• Riccardo (5/5): Wir kämen nicht wieder hierher. - Zentrumsnahe Lage. Konzept Appartment und Garten gut. Einrichtung zweckmässig. Parken auf dem Grundstück wurde geschätzt. Einfahrt zum Parkieren sehr steil (13°), nur geeignet für Auto mit genügend Bodenfreiheit. Boden im Appartement unsauber und staubig. Unter dem Teppich sehr schmutzig. Bettbezug total zerknittert und schmuddelig. Kissen und Decke hatten übel und muffelig gerochen. DA HAT VERMUTLICH KEINE REINIGUNG STATTGEFUNDEN. Anweisungen am Kühlschrank und per Mail zur Reinigung vor Abreise wie: Müllentsorgung, Tische reinigen, Boden sagen, Geschirrspüler ausräumen,... Wir haben das Appartement sauberer verlassen als wir es angetroffen hatten. Ein No-Go.

• Rae (8/5): Lovely little apartment with gorgeous garden. - Great location and beautifully set out apartment. Very clean and every thing worked well. Nicely renovated and spartan. Lovely garden and outside fire pit and furniture inviting. A very nice place to stay. Definitely would stay again. Only 1 bedside lamp, bed pillows terrible too soft and no dessert spoons.

• andrew (8/5): Very convenient location to stay to see the sights. Very new and comfortable little unit. - Close to shops and much of the scenery of Katoomba. Nice newly renovated semi dwelling. Very clean and comfortable Bed was much too hard for my liking. Driveway entrance a little tricky for our large car. Parking spaces a little tight for 2 cars.
• Richard (9/5): Great location, clean and comfortable. - Excellent location in the centre of Katoomba close to supermarkets and city centre. The house was clean and comfortable and the central heating was great. A rail to hang on to in the shower would help those like us who are a little unsteady on our feet.
• Nelly (10/5): Enjoyed my stay at this place. - The place is simply decorated but have everything I need. Clean, tidy and spacious. The place is very close to the train station and main street. Supermarket is also just across from this place so very convenient if needed. It would be awesome if heated blanket was provided, it was a bit cold even with the aircon on. Katoomba is really cold and windy in winter!
• Jeremy (9/5): - It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The shower was great and the heating system kept us comfortably warm on a cold night. It was within walking distance of supermarkets, shops and a large number of restaurants. Would happily stay again.

Compressor from aircon is outside of the bedroom and very loud even shutting the window. It’s connected to the other half of the house which from other guests of the host so we have no control over it.

• Erin (9/5): Had a great time! - The house exceeded our expectations. Well equipped with pretty much everything we needed and more. Pleasantly surprised to have pots and pans for cooking, all utensils, lots of paper towels, cooking oil, coffee, tea, salt and pepper and even some pasta and pasta sauce. Very comfortable stay, felt like home 😊 Great, convenient location Would definitely stay again! I'm glad I brought my own pillow, the pillows supplied were too thin. The mattress was quite hard. I have a Mazda 3 and to be able to get down the driveway, we had to completely empty the car, and one of us had to get out. Otherwise, my car would scrape on the underside very badly. My is not that low.

Very short drive to the three sisters and scenic world. Very neat and clean with off street parking. Has everything you need for a private stay over. Good communication and very accommodating when we had to alter our dates. Just the bed too firm for us but we didn’t come away to sleep.

• Stephanie (10/5): Beautiful, clean and best location. - This really is the loveliest, cleanest accommodation Ive ever stayed in. The house is brand new, scrupulously clean, lovely and warm with central heating and right in the middle of Katoomba. Coles is across the road, all the shops a short 2 minutes walk, the pub and bistro on the corner 5 minutes away. Everything I needed was here and I had a relaxing, peaceful stay in this lovely place. Highly recommend for everyone. It's just beautiful. There were no negatives. It's a beautiful property.

Some pillow options would be preferred and a topper for the bed would make it more comfortable. There was no ability to make filter coffee at all despite saying there was a coffee machine in the accommodation features. There were no tea bags at all!

• Steve (10/5): Excellent place to stay when visiting the Blue Mountains. - The house is in a perfect location within Katoomba, easy for buses and a short walk from the railway station. There is a supermarket very close by and the main street where all the cafés and restaurants are is just a five minute walk. The house itself is in immaculate condition, both inside and out. Spotlessly clean and well cared for. The owner has equipped it beautifully with everything you need to make your stay very comfortable. The kitchen in particular is faultless, it has everything. The laundry room is also a real asset and was much appreciated. Adam the owner has worked hard to make this a top property. He is very communicative and will help you out if you have any problems. There is also off street parking with easy access. We loved our ten day stay here and would highly recommend it as a place to stay when visiting the Blue Mountains. Nothing to report here, it is faultless.

But if you want to eat out, there are many restaurants just within walking distance Floor mat just immediately after the main door . Esp raining and cool , we need to take off our shoes indoor so as not to spoilt the nice paquat flooring Otherwise , everything is in good condition

Well this place has the perfect position! Also it is in walking distance to shops, restaurants & major sites. Very comfortable, clean & appointed.
• Vanessa (10/5): Very pleasant and comfortable home away from home. - I really like the simplicity, kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and worked. Bed was very firm but comfortable. I loved the sunny aspect of the property and also having a car space. I loved that I could have a fire out the front. Next time I’ll probably take advantage of that. I would have appreciated a face cloth, bath mat and another towel.
