• Reid (10/5): - I was a bit sceptical as some reviews were bad, but it honestly was so good, such a good location, stuff were very communicative, the room was clean and everything was clear on how to get in and how everything works, Bathroom was fine, toilet wasn’t loud, the whole place was quite for most, maybe some chat outside and maybe a wee bit warm but with the window open it was completely fine. Highly recommend for couples 🫶 N/A

• Martina (3/5): - I was unfortunately dissatisfied with the accommodation. We were given a different room than expected, and it was located in the basement. The room did not feel clean, and overall, in my opinion, it did not correspond at all to the amount we paid for it. I did not confront the staff directly at the time because we had a very busy schedule. However, if that had not been the case, I would definitely have looked for different accommodation. I usually do not write negative reviews, and this is the first time I am leaving one, but in this case I felt it was necessary.

Siamo stati aRoma per gli Internazionali d'Italia e la posizione ci ha permesso di tornare in hotel anche apiedi in poco più di un quarto d'ora, negli orari in cui i pullman erano inesistenti o troppo affollati. Poi molto vicino al Vaticano Assenza di aria condizionata. Nel giorno in cui abbiamo usufruito della struttura ci sono state temperature intorno ai 22 gradi di giorno e in stanza si stava bene, ma con temperature più calde probabilmente qualche problema ci potrebbe essere

• VALERIE (9/5): Ottimo posto - Molto pulita e accogliente. Accesso facile e camera spaziosa L’insonorizzazione tra le camere potrebbe essere migliore. Purtroppo si sente quando il vicino di camera parla o i suoni del suo telefono. Quindi consiglierei di avvisare e chiedere ai clienti di mettere il telefono in silenzio e di parlare piano.

• Tiu (4/5): - I like the location of the Hotel. We specifically booked this hotel because it advertised WiFi and air conditioning. Instead, we were met with a completely unacceptable experience. The air conditioning did not work at all, and this was never communicated to us in advance. We only discovered it after a sleepless, uncomfortable night. If we hadn’t asked for an electric fan ourselves, we wouldn’t have slept at all. On top of that, the bidet was leaking excessively—far beyond what could be considered normal or usable. We reported it and requested a repair, but no one ever came to fix it before we checked out. That level of neglect is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the WiFi was absolutely terrible.
• Marco (5/5): Rumorosa cuccia in Vaticano - La Posizione. Stanza rumorosa, davvero troppo. Era la prima stanza sul corridoio e portone d’ingresso. Si sentivano chiaramente voci, passi, porte, le altre stanze. A tutte le ore. Si tratta di un affitta camere. Qualità prezzo totalmente sballate. Armadio piccolo è disposto scomodo. Il bagno piccolo, la doccia (posizionata su un gradino per questioni di scarichi suppongo) anche con un utilizzo attento allagava il bagno, lo scarico del WC rumoroso e si attivava con una pompa elettrica continuamente ogni 2/3 minuti anche di notte, mancanza del bidet. Personale per il rifacimento delle stanze che non parlava italiano. Non ne ho ben capito l’idioma. Non ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani tra la prima e la seconda notte, acqua non sempre calda al top.

V izbe bolo počuť všetko, bola hneď pri vstupe takže sme počuli kazdého kto prichádzal aj odchádzal, zvuky z vedľajšej izby a taktiež aj z vnutrobloku kde si susedia parkovali skútre a bol tam zadný vstup do podniku.

• Violeta (8/5): Nuostabi ir pilna įspūdžių. - Apsistojome 4 naktis ir kambarys buvo tvarkomas kasdien, kartą keitė rankšluosčius, viskas puikiai. Dėl švaros 10 balų. Yra mini šaldytuvas, virdulys su kava, arbata. Durų užrakinimas striginėjo, reikėjo atitinkamai kilstelti, kad užrakinti duris, gal reikėtų tvirtesnės spynos, bet tuo metu buvo gerai. Vietovė saugi, arti Vatikano ir kitos didesnės gatvės kur yra kavinių, restoranų, parduotuvių. Išvykimo dieną išsiregistravus galėjome saugiai palikti lagaminą prie registratūros. Kitą kartą taip pat apsistočiau šiame arba kitame šios grandies viešbutyje.

• Alexandra (5/5): I do not recommend. - The location near the metro station and Vatican One socket was not functioning, the shower was broken. We did not receive coffee pods for the coffee machine. In the whole apartment was a terrible smell of sewage. Our neighbors (the other guests) were extremely noisy and the rooms were not having any kind of soundproof.

A személyzet kiváló, konkrétan mindennap jöttek takarítani, nekünk ez hatalmas plusz pont volt :) Mindenkinek szívből ajánlom!

Handtuchwechsel erst ab dem 3 Tag. Ansonsten gegen Aufpreis von 5€ pro Stück/Person. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört jede Tür und jedes Gespräch am Gang.

It was very noisy you could literally hear everything that happend in the hallway and other rooms. Our window didnˋt close properly and some other furniture parts seemed to be falling apart.
• Piero (8/5): - Appartamento curato, accogliente e pulito, a poca distanza dal Vaticano e dalla fermata metro "Ottaviano", comoda per muoversi verso il centro. L'appartamento era a piano terra anche se con l'affaccio sul cortile interno quindi garantiva comunque silenzio e riservatezza.

• Gisselle (8/5): Practical stay in Prati for a busy schedule in Rome - Adrian was really nice and helpful, the property is as describe and, both the building and the area feel safe. It has been well thought for a short stay and it is close to the Vatican and to great restaurants. Ottaviano metro station is literally around the corner and it is an easy connection through Roma Termini back to Fiumicino. If you are a light sleeper, pick the rooms in the third floor they are better, more confortable and more modern than the ones in the first floor. We requested to be changed and they were nice enough to provide us with a room in the third floor, it was a game changer and the reason why we would stay again there. The rooms in the first floor are noisy because the are directly on the street, so you are not guaranteed a good night sleep and they get hot especially when the weather is changing, winter is not entirely gone and there is no AC.

• Barbara (6/5): Mixed experience during our stay - The girl who welcomed us was very kind and polite. The water pressure in the shower was also very good. 3th floor, room number 9: There were a few things that I did not particularly like during my stay. The room door has a noticeable gap, which allows quite a lot of light from the main hallway to enter the room. The sound insulation is also not very good, so noise from outside can be heard. Unfortunately, the bed linen and towels did not smell very fresh. If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is not placed on the door, the cleaning staff may enter the room quite quickly, sometimes without enough time to respond. The room also lacks practical storage space. There is only a small table and a few hooks for jackets, so many personal items have to be kept on the floor. Overall, the hospitality felt rather minimal and could be improved.

• Tine (8/5): Beautiful rooms, perfect location - PERFECT LOCATION, next to the A line metro (to Termini and most other important metro stops), walking distance from the Vatican, in the middle of bars, shops, restaurants etc. I've stayed in Rome many times, all around the city center, but this was my favorite location so far. The building is big, safe and beautiful, with a stunning old authentic lift. The guesthouse itself has different rooms, a corridor and a small corner with a coffee machine (fyi: no kitchen supplies, but there's a mini fridge in the room). The room itself was nice, clean, bright, modern and quite big for Rome standards. Bathroom with good shower. The room was cleaned EVERY DAY which is rare in guesthouses, so this was a nice extra! I did a self check-in so I didn't meet anyone of the staff until my last day: then I met a lovely man who I think was the owner, he was super friendly and made no fuss about me leaving my luggage there for a few hours. OVERALL: GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY!! I definitely recommend staying here. All was great and I truly recommend the place. The only downside was I was in room 10, right next to the entrance door, which made a loud buzzing sound every time someone entered, which kept me up at night. The walls are thin, so if you're a light sleeper like me, you'll be woken up early in the morning by the cleaning staff.

• Leonardo (9/5): Estadia de qualidade, mais positivos do que negativos - A localização é muito boa, a poucos passos do Vaticano e perto da estação de metrô. Além disso, é possível ir até o centro de Roma e fazer praticamente tudo a pé. Os funcionários são eficientes e prestativos. O quarto é bonito, espaçoso e limpo. O prédio tem um elevador que é muito antigo, nós preferimos subir três andares de escada durante toda nossa estadia do que correr o risco de ficar preso nele, outra coisa que nos incomodou foi a cobrança por troca de toalhas diárias, e o Wi-Fi é péssimo
