If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. bryce (4/5): Dublin was great, very over priced compared to home,jameson tour is a must. - location was great for getting to the guinness factory and town centre was ten min walk rooms are smaller than they look you literally cant get round the bed, one heater in the living room turned up full and was still freezing,big draught below the door and numerous light bulbs out, three times in two days we had to move junkies away from the door at night luckily there was 4 of us.

Martina (6/5): - L’appartamento era pulito e fornito di tutti i comfort Siamo arrivati la sera tardi e il riscaldamento era spento, i caloriferi segnavano 13 gradi che la sera di inverno non è proprio stato il massimo. Una volta accessi poi l’appartamento si è scaldato abbastanza in fretta. Il bagno però aveva un cattivo odore e l’acqua della doccia era o gelato o bollente senza possibilità di regolarla
