• Sara (7/5): Nel complesso siamo stati bene!! Staff gentile e disponibile, ottima posizione, prezzo più che buono. Lo consiglierei. - La struttura è in una posizione molto comoda, per visitare le Piramidi, il Gem e comunque non nel caos del centro de IL CAIRO. La vista dalla terrazza, dove vengono serviti i pasti è fantastica. Letti comodi. Sicuramente la pulizia può essere migliorata. Ho esposto il cartellino con la richiesta di rifare la camera per 3 giorni consecutivi, ma non è mai stata fatta; finché solo , il quarto giorno,dopo averlo chiesto personalmente alle signore delle pulizie sono stata accontentata. Un solo rotolo di carta igienica, ma eravamo in 4. Due asciugami soli, sempre per 4 ospiti, ma appena ne ho chiesti di ulteriori, sono stata accontentata. I lavabi sono di ceramica nera, tutta consumata di bianco, per cui sembrano sporchi. Cattivo odore di fogna dalla doccia. Si potrebbe fare di più per la pulizia e la manutenzione.

• Thomas (10/5): - Einfach top. Super nettes freundliches Personal. Wir haben absichtlich ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hof genommen und nicht mit Blick auf den Pyramiden, dadurch war es in Nacht angenehm ruhig obwohl das Hotel an einer 4 spurigen Straße liegt. Die Pyramiden konnten wir jeden Tag beim Frühstück oder Abendessen auf der tollen Terrasse bestaunen. Für uns aber das absolute Highlight war das Personal im Hotel. Wir hatten einfach so viel Spaß bei unseren kurzen oder längeren Begegnungen über den Tag im Hotel, dass es sich nach kurzer Zeit schon angefühlt hat,als würde man bei Freunden zuhause sein.

• Shupeng (10/5): Great view comfy bed - View is as advertised, it’s literally across the street from Marriot Mena House so same view, or rather I suspect better because the room is closer to the pyramids. Room is clean and comfortable, there is a bit traffic noise in the evening being right next to a main street,though it wasn’t an issue for us. Breakfast on the top floor also offer view of the pyramids, food is good enough. Being so close to Mena House we walked over there for lunch. And it’s a short cab ride to the pyramids entrance, perfect location 10/10
• Tracey (4/5): I only spent 2 nights at the hotel so it was manageable. For a longer stay I would choose different location for pyramid - The staff were very helpful & friendly. Despite my arrival in the early hours of the morning they were available & assisted with check- in. View of pyramids from rooftop dining. Very noisy due to traffic on the main road which was consistent throughout the night. Double glazing of glass windows/doors would help. Unpleasant odour in the bathroom and toilet seat broken.

The only thing was the room we were in facing the street are very noisy so we didn't get much sleep with tuk tuks racing around. Spoke to reception who were more than happy to change our room on opposite side of hotel. Not a great view but at least we got a good night's sleep.

• Maureen (10/5): We loved our four days here but the noise at night was an issue. - The location was wonderful and the staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good but dinner choice was limited. The hotel is situated on a main road which meant it was noisy at night but had an amazing view of the pyramids. More choice for dinner.

• Kemmy (9/5): Great little hidden gem in the middle of Giza. - Clean and modern. Our rooms had a little outside garden which our football obsessed son loved to have a little football kick about in every day! Wonderful view overlooking the pyramids from the hotel rooftop restaurant. Incredibly kind staff always there to help with transport, local advice etc. Special thank you to Omar and Emad (apologises if I have not spelt correctly!). Just some very minor upkeep in room but really overall we had a great stay at La Boutique, would very happily return here stay as a family of 4 and recommend to family and friends.

• Ian (5/5): The hotel is ok but did not meet our expectations as a calm, clean, place to be. - The location for accessing the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum was very good. The breakfast needs a major upgrade - the selection and quality is quite poor. Also, most mornings, the number of flies in the area of the breakfast made us all lose our appetite. The flies were ever present and it reflects that the area was not cleaned well. In the evening, when we went to dinner, the food was average. For a nearly all of the nights, they had big buses of tourists there that overwhelmed the space and made it to a point that it was chaos and in fact on one of them, we sat down and after 5 minutes we left - it was far too noisy and none of the staff were paying any attention to us; they also insisted we purchase the buffet they had for the bus tourists. The noise level, especially when the buses of tourists came by was very loud. Most nights we had trouble going to sleep with that noise.

И уважайте людей-за деньги, которые вы хотит - В объекте единственный плюс-расположение.Остальное просто кошмар!! Забронировала отель на 5 дней по отзывам и фото!! НО…это полная противоположность! Они сами накрутили отзывы, ожидание и реальность не совпадают. Номера очень грязные, постель и подушки ужасного качества, стены заляпанные, зеркало треснутое, санузел и душевая в изношенном состоянии, зеркало в санузле как-будто никогда не мыли.Завтраки просто КОШМАР!! Заветренное все лежит, вокруг мухи летают, есть нечего вообще.Рядом стоял мангал и на нем готовили мясо, весь дым шел на нас. Мы попили кофе и убежали с этого отвратительного отеля!! Не советую этот отель. Хорошо, что мы приехали ночью и попросили их утром оплатить, и сразу попросили их об отмене 5 дней,согласовали с букингом и нам дали разрешение на 1 ночь оплатить. • Roman (9/5): - Staff is friendly and eager to help. Location is perfect, beds are cozy. Average breakfast but decent dinners. Roof view is stunning. Good tour with guide from the hotel. We asked for taxi from the reception, they helped us with it and even exchanged currency. However, the taxi driver took extra money for "parking" after we declined his offer to visit papyrus fabric.

• renaud (7/5): hôtel propre et bien placé mais dont le prix est un peu élevé - emplacement en face des pyramides facile d'accès pour les taxis. hôtel très récent avec des efforts pour une décoration design. Le personnel était sympathique. une petite boutiques au pied de l'hôtel permet d'acheter quelques provisions. Les buffets des petits déjeuners et du diner sont corrects une partie de l'hôtel était en travaux entrainant des nuisances sonores y compris tardivement. cela devrait néanmoins s'arranger rapidement. Les chambres avec vue sur les pyramides profitent du bruit de la rue car le boulevard est passant. Les finitions des travaux restent locales malgré les investissements et les efforts de design. Pas assez de renouvellement des plats des buffets si vous restez plusieurs jours.
• Qian (7/5): Not happy with La Boutique that overcharged us! - It’s close to the Pyramids. When we booked the hotel with Booking.com, the listed price was US dollars $841. After we checked into the hotel, they charged us $899. They stated they only go by the conversion rate of $1: 50 EGP. As a result, they overcharged us $58 dollars. It’s such a rip off! We strongly urge Booking.com to look into this matter and get back to us! We’ve booked hotels with Booking.com for many years. We never had experience with hotels in other countries that asked us to pay a higher price than the listed price at the booking.

Personel de oldukça yardımseverdi. 2 gecelik konaklama için sadece bir gecelik su konulması saçma geldi. Otellerde her gece yenilenir garipsediğim bir durumdu. Dışarıda daha pahalı diyerek sattıkları suyun hemen yanında bulunan büfede daha ucuz olduğunu gördüm. Ayrıca 4 kişilik odaya koyulan diş fırçası, peçete gibi şeylerin kişi sayısından daha az koyulduğunu gördüm.

• Alexander (1/5): - Ничего! Не рекомендую останавливаться в этом отеле Настоятельно не рекомендую отель! 1. Постоянный шум от дороги за окном. Машины сигналят постоянно, шумят. Спать не возможно, мы не спали всю ночь. Закрытые окна пропускают звук, словно их не закрывали. Ощущение, что лежишь прямо по середине оживленной автомагистрали. 2. Матрац продавлен, лежишь словно в гамаке. Утром болело все тело. 3. Дикая вонь канализации из туалета. Они сделали сливное отверстие в полу туалета, из которого смердит. 4. Трубы в душевой постоянно гудят, стонут. При этом ночь здесь стоит столько же, сколько ночь в 5 звездочном отеле в Шарме с all-inclusive. Выбрал отель в первую очередь из-за пешей доступности от входа на территорию Гизы. Но он сейчас закрыт, пришлось брать такси до другого входа.
• Daniel (8/5): Cozy, comfortable base to explore from. - Very nice, cozy rooms, feels like a comfortable base to explore from. There's a restaurant on the top that offers breakfast, lunch and dinners as buffet. The staff is very helpful and available e.g. for taxi reservations. The value is good for the price. We enjoyed the "city view" rooms, as they are more quiet. It's Egypt, so don't expect all things to be neat. In one of our rooms the hair dryer didn't work, in the other some electricity sockets and lamps didn't ... always a surprise. Doors make screeching noises which you hear very clearly in most rooms. Construction works went on until deep in the night, they built a terrace outside with lots of hammering. When we left for the airport at 1 a.m. it still continued. So, earplugs are your best friend, but not even enough.

• marie (1/5): Nous n’avons pas dormi pendant deux jours! À part une jolie deco, je n’ai rien de positif à dire - Très jolies chambres mais c’est tout. 1) nous n’avons pas pu dormir! Impossible en raison de châssis absolument pas isolants : bruits de circulation et de Klaxons toute la nuit 2) les chambres au troisième étage sont sous le rooftop : bruits de chaises même à 5h du matin Si vous descendez d’un étage (2ème étage) vous êtes au niveau de la rue. Et si vous prenez le premier étage, vous êtes en sous sol ! 3) salle de bain (douche et lavabo) sales : nous avions les traces de dentifrice partout! Même le gobelet à boire! Le personnel a été gentil et sont venus nettoyer… mais en vain. 4) l’entrée au plateau de Gizeh proche de l’hôtel a été fermée définitivement, donc la proximité de l’hôtel n’est plus du tout le cas. Il faut prévoir 20’ de taxi pour accéder au plateau de Gizeh. 5) petit déjeuner faible

• müşerref (6/5): Otel piramitlerin görüş açısından iyi bir yerde ancak giriş kısmının biraz arka kısmında kalıyor ve etrafında çok fazla - Kahvaltısı ve temizliği iyi, suyun ücretsiz olması güzel Otelde öğle yada akşam yemeği yemek istediğinizde oranın müşterisi olmanıza rağmen sizden vergi ve servis ücreti almaları . Dışardan otele gelip yemek yeseniz neyse zaten bir şekilde o otelde kalıyorsunuz.

• dulcamaranta (6/5): Bella struttura, ma qualche problema... - La struttura è nuova, pulita e accogliente, si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare le piramidi e il Grande museo egizio, ma lontano dal caos. Colazione varia tra dolce e salato, lo staff della reception è disponibile a soddisfare tutte le richieste In due occasioni è sparito del denaro contante (soprattutto euro) che avevamo lasciato nel portafoglio in borsa e l'unico momento in cui abbiamo perso di vista le nostre borse era quando le abbiamo lasciate in stanza per andare a fare colazione in terrazza. È stata una situazione spiacevole perché ci siamo accorti che i portafogli erano stati svuotati solo quando li abbiamo aperti per pagare. Ovviamente non abbiamo potuto chiederne conto perché non abbiamo colto nessuno sul fatto, ma non abbiamo dubbi che il denaro ci sia stato sottratto in albergo (anche perché i portafogli erano tranquillamente al loro posto nelle borse, sono spariti solo i contanti)

The hotel itself is so modern and clean in comparison to other places I have stayed in Egypt. The food was great quality for the money that you pay for it. L'hôtel donne sur une 3 voies avec klaxon et bruit de voiture toute la nuit sans aucune isolation des fenêtres... impossible de dormir même avec des bouchons. Nourriture très moyenne... Hôtel à éviter autant que possible.

• Sandra (7/5): Hotel decente pero costoso para lo que ofrece. - El hotel es relativamente nuevo, sin embargo como todo lo del Cairo ya está iniciando la decadencia. Nos pusieron en una habitación inicialmente en donde la caja fuerte no servía, el baño con ducha estaba tapado y se inundaba como una piscina, la calefacción no servía, el agua caliente se acababa muy rápido y la puerta de la habitación no se podia cerrar adicionalmente con doble llave. Yo pelee y después de dos días nos cambiaron a una más grande y en mejores condiciones. Para ser El Cairo la verdad es que las habitaciones están bien pero se me hace muy costoso para lo que es el hotel, aunque repito: por lo menos está decente y habitaciones nuevas y bonitas. Ya están dejando también que las paredes estén sucias dentro de las habitaciones. Ojalá logren mantenerlo porque dentro de lo que he visto allá esto es de lo más decente que se encuentra. Repito, costoso para ser este tipo de hotel pero al final se siente uno por lo menos en algo decente. Me parécio costoso para lo que ofrece, y no me gustó que ya estaban varias cosas deterioradas en la habitación inicial. Ojalá lo mantengan porque por lo menos por dentro es bonito y decente.

• Simon (8/5): Really lovely comfortable place. - The room was lovely and comfortable and the staff were really friendly and helpful. They helped arrange me an early morning airport pick up and were very organised. The location felt a little uneasy and I wasn’t very comfortable walking around there.

• Alexandra (7/5): Hervorragendes Personal, tolle Lage – aber sehr laut und Preispolitik enttäuschend - Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Frühstücks- und Restaurantbereich. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt, es wurde alles möglich gemacht, jederzeit hilfsbereit – dafür 10 von 10 Punkten. Das Frühstück war gut, ägyptisch-typisch, mit ordentlichem Kaffee von der Kaffeemaschine – zwar kein besonderes Highlight, aber absolut in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind in Bezug auf Betten und Badezimmer gut ausgestattet, hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer vier- bis sechsspurigen Straße, und es gibt keine Schallschutzfenster. Unsere Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf die Pyramiden waren dadurch nachts extrem laut. Wer nicht gut schlafen kann, wird darunter leiden – schade, denn der Ausblick ist natürlich großartig. Sehr enttäuschend fanden wir außerdem die Preisgestaltung: Wir hatten sehr weit im Voraus für ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und Pyramidenblick 170 Euro bezahlt. Bereits am nächsten Tag wurde das gleiche Zimmer um 100 Euro reduziert angeboten. Das fühlt sich für Frühbucher einfach unfair an und trübt den Gesamteindruck deutlich. • Aitaua (9/5): Perfect location and friendly staff - The location is right near the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum- so super perfect. The staff were amazing especially the reception area. My husband forgot his phone in the Uber and they took over and told me not to worry. His phone was returned within 15mins. I want to especially mention Emet (sorry this might not be the correct spelling of his name) at reception desk and I did not get the name of the lady at reception that also helped. Super grateful! Super friendly and always helpful. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. N/A

• Kaan Aykut (5/5): Halledilmesi gereken eksikleri var. - Odalar güzeldi,temizdi. Konumu güzel. Piramit manzaralı odalardaki ve terastaki manzara güzeldi. Odalar dışarıdan çok sokak araç sesi geliyordu. Terastaki sandalye masa çekme sesleri sabah ve akşam odanın içindeydi uyurken uykudan uyandırdı. İnternet çok kötü, televizyonlar internete bağlanmıyor.

The breakfast spread is good, covers all essentials and the team is happy to oblige with any specific requests. Special mention for the excellent guides & drivers they organised for us both for Cairo & Alexandria.
• Ines (9/5): Würde für ein, zwei Nächte durchaus wieder kommen - Frühstück war o.k., der Kaffee war gut und das war für mich das wichtigste. Die Zimmer waren prinzipiell sauber, außer im Badezimmer klebte die Zahnpasta(?) vom Vorgänger am Waschbeckenschrank. Ansonsten war aber alles sauber und der Blick auf die Pyramiden war schon besonders In der Dusche ist uns der Handtuchhalter fast aus der Wand gebrochen, die Seifenschale hing auch mehr schlecht als recht am Schrauben

Camera con vista Piramidi a 100 metri. Omar alla reception e il (direttore?) molto gentili e disponibili. Velocissimi a rispondere a domande e richieste su Booking.com Qualità del cibo. Colazione e pulizia approssimativi. Poca insonorizzazione.

To be fair, the tools and ingredients were all there (egg station, waffle and crepe machines, etc) but the staff couldn’t use them properly most days we were there. It also seemed like they were mocking us / laughing at us for some reason? Very strange behavior

• Ines (10/5): Schöner Kurzaufenthalt - Sehr schönes Hotel mit neuer Einrichtung. Guter Wasserdruck in der Dusche. TV mit Netflix und Youtube. Schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Pyramiden. Lage ist gut zwischen Pyramiden und großem Ägyptischen Museum, beides schnell mit dem Taxi zu erreichen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück und Abendessen ok für 1 bis 2 Nächte. Leider sehr laut, auch nachts, da das Hotel an einer sehr befahrenen Straße liegt, aber das ist wohl überall in Kairo so.

• Mirko (1/5): Das Hotel kann ich leider nicht empfehlen - Wenn man viel retuschiert bekommt man ein brauchbares Foto mit Pyramiden vom Dach ausgemacht. Der Lärm von der 6 spurigen Straße vor dem Haus! Der Lärm von den Stühlen der Dachterrasse! Der Lärm von den angestellten die die Treppe runterspringen als wären Sie auf einen Abenteuerspielplatz Das Hotel muss grundlegend renoviert werden. Wir haben drei Zimmer in diesen Hotel zugewiesen bekommen. Alle waren in einen verwohnten Zustand. Der Kleiderschrank ist mit Winkelprofilen zusammengebaut worden. Der Wasserhahn in einen Zimmer war total lose und wackelte in alle Richtungen. Im letzten Zimmer quietschte es wie verrückt wenn der Wasserhahn bei uns oder nebenan geöffnet wurde, als würde ein Zug eine Notbremsung machen. Das Frühstück besteht nur aus industriellen Gastroprodukten der einfachsten Qualität. Die Bilder des Anbieters entsprechen nicht der Qualität. Das Personal kümmert sich auch wenig um die Gäste, sondern spielt mehr am Handy rum. Die Putzfrau hat sich den halben Tag in ihren Putzschrank versteckt und hat dort telefoniert.
