Mi pareja y yo tuvimos que esperar en la calle por la noche y bajo la lluvia, sin ninguna ayuda ni explicación. Una falta de profesionalidad increíble. No son responsables no recomiendo este alojamiento a nadie. Mucho cuidado antes de reservar aquí. Experiencia horrible y totalmente irresponsable. - Johannes (5/5): Einfach, funktional. - Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und auch Zugangsbeschreibung einwandfrei und jederzeit ansprechbar. Ich habe trotz mehrfacher Erinnerung keine Rechnung erhalten!

- Ilse (5/5): Oke - Locatie en appartement was prima voor een nachtje. De instructies voor de sleutels waren niet duidelijk. Er is een hoofdsleutel voor heel het gebouw en alle inwoners. Wij hadden de sleutel meegenomen en de deur afgesloten. Blijkt dat niemand er meer in of uit kan. Dit hebben we direct kunnen oplossen en de sleutel op de centrale plek gehouden. Bij uitchecken hebben we de appartementsleutel terug in de box gedaan en de sleutel van de hoofddeur niet meer gebruikt en op de plek gelaten. Achteraf contact gehad met de host, beide sleutels zijn kwijt maar deze hebben we netjes achter gelaten in de daarvoor bestemde boxen. Dit is uiteraard wel vervelend.
