• Michael (8/5): Good place to stay in City Centre - Location is fantastic. Great parking in basement. Very comfortable double bed. Good sized lounge and well equipped kitchen. Apartment shows a few signs of wear and tear.

• andrew (9/5): - Compact, clean 2 bedroom apartment with good layout. Comfortable for family of 4. Including a secure parking space below the building. High floor with great views of the black mountain and Telstra tower from living area. Good location in the Canberra 'city' area, close to many restaurants, cafes, even on the ground floor you can find food.. you will not need the car in the evening. Coles, Aldi and major shopping all walking distance and smaller grocery stores just across the road. Bus interchange and light rail stops are also very close. Very enjoyable stay, we would stay here again if returning to Canberra.

• Lena Olen (7/5): Overall a good stay - Location was great. Finding the keys was challenging but we managed (it’d be easier to pick up from a concierge). The apartment was clean. The only issue was water-stuck on the floor in the shower. It didn’t go through the whole on the floor easily, may be some blockage?
• Graham (9/5): Sanctuary in Civic - Very convenient location in central Canberra, the absolute softest bedding and able to bring our feline family member. Being so busy we couldn't spend more time in the apartment.
• Leanne (3/5): Not really impressed at all. - Location Multiple damage and faults with accommodation. Even the shower head fell off while I was having a shower. Hole in wall patched with paper, disgusted with the amount we paid for the 2 nights. I grabbed a towel that looked like it wasn’t clean. And you book for 4 ppl but only receive 1 key & remote.

• cathfitz15 (9/5): Fabulous unit in the heart of everything - Lovely clean, fresh, sunny, warm unit. Lots of great restaurants close by, and an easy walk to the Uni and surrounds. The unit had everything we needed for four of us to be comfortable for 4 nights. The host provided coffee pods, tea bags and milk, and there is a supermarket a stones-throw from the building. The beds were really comfortable.
• Joanne (10/5): Highly recommended - Spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything that i needed for the stay plus a big positive for me was the full size fresh milk in the fridge. Comfy bed and wonderful shower. Remote controlled blinds to allow for a little sleep in. Perfectly located for my needs and included underground parking was a huge help. 10 out of 10 for me, i will certainly be booking again when i am in Canberra for work

• Phoebe (9/5): A wonderful stay, highly recommended - The place was well positioned close to the heart of Canberra, and super close to Canberra Centre. It had a dedicated car space underground, secured by a swipe. The views from the apartment were lovely. The apartment got very warm during the day, opposing what the temperature was outside (which was usually in the single digits during our stay). The hosts also left us some milk and cereal which we appreciated. Definitely a good accommodation to consider for a family of 3 or 4, and really affordable. I'd definitely consider coming back here during our next stay in Canberra. Not the hosts fault obviously, but unfortunately there currently is a lot of construction occurring in London Circuit, so walking around was quite tedious with the construction scaffolding being everywhere. What would be a 10 minute route to Canberra Centre was about 17-18 minutes due to foot traffic diversions.

• Renate (9/5): Superb - This was a good sized apartment with all that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The toggle thingy needed to use elevator was a bit hit and miss. Often took several tries to get it to work. Persistence was the key but when we first arrived we tried for over 5 mins with no success and resorted to contacting our host. We spoke to a permanent resident at location who said she had the same problem with the gadget and eventually changed it for something more reliable. The beds were very soft but that is purely personal preference.

• Stephen (5/5): Disappointing. - Nice beds, nice decor, good views. Finding the keys and access to the building and parking was difficult at night, it took us a long time to get in. The TV didn’t work, although the owner told us that it did. The unit is next to a night club which was noisy. Air B and Bs charge as much as hotels do and should be required to state the nature of their accomodation and have the same standards and accountability as hotels.

Museums and other places of interest were all only minutes drive away. The apartment was lovely, fresh and clean with a nice view of the Telstra Tower landmark. Parking was great, free and easy which removed the stress about parking. All good!
• Rowena (8/5): Centrally located comfortable stay - Location was super convenient. The directions for access to the building and parking were clear and easy to follow. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, strong shower pressure and great wifi. It was a little noisy in the evenings but that was street noise and nothing to do with the apartment.
• Catherine (10/5): We had a great stay in a very comfortable well thought out apartment in a really convenient location - Great host response and easy to follow checkin instructions. Easy parking (free parking in Canberra was a bonus). Good location, cafes and restaurants downstairs and a short walk to the Canberra Centre for shopping. The apartment was on the 9th floor so there was no noise from the street and the view was great looking at Black Mountain and Telstra Tower. Apartment was spotless and had great extras like Shampoo,Conditioner,bodywash in the bathroom and ,salt,pepper oil etc in the kitchen if you wanted to cook. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the block out electric blinds. The biggest drawcard was that the property was pet friendly which was the reason we booked but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the apartment. Thanks Aaron and Tess for hosting us! Everything was good.

All amenities I needed for a few days but they would also be excellent for longer stays. Easy checking. Really quiet location. No traffic noise and no noise from adjacent apartments. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were not bags of concrete. Well lit apartment to so ideal for working in. Nothing. It was excellent
