• STEFANOS_72 (8/5): Big apartment in the center of Sofia, ideal for exploring the city - A very spacious, comfortable, modern apartment in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes on foot from the Serdica metro station. The apartment is ideal for exploring Sofia on foot and also for relaxing or dining in as it offers all amenities and comforts. Nearby you can find coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket and should you need anything the helpful hosts are stand by. The front yard and the apartment entrance could use a renovation and better maintenance. Plus the heating (air-conditioning) is not sufficient for the bathroom and the second bedroom.

En el anuncio del apartamento no viene nada sobre incrementos por horas de check in o check out diferentes a las establecidas. Solo se concreta cuando ya has pagado el alojamiento en un mensaje. En épocas frías tened en cuenta que solo hay un aparato de aire acondicionado en el salón. En las habitaciones no. A pesar del tiempo tan bueno que hemos tenido, sentíamos algo de frío en las habitaciones.

• Vincenzina (9/5): - Great appartament near the center of Sofia and about 10 minutes walk from Serdika metro station. I didn't meet the host but they seemed very nice over text. I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days with two friends of mine and we had a wonderful time I highly recommend it.
• Andrea (8/5): Piccolo, semplice e in posizione top. Adatto per soggiornare pochi giorni. - La posizione. Il riscaldamento, ma dobbiamo ammettere che abbiamo beccato dei giorni molto freddi.
• Han Els (8/5): Comodo appartamento in pieno centro - Buona soluzione per soggiornare a Sofia, soprattutto per la sua posizione. Si trova in pieno centro, comodissima per visitare a piedi le principali attrazioni della città. L’appartamento è spazioso, pulito e dotato davvero di tutto: cucine attrezzate, elettrodomestici, stoviglie e ogni comfort necessario per un soggiorno comodo. L’unico neo riguarda il riscaldamento; faceva piuttosto freddo durante il soggiorno e non era presente un vero sistema di aria calda o termosifoni. Abbiamo trovato solo un piccolo scaldabagno nascosto in un armadio a muro, che, peraltro, non è stato molto utile a riscaldare l’ambiente. Nonostante questo, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è comunque buono e l’appartamento resta consigliato a chi cerca una sistemazione centrale e ben attrezzata.

• Gessica (7/5): - La posizione della casa è davvero ottima, in pieno centro e vicinissima ai principali siti da visitare, perfetta per muoversi comodamente a piedi. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile, e la modalità di check-in semplice e ben organizzata. La casa è comoda, accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. L’unico aspetto migliorabile riguarda una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia e la mancanza di oscuranti alle finestre, che rendono la stanza un po’ luminosa al mattino.

• Yana (10/5): - Дуже зручне розташування. Легко і зрозуміло як потрапити в приміщення. Хозяйва клієнтоорієнтовані. В квартирі все є. Дві спальні. Все чудово. Все сподобалось. Можливо, якщо буде можливість, я б додала кувшин з фільтром для води. Коли приїзжаєш вночі, немає де купити або взяти питну воду.

• Ivaylo (7/5): - Локацията е добра и удобна. Мястото има стил и разполага с основни удобства. Леглата са също удобни. Има достатъчно пространство. Жилището разполага само с един климатик, разположен във всекидневната. С него трябва да се отопляват/охлахдат и съседно разположените две спални. Това създаде проблем и голям дискомфорт по време на престоя ни. Когато пристигнахме климатика не работеше и беше много студено. Спалните и банята не успяха да се стоплят до сутринта. Препоръчвам домакините да помислят за подобрение в тази насока.

• Sander (9/5): - Fijn contact met de eigenaar, met duidelijke instructies om de sleutel via de locker te kunnen bemachtigen. Hier en daar zijn er wat puntjes die opgeknapt kunnen worden, maar ik kan me voorstellen dat wanneer een appartement veel gebruikt wordt door bewoners er af en toe wat stuk kan gaan. De bedden waren heerlijk!! Zoals gezegd een paar verbeterpunten. Die niet als kritiek gezien hoeven te worden. Nachtlampjes naast het bed. Verduisterend gordijn op 1 van de slaapkamers ontbrak.

We didn’t cook but it seems everything is available. The door lock at the gate and the bathroom need to be replaced. Even we were busy visiting the city, we wanted to watch TV and they were not tuned. Apart of that not complain.

• Tony (9/5): Super value stay in the heart of Sofia. - Great location in the centre of Sofia, yet still quiet and safe. Handy convenience store metres away, and a tram stop 2 minutes walk. Great communication from the hosts. Plenty of stuff to cook and store food etc too.

• Живко (5/5): Excellent location but in dire need of cleaning, fixing up and sorting out the neighbours - The property could not be more central: five minutes walk from the President's Office and the Cabinet Office. Right opposite is the best Japanese restaurant in Bulgaria frequented by the ambassador himself (booking essential). Cleanliness was not up to scratch. Some facilities, such as the window blinds, were broken / not working. Lighting was poor and badly positioned. The kitchen had no working lights as they were all broken. The sink and the fridge were in a different part of the room from the cooker, oven and the coffee machine. Hardly any domestic item was at the place where you would expect it to be. There was a multitude of bizarre assorted dusty knick-knacks and ornaments taking practically all surface spaces. The only dining / breakfast table was a very high bar in the middle of the living room with extremely uncomfortable high stools made of wire. Every night after midnight the neighbours upstairs started a violent party which continued until at least four am with loud stomping and dancing.

• Shaju (6/5): Okay for a budget stay. - Centrally located. 10 mnts walk from Sofia center. You can easily reach there with metro (M4) and about 10 mnts walk. It's an old building and way to the apartment door is a little spooky. For us the apartment wasn't cleaned properly. Shower cabin was not clean and the drainage was blocked and we really had trouble in taking bath.

The city center, shop, restaurant, metro station are within walking distance. We stayed one night in transit here, it was perfect for this purpose. nothing to mention
