• Deonne (5/5): Good place to stay, close to St Pancras train station. - Close to the train station, clean and tidy. Bit noisey and the window could use a block out blind.
• Karin (7/5): Goede locatie alleen faciliteiten kunnen beter. Communicatie met eigenaar is top - De ligging van de accommodatie- heerlijk dichtbij het station. Het was een vrij krap kamer. Eigenlijk geen appartement want je hebt geen zitgedeelte en geen keukentje. Er is iet rustig om de accommodatie heen. We hadden het raam open en de nabij gelegen appartementen complex hadden ze een pieptoon zolang de deur openging. In de avond tussen 20:00-22:00 uur - ging die heel vaak. Veel fietsers veel lopers .. het een sluiproute langs ons raam. Persoonlijk niet gezien dat er vloerbedekking lag op de vloer… ikzelf vind dat niet hygiënisch Het matras was oud en doorgeslapen.. aan vervanging toe - dus niet echt fijn gelegen. Kastje beetje kapot.. en dat voor €150 per nacht… had ik meer verwacht. Verder communicatie was top. Eigenaar reageert snel en duidelijk.

• Irynna (5/5): Convenient, good for short term stay. - Good location, check in was easy. Bathroom is spacious and clean. Carpet was slightly wet when we arrived and terrace is dirty. We headed out to get breakfast and intended to return before checkout time to grab our bags. However upon return, 30 minutes before check out time, cleaning had long begun in the room which was concerning as our personal items were still inside.

• Jennifer (6/5): agréable, et c’est vraiment un point stratégique à côté de la gare. - Établissement est très bien placé, le loueur est très réactif et très gentil, ainsi que le personnel de ménage. Les lits sont très confortables. C’est un soubassement, un peu un sentiment d’être enfermé. C’est assez petit.

• Christine (8/5): Je recommande et je reviendrai avec plaisir ! - Emplacement idéal, à seulement 5 minutes à pied des gares de King’s Cross et St Pancras. Le quartier est vivant, avec de nombreux restaurants agréables et abordables à proximité. Excellent réseau de transports : de nombreuses lignes de bus et de métro passent par King’s Cross. Le studio est très calme la nuit, sans bruit de circulation ni de fêtes, ce qui est très appréciable. Mention spéciale pour la disponibilité et la gentillesse de l’hôte. Roy a toujours répondu rapidement à nos questions (moins de 24h), s’est montré très flexible lors de changements de dernière minute et a été constant et agréable dans ses échanges. Un vrai plus qui nous a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Les équipements café correspondent à du café en poudre, mais il reste tout à fait buvable. Le studio de 18 m² est un peu juste pour accueillir confortablement deux lits doubles.
• Carla Alejandra (6/5): - Fue bastante cómodo por el espacio, mas m2 de lo habitual, el hecho de que fuera autoservicio fue una sorpresa (por no leer bien las indicaciones por la premura), pero en general eso fue agradable. Cuando llegamos, NO sabiamos como ingresar y ubicar el alojamiento, fue bastante perjudicial, pues nos tomo 2 horas encontrarlo, estuvimos tocando puertas y preguntando alrededor, no siendo nuestro idioma natal, sin internet y con bastante frio, las indicaciones de llegada deberian ser mas claras y advertir sobre las indicaciones especificas en la mensajeria. Tuvimos la suerte de encontrar personas que llegaban al mismo alojamiento (igual de perdidos que nosotros), con los que en conjunto deciframos la ubicacion, realmente fue un mal momento y tiempo perdido en nuestra estancia corta de 2 dias.

• Bożydar (9/5): Świetna lokalizacja. - Niesamowita lokalizacja, 5 minut na pieszo od stacji Saint Pancras. 2 duże wygodne łóżka. Telewizor ze Smart TV. Brak zasłony z jednej strony prysznica, przez co woda wylewała się na posadzkę.

• Darcy (4/5): Cosy... - The location was close to the train station and tube station.A few good restaurants within 4 to 5 blocks. Fairly comfortable bundled. Fairly new bathroom. The bathroom was about 4 steps down from the kitchen which had no running water, no hand rails.,had to use bathroom sink for kitchen purposes. The apartment is down stairs, like a cellar.Very hard for suitcase, up or down.The bathroom has a towel heater that never turns off and it heats the whole apartment. I learned to keep the bathroom door shut. Coming back to the room from siteseeing, the room was suffocating hot. I opened the glass door to the "patio" which is the bottom of the center of the building.old chair full of pigeon poop caked on it as well as the whole floor! Opened the door for air but I would never go out.The bathroom small window was opened due to the heat, it wouldn't close! The bathroom is a tiny room with hardly any room to turn around, one of three drawers in the dresser which held the microwave opened the others were falling in. Fridge worked well. Electric water pot wasn't working. I used the microwave. Good shower but the shower curtain was to small and didnt cover all the way around. Also has frosted bathroom window but needs a curtain as, I could see the neighbors next door, so I know they could see me in the shower.Put a towel up myself. With a bit of work this could be a.better place and worth the money, you charge.This picture above is not of the place I stayed!
• raphaelle (7/5): - La localisation, à 10 min a pied de St Pancras. Les informations claires du propriétaire pour l'arrivée. La rapidité d' intervention suite à un problème d' eau chaude. Le prix. Le nécessaire pour manger, couverts, micro-ondes... L' appartement est mal isolé, on entend beaucoup les voisins. Le lit superposé grince énormément. Chaque fois que quelqu'un se retourne dans son lit la nuit, il réveille tous les autres. Le manque de table et de chaise. Difficile de manger dans l' appartement, sinon à s' asseoir sur le canapé, l' assiette sur les genoux.
• Virginie (7/5): Séjour très agréable. Très bon accueil des Londoniens. Magnifique patrimoine. - L'appartement était très bien situé. Proche de la gare et au centre de Londres. Manque d'une fenêtre sur l'extérieur. Moquette en mauvaise état.

Le logement est propre et la situation en souplex ne se ressent pas Très très chaud dans la salle de bain...Le sèche serviette est à fond et il ne faut pas oublier de fermer la porte si on ne veut pas qu'il fasse trop chaud dans la chambre...
• Salvatore (7/5): Einfache Zimmer in zentraler Lage. Passt - Unkompliziert, Gastgeber war immer sehr gut erreichbar und zuvorkommend und hat sich immer sofort um alle Anfragen gekümmert. Parkplatz hat super geklappt. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber für eine Städtereise völlig ausreichend. Zentral gelegen, Preis Leistung passt, gerne wieder
• Rutger (5/5): Kon beter - 5 min lopen van Pancras station Slaapbank niet geschikt om te slapen. Hard en klein. Stapelbed niet geschikt voor 2 volwassenen en 1 kind. Een persoon sliep op matras op de grond Geen stop voor in bad. Afwassen borden en.d. in badkamer? Keukengedeelte zonder Keukenblok en afwasgedeelte. Andere kamers hadden 2-2 persoonsbedden. Dit was beter geweest Badkamer was top maar her en der muren en vloer beschimmeld en of vervuild.. Tip. Onderhoud en pas de kamer zoals boven beschreven aan. Is het een top kamer met toplocatie
• Sara (7/5): Great location - The accommodation is in a great location, close to King’s Cross St. Pancras, which is a big plus. The host responds quickly to messages and is very helpful. We had an issue with the electricity, and it was resolved within an hour. The apartment was very hot, it was impossible to sleep. It’s better than being cold, of course, but it was still uncomfortable. The mattresses are terrible — I understand that the accommodation isn’t as expensive as others, but the mattresses should really be replaced, as getting a good night’s sleep is essential. It would also be good to clean a bit more thoroughly; there are cobwebs hanging around, which doesn’t feel very cozy.

• Ian (3/5): Great location but awful room. - The location to St Pancras was ideal It was very cramped. 2 double beds in a room barely big enough for one. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The toilet was grim and the sheets on the bed were stained.

• Charlotte (7/5): Très bien chambre propre et comme sur le se site - Hôte à l'écoute et très réactive à nos questions. Les portes de chambre pas épaisse on entend tout des parties communes quand les voisins utilisent le micro onde qui si trouve. Serrure pas terrible.
• Sandrine (8/5): Parfait. A deux pas de la plupart des lieux à visiter. - L'emplacement est parfait. A deux pas de la Gare d'arrivée de l'Eurostar, du Métro de boutiques et restaurant. L'endroit est parfait. L'appartement se trouve près d'un square, dans un quartier plutôt typique et tranquille le jour. La chambre est petite mais plutôt confortable, avec une moquette très épaisse. L'hôte répond très rapidement. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages avant et après les heures prévues. Le square le soir est à éviter.

Bathroom was great, huge bath thatmy daughter loved as we only have a shower at home. Lots of stairs, upstairs neighbours were loud but not too much problem. We did move the sofa bed as it was blocking the terrace doors.

• Chris (5/5): It was fine, would probably not ever stay again. - This studio is right next to the King’s Cross station, very convenient as we took the EuroStar to Paris the next morning. Less than 5 minute walk to the station. Easy to get to. Nice and warm as well which was great due to the weather. I knew the place was going to be small and that’s ok but this place was definitely on the dirtier side. Lots of hair on the sheets (and you could tell cause they were white). Ultimately me and my family slept on top of the sheets. Just seemed like it could be a much cleaner in all aspects as well maybe a dehumidifier to get rid of the smell of a basement room.

Really quiet street and no noice from other guests either. Very close to St.Pancras Kings Cross station Great area. Lovely Italian restaurant just around the corner towards the underground. Not sure there would be more than 1 exit in case of fire, so that felt a bit scary. Bathroom wasn’t all clean as we arrived, but staff/owners were quick answering messages, and fixed it straight away.

• Erika (8/5): A great affordable spot in the center of London! - The location was phenomenal being very centralized and next to Kings Cross. The room was great for what we needed it for. We were given easy directions to follow for locating the flat. The rooms and the hallways could be cleaner. There was dust in the room. The hallway had lots of miscellaneous items and pillows falling out of the dresser.

• Noshi (10/5): Brilliant cosy apartment, down the road from King’s Cross station, 2 min walk - Very clean and very spacious apartment. We stayed in the basement flat 9. Huge room and loved the huge wide walk in shower. Exceptionally clean and literally 2 min walk from Kings Cross. There is a reception area outside the basement flats where there are two microwaves that can be used. Each flat has a shoe rack outside to leave outside shoes keeping the flat clean. I loved it and definitely will be coming here back again and recommending to others. The owner Adam is a touch away on WhatsApp and responds pretty quickly too. Good communication with entry to flat. It’s very easy to find for Uber Eats deliveries too. Compared to a lot of other London properties I have stayed in, this one has so far been the best The window was quite high up so couldn’t open or close it. It was open when we got here but managed to get it closed.
