• Monica-Alexandra (1/5): Unsafe, Freezing, and No Hot Water – Avoid! - Location was excellent We had a nightmare 3-night stay at this apartment and strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere. Despite the outside temperature being 7°C with pouring rain, the indoor temperature never rose above 15°C. The underfloor heating was completely broken. To "fix" it, the host provided small electric heaters. These were only effective if kept right next to the bed, creating a serious safety hazard for our 6-year-old child, who could have easily tripped over the cables or touched the hot elements. To make matters worse, the hot water pressure in the shower was so poor that it was impossible to take a shower. Although the host sent someone to inspect it, the issue was never resolved. We spent our entire stay in a freezing apartment without basic hygiene facilities. The most disappointing part? Despite these unacceptable conditions and the safety risks to our family, the host never offered any refund. This was a miserable experience, and I would hate for another family to go through this. Summary: Unsafe heating, no hot water, and zero accountability from the host. Avoid.

• Rebecca (10/5): Una estancia perfecta - Teníamos la casa reservada para mí, mi pareja y nuestros dos niños. Estaba preocupada por nuestra hora de llegada (1.00am) El anfitrión nos ayudó con todo el día antes para que pudiéramos entrar al alojamiento sin problema. No tuvimos ningún problem en encontrar la casa y las llaves. La casa es perfecta para una familia pequeña. La cocina está bien equipada y el baño. La cama es cómoda y el sofá cama también. La zona es tranquila y está muy bien conectada a todo. Volveremos! Nada, todo fue genial

• Tamás (10/5): Londoni néhány napos tartózkodásra tökéletes - Tömegközlekedéssel jól megközelíthető. Tiszta, rendezett, jól felszerelt kis lakás. Közel van a mentőállomáshoz és a tűzoltósághoz, emiatt gyakoriak a szirénázó járművek, de nem elviselhetetlen.
• Imke (9/5): Ideal gelegen - Das Appartment ist klein, aber fein: gut und modern, sowie hübsch ausgestattet. Wir haben uns als 4-köpfige Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist top: Zum Regent's Park isind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, ebenso nach St. John"s Wood und in andere Stadtteile mit netten Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Haus und man ist mit dem Bus recht schnell bei der Oxford Street. Ideal für einen London-Aufenthalt. Die Haustür kam uns nicht sehr einbruchssicher vor.
• Pascale (9/5): Gorgeous flat, very clean, staff were helpful - we had a great experience - It was very clean, it had everything we needed, location was fantastic Traffic was loud at night but that’s to be expected in the centre of London! We struggled opening and closing the blinds - they were very temperamental.
• Caroline (7/5): Perfect apartment in St Johns Wood - The location was excellent. Bathroom and kitchen facilities were excellent. The other residents were very quiet. There was a very noisy junction outside, although earplugs were provided.
• Ildiko (9/5): Accomodation with a very good location, comfortable and clean - There was a video message provided by the service provider, in which they have shown where to find the key, so it was easy to find it with the help of that. Both beds were comfortable enough. The pressure of the shower was a bit low indeed, but the water was warm enough, and the bath was clean, and comfortable. All the basic accessories in the bath (set of towel, shampoo, shower gel was secured, as well as in the kitchen (tea, biscuits, salt, sugar, oil etc), plates, glasses, mugs and cutlery, pans and pots. Kitchen pots could have been cleaner.

Big and organised kitchen,table for family breakfast Could really use blackout curtains since the lamp posts outside the room were bright and the traffic noise constant. The bathroom faucets need replacement We would have prefered a better and more secure lock on th door
• Dariko (10/5): A comfortable, beautiful apartment worth every penny! - The house was in a quiet area, well-connected to central London, also very close to Regents Park and Little Venice channels. The apartment was neat, and had everything possible to make a week-long stay comfortable. I wish I had more time to actually spend in the flat, because I imagine it would be nice to chill out near the window with a cup of tea

• Ivanov (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment includes all basic needs, starting from soap ending with a cup o good english tea. It is clean. Host is very careful on details. It is good located. It is a quiet and pleasant to walk around. The bus station is right in front of apartment, but depends which direction you need. A little walk links you to another bus station which goes to the center. Underground is short walk as well. The citymapper application mentioned in apartment welcome papers was very useful for transport needs. Pay attention to host's instructions for check-in. These are well explained but should be followed exactly.. The shower did not work properly, but the host did everything possible to resolve the issue.

• Patrick (10/5): Great apartment in a lovely area of London - It was in a great location, close to restaurants, and several tube stations. It was spacious and the kitchen had everything you needed. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom very smart. Kyle (my contact for this rental) was an excellent communicator and checked in with me. There had been a problem with the boiler and not their fault but he was making sure things were getting sorted. Megan though the flat is near a busy road, it’s actually super quiet at night. There are a few lampposts outside the bedroom window and it gets very bright in the bedroom during the night. If you are like me and need darkness to sleep, I would definitely suggest to bring your eye mask to sleep - or maybe some blackout curtains could be added to the existing blind in the bedroom.
• Anonymous (7/5): Check the deposit before booking. - Good location, reasonable price, well equipped flat. The huge damage deposit was a nasty small print shock. Absolutely no need to take that these days.
• Luca (9/5): Great location for a fairly good price with great renters, I would recommend. - Rafa & the team was super helpful and very flexible. They replied all my (stupid) questions very quickly. Using the heating panels and the additional heating fans had a bit of a learning curve.

• Jennifer (10/5): Clean, bright and quaint. - Clean and cozy! Plenty of room for travelers and their luggage. The washer/dryer was very helpful to have access to. The lamps have USB charging ports so we didn’t have to use adapters. A little far from tube stations.
