• Danijela (6/5): Good value for the price. - Location was great, just a few minutes from ring road and close to city center. The cleanliness could have been better, and the bed linens had an unusual smell. They wanted to charge additional 35 euros for final cleaning, even though the fers was already included in the total price that had been paid via bank transfer.
• EDMOND (1/5): Gâché ! - Le mardi 23.09.2025 au matin une personne est rentrée dans l'appartement lorsque nous étions absents. Nous sommes rentrés à 14h pour déposer des affaires et nous avons constatés qu'une personne était rentrée, ayant disposé un indicateur. Vers 15h nous avons rencontré Mira la personne du ménage qui nous a expliqué que le propriétaire est rentré pour regarder le canapé. Egalement, la télévision a été touchée et bougée. Avec mon épouse, nous l'avons constatés tous les deux. Si nous avons choisi un appartement c'est pour être tranquille et que personne rentre dans l'appartement. Durant le temps de location, cela devient privé. Cela m'a gâcher le reste de notre séjour, je n'avais plus confiance. Cette infraction et intrusion a réellement créé le doute et la perte de confiance. En plus, nous sommes arrivés la femme de ménage n'avait pas terminé et l'appartement n'était pas propre. Sous le lit, 2 cm de poussières, divers objets, lingettes et autres, bref, dégoûtant. Nous demandons un dédommagement voire le remboursement de notre séjour. • Tomasz (9/5): Wróciłbym. Super lokalizacja. - Fantastyczna obsługa, sympatyczna i bardzo pomocna. Lokalizacja. spora przestrzeń. Za miękkie łóżko. Trochę wyeksploatowane meble. Ciasna łazienka.

• Resuli (10/5): It worth for the money, it’s nice place and very near the metro station - It is a very worm and comfortable place, nearby the metro, the lady that she was there she was very kind she helped us for more information about where to go to see something special and how can we use metro and in general transport. The place was very clean and so modern stilted and area was really quiet and around had market and place you can eat that wasn’t very expensive. Everything was perfect
• Elida (8/5): Gute Preis-Leistung und Top Lage - Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Flasche Sekt aufs Haus war auch super. Die Lage war toll. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Apartment im 3.Stock. Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, hat hier Probleme. Das Bad/WC war sehr klein. War nicht unmöglich aber schwierig von der Nutzung.
• Aishwarya (1/5): The worst stay we have ever experienced as a family ! - Absolutely nothing ! Except for the care taker Mira She was atleast behaving with some empathy and human attitude We have never been to a stay like this ever in our lives With an infant and toddler I’m sure we would except some level of cleanliness but this place lacked standards, clean surroundings and most of all cigars smells swirling all the way through the corridor to the living room! Accompanied by sewage smell emitting from the toilet ( which these plp are aware of but would not care at all) Please note the space is not safe for kids at all ! There is a huge step in the middle of a cramped room and due to which my child was injured. ( not shown in any pictures !) We reached to the host and spoke ! She said it’s all there in the photos and we can’t do anything! They said they pretty much don’t care about safety or the cigar smells emitting ( it was as if there was a chimney connection! ) They were absolutely rude, never had we met or come across a host of this standard and rudeness. When the card taker tried to reach out they have mentioned that “ this is the standard we all would get for the money we pay “ they are absolutely money minded, money swindling people who have nothing called empathy existing in their system what so ever! The place is very shady extremely unclean and highly contaminated! The plaster just ripped off the wall and luckily we weren’t there in the bedroom to get injury! Also there is no bedroom kitchen etc as you see in the pictures ! According to them this is of very high standards for the price you pay ! I would like to attach pictures to bring to all of your notice ! Unfortunately only four pictures allowed ! Would also bring to notice the injury my child sustained ! And they would not budge and make sure they rip you of your money and don’t care about customer care or kids or anything ! We never got any form of compensation for the most horrible stay we have experienced! Highly disappointing host and place Kindly save yourself from this dirt place ! We checked in around late evening PS ! Note to the host !

• Mara (8/5): Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis - Wohnung liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet inkl. Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und Backofen. Netter Empfang. Nah an U-Bahnstation und Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Apotheke um die Ecke. Haus alt daher Geruch von den Wasserleitungen im Bad. Handtücher verwaschen und alt (bitte austauschen). Treppenhaus alt und schummrig, abends ohne Licht, teilw. Lärm von Nachbarn (schreiende Kinder), mit Wäschetrocknern verstellt. Umgebung/Fussweg von/zur U-Bahnstation bei Dunkelheit unangenehm.

• Paolo (5/5): - La posizione era comoda per vedere la città L'appartamento è al 3 piano senza ascensore, veramente sporco e tenuto male, pieno di formiche, grasso vecchio sulla cappa della cucina, box doccia rotto e bagno sempre maleodorante e con l'unico mobile rotto, il tavolo/bancone di cucina mezzo sradicato dal muro, tenda da camera rotta e quindi entrava luce già all'alba

• Maria (7/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, blisko metro, przystanek autobusowy. W kuchni potrzebne przybory. Czysta pościel, każdy ma zapewnione ręczniki. Opisane w ogłoszeniu wyposażenie jest dostępne. Brudno, szafka w łazience rozpadająca się, a w środku pajęczyny, na ziemii mrówki. Kawałeczek sera na podłodze w kuchni przyciągnął tabuny mrówek w kilka minut. Po kątach kurz. Ogólnie nieciekawa okolica.
• Sławomir (10/5): - Doskonała lokalizacja, 300 metrów od stacji metra. Apartament nieduży, max dla 3 osób. Żadnych problemów z zakwaterowaniem. Czysto i schludnie. Mira, ktoea była przy naszym zakwaterowaniu bardzo pomocna. Brak klimatyzacji. Byliśmy od 1 do 4 lipca I temperatury na zewnątrz sięgały 34 stopni. Po powrocie do apartamentu było bardzo gorąco.

• Daniele (7/5): ok but some things can improve further the apartment - the bed and the pillows. The coffee machine. the place is silent. There are supermarket and metro station very useful. The toilette is too small. Curtains let in too much light. there is no elevator.

• Alessandro (6/5): With few improvements, it's a good place for a short stay. - Location is fine, very close to public transport and only a 20 minutes walk from the Prater. Quiet area. Owner, Guido, is very helpful. The apartment is nice, however it needs to be looked after better by the staff on premises. Reason for low rating is s follows: - check-in experience must be improved with someone that speak English (unfortunately I don't speak German, my bad, and probably a lot of other tourists don't either) and is professional in handling clients. First impression wasn't a good one - the apartment was fairly clean, however it could be improved, not thorough enough - we had a major issue with drainage which could have been handled better by the staff, that was a major point for dissatisfaction (Guido saved the day) - there were a couple of things broken (bedside lamp, shower door which was mentioned in a review a few weeks prior my stay) - building is a bit old, smells of cigarettes
