Има кафе машина, което също е чудесно за първото сутрешно кафе. Благодарим! Липсата на вратата между двете помещения!

Apartament jest świetnie urządzony i wyposażony; pralka i suszarka, ręczniki, kosmetyki i suszarka do włosów, ekspres do kawy z pyszną kawą, toster, zmywarka, lodówka, czajnik elektryczny, piekarnik, mikrofalówka, telewizor. Jest przestronny; pozwala każdemu czuć sie swobodnie i jednocześnie zachować prywatność; łazienka extra :) no i taras :) :) Kontakt z obiektem super. Check in /out bez żadnych problemów. Apartament znajduje się na 4 piętrze, nie ma windy.

- william (9/5): Super appartement bien situé dans Prague - Super emplacement près du pont Charles. Très bel appartement 3 chambres vastes au 3 eme. Fenêtres presque parfaitement insonorisées normal bruit rue car en plein centre ville. Resto bien juste en bas diner et petit dej à partir de 10h. Le manque de contact humain. Tout se fait et bien expliqué avec son smartphone. Un peu dommage le contact humain est important mais si problème Oleg répond vite. Il manque peut être un peu de vaisselle car l’appart peut recevoir au moins 8 personnes. Mais tout cela ne sont que des détails un super logement où nous reviendrons je j’espère.

- Eva (9/5): Excel.lent apartament al mig de Praga - L’apartament està molt ben situat en ple barri Malá Strana. Molt aprop de tots els llocs a visitar. Disposa de tot el necessari per passar uns dies. També disposa de Netflix i Prime. La cuina està molt equipada, fins i tot amb sal i sucre. La cafetera excepcional. Els coixins del llit s’haurien de canviar, estan massa usats i no son còmodes.

- Francesco (10/5): Struttura accogliente, posizione eccellente!!! TOP - Posizione eccellente per raggiungere il centro della città vecchia sia a piedi che con i mezzi. Due fermate del tram poste a ridosso della struttura. Ottima posizione anche per raggiungere a piedi il castello di Praga. Ho soggiornato in questa struttura a Praga e ne sono rimasto davvero entusiasta. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile fin dal primo contatto: risposte rapide, accoglienza calorosa e grande professionalità in ogni richiesta, dal check in fino al check out, dandoci la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli all’interno dopo il check out (effettuato alle ore 11.00 del mattino) per poi riprenderli tardo pomeriggio, fornendoci assistenza chiara e precisa. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima ai principali punti di interesse e ben collegata dai mezzi pubblici (2 fermate del tram si trovano a meno di 100 metri dalla struttura). Ci ha permesso di visitare comodamente la città senza perdere tempo negli spostamenti. La struttura è molto pulita e curata, sia negli spazi comuni che all’interno dell’appartamento. Si percepisce attenzione ai dettagli e un’ottima gestione degli ambienti. Lo spazio della cucina era ben fornito e funzionale ed é stato davvero ottimo, visto che viaggiavamo con 3 bambini. Considerando tutti questi aspetti, il rapporto qualità–prezzo è eccellente. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chi desidera godersi Praga in un ambiente confortevole e accogliente. - Youlton (10/5): Fabulous Stay in City Friendly Prague! - The location was very central to the City of Prague with Charles Bridge and the Castle only 20 minutes walk away along with many fine restaurants within easy walking distance. Specifically, Mondieu which has a fantastic interior. There was nothing that our family would suggest an improvement was warranted. Indeed, an excellent property and very spacious, specifically, all of the 3 bedrooms, especially, the Master Bedroom overlooking the streets below.

Ми зазначили, що приїдемо о 16, але, на жаль, сталася така ситуація, що приїхали пізніше і це не перешкодило нам заселитися. Мали апартамент на 8 осіб, багато місця для всіх, у двох кімнатах був телевізор. Зручні великі ліжка з мʼяким матрасом. Ми дуже задоволені! Якщо ще раз поїдемо до Праги, то повернемося до цих апартаментів ☺️ Єдиним мінусом було те, що одна ванна кімната, але про це зазначено в описі.

- Oleksandr (8/5): - Large apartment in the historic part of the city with a great location — just a 10-minute walk from Charles Bridge. There is a small, cozy restaurant right in the building, where you can have breakfast starting from 10:00. Friendly staff who are always happy to help. The apartment was for one night only. The beds creak terribly, the bed linen is old, and the pillows should be thrown away. The doors close very noisily. There is a loud tram running downstairs from 6 a.m. until 1 a.m.

- Vanessa (10/5): - Todo perfecto. La ubicación nos permitió recorrer a pie y tuvimos la conexión necesaria del sistema de Tranvía para recorrer toda la ciudad. Gracias! A nuestro parecer faltaron unas cortinas más gruesas para que no entrase tanta luz de las farolas de la calle por la noche. Es sólo un pequeño detalle. El resto genial!

- Francesca (10/5): Appartamento meraviglioso - Affiatamento super accogliente con vista magnifica dal terrazzino. Moderno, spazioso e attrezzato in ogni cosa. Letti comodissimi, grande cucina con forno, forno a microonde e lavastoviglie. Ci sono anche lavatrice e asciugatrice. Da sapere che si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore per chi avesse un passeggino o figli molto piccoli. Comodissimi per raggiungere la metro (verso areoporto) o per arrivare a piedi al Ponte Carlo (10 minuti). Io lo consiglio vivamente. Comodità, accoglienza e panorama

The host was very responsive and helpful with every question. There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything met our expectations and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

- PILAR (10/5): Ideal para pasar unos días en Praga cerca del centro - La ubicación es ideal, cerca del centro pero sin estar en pleno bullicio. En cuanto alojamiento, todo estaba limpio y es muy amplio. Los anfitriones estuvieron en contacto y muy pendientes de facilitarnos tanto el check-in como el check-out. Sólo por poner una pega, era un 4° piso y no había ascensor, pero como salíamos por la mañana y volvíamos por la noche, tampoco tuvimos que subir y bajar v tantas veces.

- Alexandra (9/5): Vyborne umiestneny apartman za dobru cenu - Skvela organizacia, bezproblemovy check-in napriek tomu, ze mi meskal 95 min vlak a prisla som dost neskoro, mila pani v online komunikacii. Uzasna lokalita, 2 min od Malostranskeho namestia, priestranny apartman, byty su bezpecne oddelene uzamykatelnou kovovou branou od spolocnej chodby s restauraciou, takze mate pocit bezpecia. Trochu by sa dalo popracovat na cistote, vyslovena spina tam nebola, postele boli ciste, ale prach nebol vsade utrety a chladnicka by sa tiez dala vnutri viac vycistit. Matrace su prilis makke, ale da sa to zvladnut Kto potrebuje ticho, lokalita je trochu hlucnejsia, treba si dat na noc zatky do usi, lebo pocut elektricky, ale nie je to nic neznesitelne.

- Renata (10/5): - Výborná komunikace, nápomocní při check inu, velké pokoje, vše čisté. A navíc káva, čaj a cukr k dispozici 👍. Možnost uschovat si zavazadla. Navštívili jsem jazzový klub v blízkosti ubytování, poloha apartmánu je výborná, kousek do centra. Hrad nad námi. Nemohu říct, že by se nám něco nelibilo

- Renāte (10/5): Fantastic gain for very reasonable money! Overall - one of the best apartments we have ever stayed - We stayed in the 2-level Apartment Nr. 6 (5 persons including children). We absolutely enjoyed everything - the convenient location within just 7-10 minutes walk from Charles bridge and Prague Castle, the accessible public transport, the privacy and safety of the apartment and the building, the cleanliness, the coffee machine with coffee beans which was a pleasant surprise, the variety of comfy beds, the beautiful bed linen, the huge sofa, the balcony with a view on Petrin Hill and it's Eiffel tower, the windows offering other city sights, for instance, sunrise over the city and the exquisite Church of Saint Nicholas, and availability of Netflix. :) Though the apartment felt more suitable for couples (bar table instead of a dining table) our kids loved it and so did we. Would reccomend to anyone! A bit larger frying pan would be great. :) Other than that, any other points are purely subjective and irrelevant.
- Kaspars (10/5): - Lieliska atrašanās vieta, ļoti viegla un saprotama reģistrācija. Dzīvoklis lielisks, tīrs, silts un ļoti ērts. Neliels minusiņš... uz blakus ielas ir tramvaja līnija. Protams guļot tas ir jūtams. Bet jāsaka, ka jūtu tikai pirmajā naktī, acīmredzot ātri pieradām. Vajag somā iemest ausu aizbāžņus. Bet vienalga kopējo vērtējumu tas nemaina.
- Maya (7/5): Won’t return, but may recommend it to groups or families who don’t mind the road thing. - Not much. It didn’t fit my needs. Oh, sorry, absolutely great coffee machine. The property is near an intersection with Karmitska, a road rather than a street, which makes the atmosphere less unique to Prague. In order to get to the bridge, for example, you first have to cross a road that doesn’t feel unique to Prague, in order to feel the atmosphere of Prague. It’s very close, so in terms of location it’s considered good, but not for me. The bathroom is on the other end of the apartment, which is uncarpeted, making it less convenient to visit in the middle of the night. The apartment is too big for a single person. The beds are in the living room facing the road, with only very thin curtains, so it doesn’t feel very private or quiet. The instructions to enter the property were unnecessarily complicated, and I was unprepared for this, after a long day travelling.
- Marko (8/5): Nice apartment at good location - Nice location and very convenient apartment close to many tourist spots (such as Prague castle & St. Vitus cathedral). Good tram connections to other parts of the city. There's also many bars, cafes and restaurants just nearby. The apartment was a bit too cold for our taste at the beginning, until we managed to mess with the temperature control unit so that temperature was getting warmer in the main room. Kitchen and toilet/shower remained quite chilling though. Television didn't show local tv-channels at all, only some music and movie channels (which showed the same few movies over and over again). There was a hospital and police station nearby, meaning that every now and then there were sirens howling by our windows (fortunately not during the night).
- Grąs (10/5): Super miejscówka! - Lokalizacja! Do mostu Karola 5 minut pieszo. Wokół pełno sklepów, restauracji. Apartament z tarasem duży, przestronny. My byliśmy w czwórkę, ale spokojnie 6 osób się tam będzie czuło swobodnie. Ręczniki, uważam że po suszeniu warto je przewietrzyć, było na nich czuć wilgoć.

Внизу є ресторан, в якому постійно щось підгорало й нестерпний запах стояв в підʼїзді, здавалось навіть що і в квартирі

- Lenka (10/5): - Apartmány jsou v té absolutně nejlepší lokaci. Náš pohodlný a dobře zařízený apartmán ve 4. patře měl terasu s krásnými výhledy. Oceňujeme skvělou komunikaci s personálem přes WhatsApp ;) plánky apartmánů (potom je vše jasné), kávovar s dobrou zrnkovou kávou, důraz na ohleduplné chování hostů a prostornou koupelnu. Moc rádi přijedeme znovu:) bohužel apartmány jsou logicky velmi často obsazené. Někomu by mohl vadit někdy kolísavý signál WiFi, my jsme nasávaly atmosféru a internet šel stranou.
