• Nicholas (10/5): - Everything! The price, the location, u name it, they have it. The room might be a little dated, but all the furniture is well-maintained, and I always have a nice, comfortable stay each time I stay here.

• WAN INTAN KHATIJAH (6/5): Strategic location with improvement on facilities - Location, very near to KL sentral and a lot of convenient stores and mamak restaurants nearby making food easily accessable. The room was also clean and bed was quite comfortable. The only problem was the air-conditioning was not functioning well. I managed to get help from their maintenance staff to come and check. They couldn’t do much because it’s central but they did provide a stand fan for us. Hope they can fix the air-conditioning to make it more comfortable to guests staying.

Got bed bugs on the bed. I killed one, saw one at the toilet but not sure if got more. Now got many bed bug bites at my hands, legs and back

Pealed paint shower head is rusted and mold like kind of broken. Room smell like hell towel is so thin. Everything is really bad and I don’t recommend this to anyone
• kenneth (10/5): Good value for money, clean and friendly staff - It was in the nice location close to the restaurants and shops and their shopping centre Although it was close to the train station, we found it difficult to get there. I would suggest if you’re going to this hotel plan your route from the train station to the hotel that is short distance it can be difficult to get to.

• Gwen (8/5): A basic stay for a night or two to catch the next train or explore a bit. - It’s very near to KL sentral and the monorail. There’s food right in front of the hotel too. And that alley goes to a lift which land you at the Nu mall. The carpet feels funny. And at their prayers time, there’s a loud prayer playing.
