- Torben (8/5): - It was very convenient in the transit area close to the gate for our next flight. They gave us a wake up call and we had some breakfast before we left. I thought it was a bit expensive for the short time we were there.

- Sermons (9/5): Need more information about the correct terminal and correct hotel - It was located at the airport They should give you a little bit more information about the hotel,my flight was out of terminal 2, and I booked the Ambassador Hotel in terminal 3, I didn’t know they had a Ambassador hotel in terminal 2, it should be more information about which terminal your flight is out of and which terminal you need to stay in.

- Lisa (9/5): Relaxing,nice place to stay between flights - A very good choice to stay to help rest while in transit. We were fed well and buffet options were excellent. Easy to find and in a great location. Very quiet and staff were friendly and helpful. Will be staying again in future. Bar fridge would of been nice A little expensive but worth it for convenience

The place was comfy and after flying 18 hours straight, we splurged on this room for 6 hours. We then had another 5 hour flight to get to. The assistance saved me because Changi airport is very big I wish they offered a voucher for free coffee or tea when we were leaving. The restaurant attached is nice

- Nicola (7/5): Not normally so noisy - Comfortable bed Good shower All you need here for sleeping and preparing for another long haul flight We have now stayed here 6 times. This is the first time we’ve had an issue staying here. We were woken up after 3 hours sleep around 3am by loud banging and by drills. It turned out that the banging noise was because the airport maintenance men were re-laying a carpet in the terminal very close to the wall of our bedroom. The drilling noise was due to a nearby shop being re-fitted. Unfortunately we didn’t manage to get anymore sleep. We mentioned this disturbance to the reception staff when we checked out and they said they hadn’t been informed that these issues would happen. Hopefully this is a one-off situation
