• Ayane (5/5): - The rooms were just like the photos - clean, aesthetically pleasing and simple amenities and towels were available. This particular building doesn’t exist. The taxi driver ended up at the national convention center and with google translate I was dropped off at a different “Vinhomes” which is a different listing on booking.com. I then had to communicate with the security officer who didn’t speak English and google translate didn’t work. I only got into the building because a friendly foreigner also needed to check in. When I went to my room I had no idea how to open the automated lock. There was no explanation on how to use it. The laundry machine in the room was covered up so I couldn’t use it. Also, on booking.com it says a cash deposit was necessary at check in so I made sure I had 1000000 VND but I wasn’t asked for any deposit. The room itself was decent but booking.com needs to update this particular listing because it was very confusing and time consuming.

(8/5): Good location to National Convention Centre, very friendly & helpful staffs - Very friendly & helpful staffs, located near National Convention Centre, excellence for visitors who are attending the conference, walking distance approx. 10 mins to the convention centre, breakfast was good with noddle soup on demand, Digital keypad entry to the room was not so easy to manage
• Jess (10/5): Exceptional - Great service apartment. Rented the place every time I’m back in Hanoi and they did not disappoint. Breakfast has decent selections, clean and most importantly air conditioned. Love that the cleaners mopped the apt floor everyday - squeaky clean!
