• Yuk (9/5): Recommended: A very enjoyable part of our Florence experience.. Hats off to our hosts - Location, Cleanliness, Roomy bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen (inc Dishwasher & STAINLESS STEEL NOT PLASTIC kettle , Washing machine, distinctive layout of 4 bedrooms each on its own "mezzanine" floor, proactive hosting in general by Francesca, Marco & team, Only two very cramped Bathrooms, the shower in one being very small, no elevator
• Michelle (9/5): Excellent stay would boom again - Fabulous location close to all the main attractions. Easily accessible. Large accommodation for a group The downstairs bedroom was roadside and single glazed therefore you could hear the noise from the road. The bathroom doors had frosted windows which were still slightly see through would be better as a large group apartment for these to be blocked up.
• Aleksandar (9/5): Great place for a group - The location is more than great. Everything was clean and tidy. The heating is a big plus. Beds are comfortable. It's a very good and spacious place for a group of people. The only thing we didn't like is a low water pressure in the bathroom. It's a bit annoying when you're in hurry.
• Catherine (10/5): Fabulous In Florence - This is a gorgeous apartment, lots of space for a group of 5 , right in the centre of Florence , everywhere was walkable …exceptionally clean and the cost Francesca was extremely helpful . Only issue was the street noise , if you are a light sleeper , I would bring earplugs .
• Tracy (10/5): Lovely! Exceeded our expectations. - View, classic Italiian apartment. Bathrooms are not updated, but this wasn't a problem for us. Perhaps more shading on the bathroom windows for more privacy.

• Laura (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, clean, well-equipped, comfortably heated and in an excellent location. It looks more or less like the photos — we really enjoyed our stay. However, for other prospective travelers, it’s important to note that the apartment is actually distributed over several floors (it has its own staircase within the unit). We knew booking it that there were a few floors to climb to reach the main door of the apartment, and fortunately I and my travel party are all fully mobile. However, if any of us had mobility issues, this would have been a tricky place to stay because of the number of stairs within the place itself. We had a lovely and very comfortable stay, and the host was helpful and very responsive. Thank you! The street noise in the bedrooms was at times loud at night. It’s a lively neighborhood (why we chose to stay there!) but we weren’t expecting to hear delivery trucks rumbling and late-night party people shouting at 2am with quite so much clarity and volume. That being said, the beds are very comfortable so we slept well apart from moments of disruption from street-level noise.
• Brian (8/5): A great family stay with teenagers - The apartment was unique with each bedroom on a different level., which is valuable when travelling with teenagers! Its excellent location on the south side of the river was very close to many restaurants, shops, and bridges. It is very easy to spend more time out than in, but the apartment gives great respite from a long day. Our host, Francesca, was excellent. She was very quick with responses, especially when we arrived past 9pm for check-in and she needed to unlock the door remotely for us. There was also a nice bottle of Chianti waiting in the apartment. Florence is a beautiful city that is built on many generations of people. There is not much to dislike about the apartment. With age comes quirky issues, like a loose toilet lid, low water pressure, or a sticky door lock. The only thing I didn't like were the thin mattresses, however I cannot say this is unusual. In apartment stays, it kind of comes with the territory.

• Daniel (10/5): Fantastic surprise in the heart of Florence near Ponte Vecchio and close to tons of great shopping. - Fantastic location, huge apartment with great setup and space between guests. Really surprised at how nice the place was. There's a few flights of stairs to get up and multiple levels so maybe not ideal for people with more limited mobility. Not a problem at all for our group.
