- Alison (9/5): Stunning view, convenient location, great for family of 4. - Amazing view, hair dryer, walking distance to town and coffee, quiet. We did find a white tip spider crawling across our bed. Dish rack was a bit rusty so we bought new one at op-shop.

- David (8/5): Great value, facilities and location - Great location. Clean and good facilities. Unit numbers weren't clearly labelled. Took a while to work out which was which. Recommend putting numbers right next to the key box.
- Jennifer (6/5): Great location, but could do with some upgrades. - Fantastic location and walking distance to the Main Street shops and restaurants. The property was clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The furniture was quite dated. The beds were very uncomfortable, especially one of the single beds where you could feel all the springs in the mattress. Only AC in the living room, so bedrooms were quite hot overnight, they did have some old pedestal fans, but due to the location of the power points it was hard to position them in the room so they were facing the beds.

- guohua (9/5): Quite little gem very close to centre of the town - Great location few minutes walk to restaurants coffee ,also it is very quiet great for good night sleep, living room longe also very comfortable Shower is bit small for my tall husband

Needs updating 👍 - I really like the closeness of everything in Merimbula, whether it being walking distance or by car I’ve rented this place on and off for around 10 years. I do love the the comfort however nothing has been updated in that 10 years. Cleaning supplies such as mop, vacuum cleaner really need updating.

- Carol (5/5): Nice location but would not choose this accommodation again. - Location was fine, easy walking into shops etc. Cup of tea is always out first priority on arrival. Very disappointed to find the kettle unusable. Request for a replacement was met with offer to send someone the next day to "clean" the kettle. The kettle was not cleanable. Food debris from previous occupant on carpet. Beds in second bedroom may be suitable for young children but very uncomfortable for our adult companion. These comments were all reported to the unit manager.
