hinna ja kvaliteedi suhe ei klappi.

Suggerisco l'acquisto di uno specchio a figura intera, di appendini per gli asciugamani, di un mobiletto in bagno per appoggiare beauty ecc., sistemare le ante della doccia e mettere un doccino vicino il wc data l'assenza di bidet.
• viveklal (2/5): - Not much is things to like Starting from the staff it's a nightmare no proper support made us to wait outside at night just for us to send the documents of the visitors. No proper response I would suggest not to book it in Milan as you would get better ones for the same price

YouTube and Netflix access in both rooms Bins only one bag per bins and not knowing where to throw it . Air conditioning kept stopping and not working well The stove system quite confusing and only two pots were working to cook knowing that there were four pots in the appartement .

• Abhishek (5/5): Passable - The rooms were big enough for 4 Big issues with the digital keys and locking systems. We were stuck in the property for more than 1 hour on 2 instances. We relied on neighbours who had physical keys to the property. They need to sort out this urgently .

The cleanliness and how clear the instructions were to get in There were a lot of marks on the walls (crayon, scuff marks etc etc) that weren't cleared and also i feel like the apartment could use more objects/ decorations to make it feel more homely. Also could do with a full length body mirror as the only mirror was in the bathroom

• Marifed (1/5): Bad cleaner - The apartment is ok. But big problem to the cleaner service and attitude. Very uneducated. She is shouting the guest as if we didn't paty. I have a high blood pressure and she gave me a very high tension. My son is sick I told her to please wait while I am organizing our things for room transfer. She told me if we did not move immediately she will call the police. She also said if my son is sick I should call the ambulance very rude and sarcastic. Not recommended. Not family friendly. The cleaner is very rude without respect to the client. She speaks bad mouth. They should fire or train her how to treat their clients. She don't clean very well. She don't have a manner. Her voice is very loud as if she is speaking to her servant. I don't know why you hire a very disrespectful person. Dirty kitchen utensils when we arrived. Many used bottle inside the cabinet. And a dirty pan.

When we are going to transfer on another room to extend she told us she will call the police if we will not transfer immediately. We ar very disappointed so after transferring to other room we preferred to go home and not to stay anymore. We don't like to see the rude cleaner. We will not come back there.

• Mohammod (1/5): Bad - That I did not stay more than 5 nights. Everything. Maybe location was the only benefit. The sofa bed stinks, Everytime you turn it makes a loud noise waking everyone else up. The apartment is in a ditch, the bathroom smells poor. Basic utensils missing. The apartment is extremely tiny. The apartment is down a ditch which is very steep, not suitable for parents with j buggies. The person in contact is very rude. Not really helpful at all.

• Wiktoria (1/5): Nie polecam - Klimatyzacja unfortunately I do not recommend this hotel, for a month there was no contact with them, only thanks to booking they replied to one message and then there was no contact again. no one answered the phone, did not reply to messages. the day before check-in we still had no information. when we were already in Milan and there was 1.5 hours to check-in still no details, I called them and the gentleman answered, we talked for a while then suddenly it stopped and when I tried to call again no one answered. fortunately just before they sent us information but unfortunately without the code that was needed to open the box with the key so I had to ask for it again. they sent us some Link to pay in which the price was higher than we should have paid, but I wrote to booking and they helped so I have the impression that they wanted to cheat us, then they sent again a Link to fill in the data in which again we had to pay something extra. additionally we had to provide the data of all guests and we had to do it in the middle of the city tired after the trip because they did not send it earlier. wi fi in the hotel did not work

The gate is locked with code. The building is locked with code and the apartment is lock with keys. There are plenty of parking space on street nearby, of course, you have to accept risks to park there. However, we feel that the street are quite safe. The only downside is that it is a bit noisy as there are multiple apartments in the building. The sound insulation isn't that good, so we could here washing machine and chair movements upstairs. A bit noisy

• Nikola (3/5): Accommodation was great but for the price it is not worth it. Communication was horrible they try to just scam you. - It was clean and really pretty. Furniture was modern and everything almost new I didn't like the communication with owner. They ignored me for almost 14 days. I wrote them messages and called multiple times. They answered the day before that I can finally pay but they sent me link to another page. The link started to work just like hour before the check in. They charged about 40€ more. I asked the why they ignored me. Booking called them and told them, they don't have no right to it because the price on booking was with taxes and everything. The sent me new link with the same price, than a new one with a same wrong price. After three hours that we were just waiting in front of the building to get in. We again called booking because they didn't answer, they didn't send anything to us and were pushing us pay the wrong price. They got last call from booking that they must send us right price or they will find us new accommodation. In the last minute they sent it to us a gave us information. They destroyed our trip because we were like 3,5hours just waiting for them to reply. They will try to send you a different price and It's wrote there in small font so you don't have to notice it very well
