• Michael (9/5): Cosy and convenient stay - They have done a lot with quite a small space - everything you need and doesn't feel too cramped. Very good communication from the host. Location was great for walking into town and some good places fairly nearby (though if you don't like walking it might be a little far out!) The washing machine was not functioning during our stay sadly and was not possible to repair in time. The host refunded our use of a coin laundry place, however this was obviously not ideal. Only 3 small sachets of shampoo provided for 2 people for 4 nights.

• Laura (7/5): Basic but quiet and comfortable, close to tram - Close to the tram line and supermarket. Basic room but clean and in a quiet area. A bit expensive for what it was, but it was cheap compared to other places in the area, so it was the going rate I guess. Nothing special, but was fine for a night or 2
• BONNET (6/5): - Le logement est propre, petit mais correspond aux photos. La machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas mais le propriétaire nous a trouvé une solution. La communication est top.

• Romana (10/5): Exceptional - Very quiet little room with bathroim even though it was located in a building in a very busy street, easy parking in front of it, safe area, not far from the city center. Perfect place for a short stay. Equiped a comfy room with everything needed.

• Rb (9/5): The host was wonderful, accommodating. Give the place a try! - The property was as listed in pictures. It is small but just enough for a solo traveler like me or a couple. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in before 1 pm. The smell of smoke left by previous occupant was quickly addressed. The host sent pictures and recommendations to ensure that stay was enjoyable. Nespresso coffee machine was the cherry on top! Everything was great!

• Lenka (8/5): Nice, clean, very small apartment - Very nice location, close to the city center, on the less tourist side of the river, but very nice and cosy one, parking free on the street, professional conversation with owner The bed and sheets could be more comfortable, also was bit noisy, too thin walls …
• Michael (7/5): Great place overall. Cozy, with a couple recommendations to make it better. - Close to downtown, free parking No prior warning that the street we parked on would be extremely busy, and that the tax wasn’t included in the overall price so we could pay it all by card.
• Daniela (9/5): Superb - The place was comfortable and not far from the city on foot. There is a big supermarket very close by, which we found very convenient. The place is small but very well organized and the host is very accommodating to the requests and very active communication-wise. There were quite some mosquitoes despite using the plug that the host left for us to use. I recommend considering fumigation :)
• Raymond (9/5): Great location for people who have a car and want easy access to Florence and free parking. - Massimiliano was a fantastic host. Available and gracious. Location was great for someone with a car. Free street parking, and 200 meters to the tram and a a couple stops to city center.
