• Tiziana (1/5): Un incubo la gestione - Posizione Tutto, la poca gestione; mail per accedere con codici vecchi siamo rimasti due ore fuori per accedere, mancanza di acqua calda e non abbiamo potuto fare doccia il tecnico che è stato inviato dopo 24 ore non ha potuto risolvere. Ci hanno completamente abbandonati.
• JESUS (10/5): Repetiría seguro. - El edificio y el apartamento están completamente reformados y en excelentes condiciones, la ubicación es perfecta con todo tipo de servicios en los alrededores. Nada.
• Morgan (9/5): ELE Apartments and Malaga in Harmony - A fantastic, spacious, clean apartment in a prime location to explore all cardinal points within 1 minute and 20 minute walks, through clean streets and beautiful green park promenades. Malaga is beautiful and this apartment complemented it perfectly. There really wasn't anything not to like.

Tylko parking niestety musi być płatny i to sporo w centrum miasta, ale jest blisko lokalizacji apartamentu. To trzeba sobie doliczyć jeśli się podróżuje autem. Łóżko w salonie już zmęczone życiem, reszta super ! Aneks kuchenny, łazienka sypialnia ok

• Ivan (3/5): Bad Mattresses Ruin Your Vacation - The apartment is in the very center of the city. And you can't hear the noise of the street. The apartment was clean and nice. The only big disaster is the beds. The mattresses on the beds are worn out, so much so that I didn't sleep at all. I don't recommend it for a longer stay. Unless the owner changes them.
• frans (9/5): - zeer centraal gelegen apartement maar toch rustig. het apartement is comfortabel en het ontbreekt niets aan inrichting , verder was het erg schoon en voor de eerste dag was ook aan gedacht (afwasmiddel zeep, helaas geen koffie cupje. verder hebben wij het zeer naar ons zin gehad, aanrader en als we weer in malaga zijn proberen we zeker dit apartement weer te bemachtigen. dank jullie wel . wij waren 2 weken in dit appartement en het wassen van de handdoeken is geen probleem echter het beddengoed wassen is een andere zaak dus het enige nog wenselijke was een laken wissel na 1 week.

• Oleksiy Bondar (4/5): Surprised it received a “tourism impact award”; it doesn’t quite justify the price - Even though there were some issues, it’s still a livable place where you can have a good vacation. The apartment (actually the entire building) seems to have been recently renovated. It’s also in a great location within the historical center. I liked the built-in vent air conditioner, and all the necessary bathroom and kitchen facilities are provided The apartment is listed for 4 people - technically true, but only if you’re Frodo Baggins and the rest are hobbits. The sofa bed is only 140x160 cm, so I had to sleep diagonally after my daughter refused to use it because it was too noisy, and even then it was too short. While all basic facilities are there, it felt strange that for a two-week family stay they provided only a single dishwasher tablet. I’ve stayed in other apartments in Málaga, and they were always stocked with essentials like toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, etc., for the entire stay. Here, there was literally nothing - I had to buy everything myself. We chose this apartment based on great reviews, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a family stay. It might be fine for teenagers or a couple, but not for more than two adults.

• FraS7 (9/5): Nel complesso lo colloco tra gli appartamenti migliori in cui abbia mai soggiornato. - La posizione, il letto grande e comodo, la disposizione ampia dell'appartamento, i plus come la lavatrice/asciugatrice e il kit personale monouso per la cucina. Poca carta igienica e poco detersivo per lavatrice. A volte purtroppo inquilini di altri appartamenti rumorosi, fortunatamente poche volte.
• Andrea (10/5): Un soggiorno perfetto - Con mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato per 15 giorni nell'appartamento di Ele L'appartamento è semplicemente magnifico, dotato di ogni confort, dall'ombrellone per andare in spiaggia al tostapane, frullatore ad immersione bollitore per l'acqua, macchinetta nespresso, utensili pentole e padelle di ogni tipo per la cucina Ed è anche dotata di lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, lavatrice e naturalmente aria condizionata centralizzata in ogni stanza e 2 tv Sono stati 15 giorni speciali, come essere a casa propria, e questo non è semplice quando si fa una vacanza lunga L'arredamento è di prima qualità, il letto è comodissimo e la doccia è gigantesca, prende un intera parete ed è con doppio soffione Abbiamo cambiato le lenzuola e asciugamani 2 volte ed il ragazzo che ce le ha portate è stato puntualissimo nell'orario da noi indicato per la consegna Tutto perfetto, meritate davvero un 10 per organizzazione e per come è strutturato l'appartamento, che è silenziosissimo ed in un condominio nuovo e moderno dotato di ascensore, e soprattutto è a due passi dal centro e dal quartiere Soho Un grazie immenso da parte nostra, torneremo sicuramente a soggiornare nella vostra struttura Nulla
• Jennifer (8/5): Bien ubicado y limpio - Está muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y moderno. Además, tiene parking cercano donde dejar el coche (de pago y caro, pero al menos lo tiene). Rodeado de establecimientos y cercano a todo. Tuvimos un problema porque nos dejaron ropa de cama y toallas para dos personas y éramos tres, pero lo solucionaron al momento. El sofá cama es bastante incómodo, tanto de abrir como de dormir. El colchón es super fino y el somier suena constamente, nada recomendado para personas que les cueste dormir.

• Mihail (7/5): - El apartamento es bastante chulo y la ubicacion escelente. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Para una pareja está bien, pero fuimos 3 y el sofá cama es muy incómodo. El segundo día nos duchamos con agua fría porque no funcionaba la caliente.

• Ewelina (9/5): Really clean and comfortable apartment for few-days stay in Centro Historico. - - great location - no noise from the street - elevator in the building - apartment was really clean - spacious and comfortable bathroom - air conditioning - wooden floors - good and quick contact with the operator Apartment is really great for short stay for couple, but for longer stay for the family there are some points that were not so comfy: - small sofa on which only two people can sit - only one old and broken brush to celan - for wooden floor and longer stay vacuum would be so much better to keep apartment clean - apartment is really dark, you have to have lights switched on even during a day

On the first day of our stay we had only tepid water, on the third day and the morning after no warm water at all. This is unacceptable. (The owners will probably respond that we should have called them but we returned late in the evening and left very early next morning.)

When it was removed there were significant stains on seat cushion. All amenities were wonderful and when requested more towels and sheets were brought to apt quickly. Location was great. Very safe and quiet. Near main market and many restaurants. Highly recommend. Stayed for 15 days. Check in and out was easy with no issues. Nothing

Thank you! - You won't find a better location! we spent 11 days, it is quiet and very convenient, you can quickly get to museums, flamenco theater, old farmer's market (3 min) and also to the bus stop (we chose a very nice beach, there are coves and the waves are not so high, bus 8 or 11 from the Alameda Principal stop to the Avda Juan Sebastian Elcano - Las Acacias stop). This apartment is new, have everything you need, a lot of dishes, an air conditioning system, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and when we needed a hair dryer, the agency immediately delivered it to us. Also, the Agency answers all your questions very quickly.

This of course causes the lack of light inside but for us we valued more quietness than light:) Location is perfect. Close to train stop, main sightseeings and beach. Everything is reachable on foot. Apartment is Comfortable for a long stay. Recommended! Nothing to add:)

TV with streaming services. All windows faced an internal courtyard, so was dark and overlooked by windows from the corridors opposite. Pity that basics eg dishwasher tablets or salt/pepper not provided
