• Grimaldo (10/5): Excelente experiencia. - La atención del anfitrión. Tuvimo un detalle con el ingreso y en todo momento nos apoyaron, estuvieron muy atentos. Creemos que tiene mucho a favor pero sin dudarlo la ubicación es buena, todo cerca. Inmejorable. Todo ben.

• Merve Nur (6/5): Konumu güzel ama temiz değil - Konumu güzeldi. Kahve makinesi ve wifi olması güzeldi. Dolapta su vardı güzel bi düşünce olmuş. Evde süpürge çamaşır makinesi olması işimize yaradı. Daire temiz değildi yorumlarda da gördük aslında ama düzelmiştir diye düşünmüştüm açıkcası. Klima çok ses yapıyordu mutfakta ki kalorifer arızalıydı ilk gün bildirdik gelip düzelteceğiz dedikleri halde 3.gün geldiler. Kahve makinesi için hiç kapsül yokur odada yüz havlusu yoktu ve yastık sayısı bence azdı 2 tane vardı. Binayı bulmakta zorlandık gelen mesajda adres açıklayıcı değildi malesef.

• EMELINE (9/5): - Les 2 lits dans des pièces distinctes, la cuisine et la salle de bain bien équipées, la machine à laver+ fer à repasser. Emplacement parfait pour explorer les lieux touristiques mais suffisamment éloigné pour être au calme. La communication avec l'agence gérant le logement qui nous a déposé une nouvelle paire de draps. Pensez bien à préciser que le lit du canapé-lit doit être aussi fait.

• hinano (10/5): 最高でした。ミラノに来る際はまた泊まりたいです！ - とにかく立地がいい！歩いて10〜15分ほどでドゥオーモに着きます。 スーパーもすぐ隣にあります。 部屋も広くて綺麗でした。 日本人なので最初マンションのエントランスの開け方が難しかったです。 イタリア方式のマンションのやり方をわかれば対応できます。 タオル交換がない。ですがチャットでタオル交換を聞いたらスケジュールを合わせてタオル交換と掃除にきてくれようとしてくれました。親切で丁寧でした。 洗濯機があるので洗えばいいだけです！

• Nataliia (6/5): Good enough for 3 days. - - Good location, only 10 min from Duomo - Quite big - Shop, bakery are near the building - Well equipped, iron, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dishwasher - Nice gesture is water in the fridge - Noise from the streets - Bed was not good, planks under madras jump off almost every time when my husband ( he is above 100 kg) try to sit or lay on the bed - mould in shower - there is dish washer, but no tablets, would be good to have at least one for 3 days. - no kitchen knife, there are only bread knife and table knives - would be nice to have hooks for outerwear in entrance, not in the bedroom:)

Thank you very much! room is very nice . if you use washing machine and hair dryer can not use same time!! we didnt know so suddenly all the power off and we try to fix this problem takes long time ,we already reported owner I hope they can fix for next customer.

• Jing (5/5): Great looking place. Would've been a lovely stay if the air-conditioner worked. - Location was good. Place looked great. Beautiful looking apartment. Clean with a lot of room. The couch is also a pull-out bed. Supremely uncomfortable, so can only be slept on as a couch which is slightly less uncomfortable. The reason for the 5/10 review when this could have easily been a 8-9/10 is because the air-conditioner was like a heater. Coming from a country where we cannot survive without air-conditioning, it clearly felt like this particular air-conditioning unit needed servicing. It was so hot, that it was cooler to open the windows. But opening the windows brought in tons of mosquitoes and we were bitten to death or sweltering to death. This really marred the experience by quite a severe degree.
