Deposit: A deposit of 10% of the total booking amount will be charged to the card registered for your booking. This helps secure your reservation.
Card Surcharge: A 3% card surcharge will apply. Please note that this surcharge is nonrefundable if the booking is canceled after confirmation.
Pre-aithorization hold: For security purposes, a pre-authorization hold maybe placed on your card 24 hours before your check in date. This will be released after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges.
Guest and Cardholder Name match: The guest name must match the cardholders name. If the names do not match, you will be required to provide a photo of the cardholders valid ID, and proof of payment, such as a screenshot of the transaction showing our merchant name, payment amount and process dates (please corp or mark sensitive account information or other transactions) from your bank account or payment provider (not from the booking platform). If you are unable to provide a transaction screenshot, a photo of the card used to pay (showing only the last 4 digits and cardholder name) may be requested to confirm that you are authorized to use the card.

- Emilykate88 (8/5): Excellent facilities for young families - Facilities were excellent! We were travelling with a baby and a toddler and the indoor playground and pool were amazing. The indoor pool was also a perfect temperature, nothing worse than an icy cold indoor pool.
The building backs onto a park and public transport right on the doorstep.
Concierge staff were lovely and very helpful.
We'll be back. The apartment was a little small but okay for a short getaway.
Laundry could have been cleaned.
One blind was broken and we couldn't open it to give the living room more light.
Some plastic plates/bowls for children would have been convenient as well as a having a portacot available. There was plenty of room in the bedroom cupboards to store a portacot for little ones.

There were 2 of us, and there were 2 mirrors, 1 in the toilet (only 1 toilet), the other one its on the kitchen cabinet top level.
We were 2 girls and when one is getting ready, one had to step on the chair (as we are around 161cm)so that we can use the other mirror thats on the kitchen cabinet. It was quite funny.
Adding 1 more mirror in the room would be so much more reasonable.

Nice building and amenities Even though I had completed the full online check in process .. when we arrived it was like the concierge had never heard of us and was not expecting us. After a lot of explaining and showing docs.. he finally went to look for keys .. and lo and behold they were there. They were "smart keys" ... but he didn't activate them, so we had to ring back down to ask him to activate them, so we could get into room. Not a welcoming start after a long journey.
Apartment and building was nice, upmarket, quiet and clean. Furniture in the apartment was bit cheap and tacky. Bed was only a double. There was plenty of room for a queen so why not have one?? There was only one bed side lamp. There was no hairdryer (even though there was supposed to be) and when I sent a text to host to ask where it was I did not receive a reply. Its a shame these little things spoiled what was otherwise a lovely little apartment and holiday.

Though there is a lack of amenities around the area. Nearest supermarket is a couple of train stations away in Prehan. The cleanliness can be improved.
- Amanda (3/5): Poorly maintained property. - Property keys were swipe keys which did not function. Needed concierge assistance to enter the room. Concierge were often on a break so access to room was delayed causing much anguish & inconvenience. Bed linen was not professionally presented with crumpled pillow cases and linen. Sofa & carpet were badly stained.

Beautiful swimming pool / spa with view.
Self check-in: easy to collect the keys from the reception. Self check-in: a booklet with instruction would be useful for heating /air-conditioning system, trash, switch, wifi, TV (Netflix, no account was provided), etc.
Apartment: facing south, it’s a dark apartment (good lighting system, but no natural light).
Rooms: odd-shaped rooms, awkward angles, asymmetric walls, long narrow hallway/kitchen, resulting in a not always functional use of space. Personally, it gave me a bit of a quirky and unsettling vibe.
Balcony: looks at close unattractive buildings and some offices with tinted windows.
Location: elegant area to live in, but as a tourist, you always need to catch public transport to move. A minimarket in walking distance, but for proper shopping / restaurants / night life / things to see or do you need to catch the tram (right outside the apartment).

- Manoj (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is at best possible location in Melbourne The team can be little flexible with check in/out timings if no guest is check in/out on same day. They are flexible but price sensitive.
- Ebony (10/5): Overall amazing place and we would love to come back again one day! - Loveddddd the room and the facilities in the apartment, both in and outside the room. It was a perfect location too which just made everything much less stressful.
We all really enjoyed the infinity pool, definitely a great way to relax each day after all the craziness of Melbourne. At first, the man at reception upon the time of our arrival wasn’t super friendly and didn’t know how to quickly check our booking details so made me nervous that I had come to the wrong place or been duped by someone. Eventually got the keys and all was good. Realised later that that receptionist really doesn’t have much to do with the AUBNB side of things which made more sense.

Near tram station easy to get around.
Receiption staffs are very helpful. The door tag sometimes not working. It can take a while to get the door open. Can feel embarrassing when other guests look on. Physical key was not available.
The owner should provide at minimum coffee and tea for the guest.
